Harris Teeter in my town has been carrying the ice cream for the last 2-3 weeks.
Hard to tell what to do. Great product, maybe too much other stuff dragging it down. Can it recover from the other stuff? I keep going back to how good the ice cream is and I can attest that it helps with sleep. Right or wrong I'm giving it more time.
Lots of good product news; and I love the ice cream. BUT tired of losing money every day. Trying to stay positive but it's getting harder and harder.
The one and only reason I haven't sold shares is because the product is good. If I had thought it wasn't good I would have sold my shares and been gone.
Today at my local HT there were 7 rows of Nightfood ice cream in the freezer case, of which 2 are sold out. I bought "milk and cookie dough". If you have access to it you have to try this one. I know my ice cream and this one is really good. I mean good!
Like some of you I lost a lot of money today, and a lot the last month; but I found a great product. I know there is other good ice cream out there but this company is producing a top quality product.
Lets get the other stuff figured out....
I didn't see Halo near it but the prices for the ones around it were 5.99 and 6.99, Nightfood is 4.99. And its labeled as a "new product".
7 different flavors- it tastes good-there really is something about this sleep thing.... I don't know how to explain it, seems like I fall asleep easier.
I know theres some negative talk around here but the product is the real deal.
It has been in my local Harris Teeter for about 2 weeks with 7 flavors. Each time I buy some the rest of the display has a few less so it's selling. I'm hoping Kroger is next, they are very big here with 4-5 of them in our county.
Based on my experience eating it. Have you tried it?
After buying the ice cream and seeing for myself the quality of the product I am in shock at the drop in the share price. I don't see how its possible to continue falling day after day. I don't get it.
It's an excellent product that lives up to the hype. At my store there were 3 pints left, not sure how many they ordered but there was an empty space next to those three pints that could have been full.
I'm getting more today not because I have shares but because it tastes good and I did notice a difference in falling asleep.
Just tried "After dinner mint chip", was just as good as the big name brands. If it helps with sleep all the better. Still not happy with the share price but the product is very good.
Also down here at H.T.
Good news on top of good news, SP down another 6% When is the investment community going to take notice?
Down over 7% today. I'm trying to stay positive....
Too bad the investment community isn't buying into all the positive news coming out. Maybe one day....
The red just keeps coming. News is news but your point is well taken. We better get eye popping numbers and a lot more supermarkets.
I still think this is going to turn out to be a good investment, but I sure would like to see a turnaround soon.
Wonder what the 2nd QT numbers will look like? Expecting a good increase.
After reading all the back and forth my guess is we won't see an increase in the SP till we see some numbers. The news is great, really positive with lots of promise but I want to see sales numbers.
This being a fairly young company it will take some time, but toldu you have to admit there has been some good news....
Been out of touch for a couple weeks. Surprised that we still haven't recovered over .50... lots of good news doesn't seem to be helping. Guess we need to see some strong sales numbers...
I too would like to see profits, I'm sure we all would; but the news coming from this company has been outstanding. They sure seem to be making great strides.
Remember it hasn't been that long since the ice cream has hit shelves. I'm guessing the latest awards will increase the number of "shelves" by a good amount.
Profits should soon follow.
The response to a couple questions I asked.
--------------------
We typically are not paying for services in shares….and, if we were, any shares issued for services would be subject to a 6-month hold by the recipient as per SEC regulations.
We have occasionally used shares to pay for services over the years, but in the last 12 months, I cannot remember a single vendor moving shares out of the transfer agent. Meaning, those shares are tucked away, and not hitting the market. It’s true we’re not yet making a profit.
There are massive changes coming within our business, and we project profitability and massive growth for later this year. I project a Q4 with over $3M in revenue, and profitability. Anybody who thinks that’s worthy of our current market cap (of $20M), should do some more research around the consumer goods space. The folks on the boards, and other investors, at some point, they eventually realize there’s a company behind the “PPS”.
I’d argue that if we get to $3M plus in Q4, and have commitments from some of the largest supermarket chains in the country to be on shelf in early 2020 (our goal is 10k stores), that the Company would be worth well north of $100M at that point ( I can’t say what I really think due to regulations, but $100M is such a lay down IF those things happen, I can put it out there.
We’ve got 53M shares issued. Anybody can do that math. Will more shares be issued for financing, yes. Do the math with 55M or 57M. Even do it with 60M
Whether or not a company is profitable doesn’t mean everything (look at UBER, Amazon, Beyond Meat). But, we do project profitability quickly approaching.
And, for those concerned about the daily PPS, realize that, at some point soon, the trading market gets forced to match what’s happening in the business. That could begin today, next week, next month…when it does, the changes in the market might be rather substantial.
We’re literally producing tons and tons of ice cream right now…people should be able to draw their own conclusions.
More good news= more red ink. I don't get it. (I added another 1K) Am I nuts?
Another buying opportunity today.
With the news we keep hearing hard to believe there are sellers. I just bought 2K.
Never a dull moment on the OTC. Just amazing.
I may be completely wrong and get burned, been there before; but I see this as a buying opportunity. If they continue to announce more stores and If they get into CBD ice cream and maybe other food items they could grow quickly.
I just spent another $470.
This question might have already been answered.... has anyone seen the the ice cream in store freezers? I think some have posted that they tried it and liked it.
Buying opportunities.
Normal pullback? People taking profits? The market down all over? Buying opportunity.....
Just heard from IR, said we would know the supermarkets in NC and SC that will be carrying the ice cream by the end of the month.
Good day today.
I'll keep an eye out for it.
Guess the market didn't like the share structure explanation.
What a day! May be on to something here. News has been great.
Seems like the news is good but share price is dropping. what gives?
Also shows almost 11B shares. So any hope for this is pretty much lost. I somehow doubt that this will be the very rare 0001 reverse split that makes it.
Found this on their website.
------------------------
1:4000. Therefore, for every 4000 shares of common stock (“old common stock”) of Sylios Corp you own prior to the effective date of the reverse split, you will own one share of common stock (“new common stock”) after the effective date.
The Company filed an Issuer Company-Related Action Notification form with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) on May 1, 2018 with a proposed effective date of May 16, 2018. FINRA will determine the final date at which the Company will begin trading post-reverse split.
I did the same thing and have lost big time. It sounded so good...
If AS is over 11B at .0001 this has big RS written all over it. Maybe it's the one in a million. (But I doubt it)
Is the AS really 9B and the OS almost 7.4B? If so what chance does this have?
A google search of the address listed on their website doesn't show the company as having offices there. Am I missing something?
