IMO They made a mistake . I hope that is all .
Happy Holidays to you and yours .
SRR does exist .
Bright does exist.
Both are doing business
CVIA got into, and out of them ,but the diffrence is they were and still are going businesses.
You guys have a Merry Christmas .
Hint: AHCD never existed as an operating company, nor was it publicly traded
IMO that is a very big diffrence in new and old CVIA.
For the record I am not happy with CVIA ,but think they want to make this a go ,and am still holding .
It seems as tho some here don't want CVIA to grow nor have new shareholders, anyone that asks about CVIA is quickly run off the boards as a fool . I think some that own CVIA would be better off not posting or just post links.
IMO he wanted everything done for him before he would try. Again no pity from me .
Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours.
???????????????????Yes I am. DJH was sold a bill of goods which he incubated to the end. I and other investors just lost some money, he lost everything.
DJH was given IMO over $200,000, by cvia and other people that bought shares. With that much money he never set up any business ,not even a bedroom converted to use for small jobs .I am sorry I have no pity for him.
I hope all have a good Thanksgiving . :)
Thanks ,I guess we will have to wait for the next fileing to get relisted .
I was hopeing they would file both Qs and get us relisted.
What happened IMO is ,Lawyers making money.
I have not searched it for changes. Has anyone looked for,or know what changed?
I don't see the Q ,there is another 10KS A out .
Did anyone else see the Q?
Long time waiting isn't it LOL .I am almost that long here ,but you got me beat . I never got to talk to Phipps one on one ,when I was out there the place was run down and noone around .They were not closed but looked bad .
On March 10,1998, the Company was named as a defendant in a lawsuit filed by Bank of Oklahoma ("BOK") to recover a judgment on a loan originally made to T.L. Phipps & Co., Inc. in the original principal amount of $429,323.75. BOK alleged that the Company was liable on the loan as a guarantor. BOK obtained a summary judgment in the amount $249,937.17 against the Company and certain other defendants. In addition, BOK obtained a judgment entitling it to foreclose on certain real estate owned by a third party that had been pledged to secure the loan. Subsequently, the third party purchased the judgment from BOK. Since that time, the Company believes that T.L. Phipps & Co., Inc., the principal obligor on the loan, has been making regular payments on the loan to the third party, as the Company has not received any demand for payment from the holder of the judgment.
Phipps (sp)?, The company in Tulsa that was close to the old CVIA office .

Corporate Vision sells subsidiary to Georgia firm
Holding company's restructuring leaves small presence in Charleston area
BY JONATHAN MAZE
Of The Post and Courier Staff
Corporate Vision Inc., saddled by debt and losing money, has sold its waste-processing subsidiary, Southeastern Research and Recovery Inc., for $1.58 million to a Georgia company.
The sale to Alpharetta, Ga.-based Gulftex Energy Corp. leaves Corporate Vision with only a small administrative presence in its Charleston headquarters, with the bulk of its business done out of Ohio, where the holding company acquired Stony's Trucking Co. last year.
Corporate Vision will get $1.25 million in cash for the sale, and Gulftex will assume some debt and liabilities.
The sale won't mean an immediate capital infusion because the money will be paid to it over five years, according to the company. Still, along with an earlier $2.5 million securities placement, the sale will help provide Corporate Vision with the funds it needs to grow.
A company official said an announcement along those lines is expected in the coming weeks.
Richard D. Tuorto, chairman of the company, and Gregory J. Gibson, chief executive, were unavailable for comment Friday.
"The sale of (Southeastern Research) will represent the first step in the company's upcoming restructuring, as it seeks to define and create an identity for itself in the public sector," Tuorto said in a press release.
Prior to the sale, the company had nearly 70 employees. About 11 or 12 of those were at Southeastern Research, according to the company official, who said that no workers have been let go.
Corporate Vision acquired Ehrhardt-based Southeastern Research in 2001 for more than $1.66 million in the company's common stock, according to its most recent quarterly report.
In the company's most recent documents filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Corporate Vision said it had $9.4 million in revenues but lost $404,171 in the third quarter of 2002. For the first nine months of the year, the corporation lost more than $8 million.
The company said that Southeastern's revenues were hurt when a big customer decided to process waste internally.
Also, Corporate Vision said in its SEC report that it had significant unpaid accounts payable and is in default on some long-term debt. The company has a plan to raise more funds and acquire companies with cash-generating operations.
"The ability of the company to continue as a going concern is dependent on the success of this plan," Corporate Vision said in the SEC documents.

Web Portal Terra Lycos Lays Off 174
24 Oct 2002, 2:56pm ET
WALTHAM, Mass. (AP) - Internet portal Terra Lycos has laid off 174 U.S. employees, or 21 percent of its American staff, in moves that reflect continuing challenges for Web companies.
Of the 174 job cuts, 112 hit the company's U.S. headquarters in Waltham.
Jennifer Risi, a spokeswoman for the Barcelona, Spain-based company, said Wednesday the reductions are the result of efficiencies created by the October 2000 merger of Lycos with Spain's Terra Networks.
Terra Lycos ranks as the sixth most popular U.S. Internet destination, behind MSN, AOL, Yahoo, Google and eBay, according to Internet audience measurement service Neilsen/Net Ratings.
But the company said the layoffs would be accompanied by a paring down of some content areas to focus on services like its search engine, Lycos Finance, Matchmaker.com and music.
``This reorganization is about focusing on our most valuable properties,'' Risi said.
