Read the posts throughly as well........................
I haven't ignored anything. and a preliminary technical report that was using the NI 43-101 as a guideline is good, not bad. But you are basing your comments on the entire report as an NI 43-101 would be done. This is not an NI 43-101!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!It's a preliminary technical report. I have read it and the SEC would be all over them if they misstated any valuation of assets. The SEC 2 years ago started going after miners for doing just that. If colorado goldfields is stupid enough to do that, then they would be in huge trouble. I was in a mining stock over a year ago that did that and they got into huge trouble. And it happened almost immediately, with-in days after the PR. That's clearly not the case here. The PR came out in February! That was over 2 MONTHS AGO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
567
GL
You need to follow the SEC actions as they pertain to what you are trying to say. They are all over miners who misstate assets in reports. The SEC is watching out for investors in the mining sector and would be on that sort of thing ASAP if it were done..................
You have it all wrong. whether your post is positive or negative has nothing do do with anything. It's the info you are claiming is relevant when it isn't. and that's what you don't get.

Fine lets. Canadian securities laws have no bearing on United States Securities laws. You can quote the OSC all you want. But the Ontario Securities Commission will never have any jurisdiction in the US. The SEC and FINRA run the show here.
So, IMO start quoting the correct regulatory agencies policies as they pertain to Mining companies and their Press Releases about "preliminary technical reports"

Please read the PRs Throughly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The report was prepared by Lee R. Rice, P.E. in accordance with Canadian National Instrument 43-101 criteria.
The report details the available information about the Silver Wing Mine, the mine workings, and the metallic mineral deposits associated with the property. The stock needs to work back to a half penny, IMO then 01 then maybe we can talk about 04 and higher. Getting the conditions met will definitely launch us.

In the last 10Q they said "Phase I 2,350-meter drilling program that is planned for implementation in 2013, once we raise the capital required to fund this drilling program."

IMO it will be june at the earliest to begin the drilling program.

Some family was right at the finish line. Scary day.
Thanks mod, Have you seen the agenda? A lot of talk about "Revitalizing Colorado Mining Districts" 3 total. 2 of them from the Division of Reclamation and Mining Safety (DRMS) Loretta Pineda, Director and Robert Oswald, Environmental Protection Specialist. and of course the 3rd from Steven Fearn.
567
GL
I would love to have gone to hear what they have to say about revitalizing the mining in colorado. Both Pineda and Oswald worked on the AM03 with wally to give CGFI the permit with conditions.
No, That's incorrect. The OS is 154M the 10Q came out last week.

Weather will be pretty important in the coming days and weeks. If it stays warm, and melting occurs. They (CGFI) can start work earlier.

Hi sb, You can "interesting" all you want. Call him yourself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do my own DD and just shared. Maybe, I'll just keep it to myself next time. I'm getting sick and tired of getting crap from people I don't even know for sharing info that took my time to research!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm not going to worry about the DRMS and Wally. As CGFI has stepped up their game, bringing in an attorney and Knight Piesold.

Maybe we'll see some melting this weekend.........
Wally said drilling would be as easy as getting a contractor up there for the day to dig some samples. The issue is the frost.
567
GL
Yes! to the first statement. And they don't have to do anything extra on their part. It's just a designation issue. The amount of work is the same.
But You are correct, that if it will be a AM4 then might as well do more then one Repository.
But I would file them separately. As one can be a TR that would fill the conditions and they can start their operations and the other has nothing to do with the conditions and can be done at any time.
567
GL
Removing the conditions asap is the priority...IMO
I believe a Technical Revision (TR) can be approved by the DRMS without going through the public process and can be just 30 days if there are no adequacy issues. An Amendment (AM) will take 90 days, as they have to go through the public process again.
567
GL
So if wally wins his designation of an AM then August or Sept if they filed in June. If they file in April or May, just ad 90 days from when the file. The fact that wally is going for AM no matter what, I expect CGFI to fight it and get a CMLRB meeting ASAP after wally issues the designation.
So for me, where they (CGFI) are in the process. I will hold and add here and there. Looking for them to finally achieve their potential..............
567
GL
That's how public companies work. If they had the capital, they wouldn't have gone public.
That being said, it does suk for shareholders who are hoping the plan comes together before the PPS degrades to much.
567
GL
I would like to see us hold the 3 to 5 mid sub penny area, as I feel it can run pretty well from this point....IMO
I spoke to wally e. yesterday.
He said they do have outside geo analysis to do on the tailings repository at the current site. But the site is small and if they choose to use that site, it will fill up rather quickly. (No time frame to how long it would take to fill it up. Because it would be based on the amount of ore processed.) He said he will go for a AM designation no matter what they (CGFI) submits. I questioned that and he didn't get into it, just saying colorado goldfields can fight the designation with the CMLRB and see if they will overturn it. Looks like wally is still going to play hardball here. He also said at some point they will need to have another tailings repository area, as the one they have is small.
HH, He said nothing about how long it should have taken to get the mill going. He did say, the work time for any ground work is very short; June to late Sept. They can work all year round, but any ground sampling would need to be done without frost . and that would be those months.
Does that mean April and May are out? No, but generally speaking June to Sept as they are above 9000 feet.
Wally also said, there are over 1700 mining operations currently in operation in colorado. He did say that getting a mine or mill going takes a lot of capital. Mining is not like opening a "General Store"
I asked about our buddy Todd Hennis. He said he does not have any permitted properties, BUT, he does buy a lot of mines on a regular basis.
567
GL
It was a very good call.
That's what I'm waiting for. It's one of the better ways to get them the financing they need to move forward.
567
GL
I have not even the smallest of ideas on the first ? The second is absolutely! But is conditional to getting the conditions removed. If a financier sees revenue stream in future. CGFI will be able to get better financing terms as apposed to CD. Also I continue to be confident that NI 43-101s will be completed and that will also get them the Money they need.
And u echo my sentiments exactly; "Should be a very very interesting few months."
567
GL
I think you will see the NI 43-101s and they certainly do understand. IMO they were just throwing us a bone.
567
GL
I believe the Lions share of that is the "Clearspan" approx $2M
567
GL
GM Bio, Looks like they have outside work to do in order to get the info needed to complete the TR/AM for the DRMS to remove the conditions.
"The conditions specified by the DRMS regard the ninth EPF, which is the Mill Tailings Repository. The DRMS requested 1) additional geotechnical substrate stability analysis,"

Snowed in Silverton yesterday and they could be a few weeks away from being able to do this work.
Let's hope for some warm weather!
http://coloradolivecams.com/colocam-silverton1.htm
I agree JM, When they get the permit conditions removed the financial terms will change and be more favorable. I would still rather see the NI 43-101s completed, as they hold the key to our assets (Gold in the Ground)!
567
GL
I still haven't read it yet. I'm hoping I don't have to work late again tonight and get the chance to read it.
567
GL
I haven't read the 10Q yet, being at work. But from reading the posts I get a small idea.
Anyway, they need to get off the convertible debt train, at the next station. Been saying for long time.
The answer, IMO is to publish completed NI 43-101s for the Mines. Then finance off that. They can easily lease the silver wing and champion from Jo Grant or Make Jo Grant mining a partner.
With solid assets they can get better financing terms.
567
GL
HH vm again. I will continue to try him.
567

I agree, bio, When they lock up the permit, chase the PPS. Less risk. Will cost more, but how much more could it cost? Probably not that much.
567

I need to transfer more funds into my acct for that. I see it coming very soon.
HH I have some time this morning to call wally. I have called twice since we talked but have missed him (out of the office) Hopefully I catch him in today.
