The SEC suspension angle is a new one, interesting none the less.
All you have to do is check the FINRA site if you are curious about any suspension possibilities, no matter how doubtful it may be.

http://www.otcbb.com/DailyListContent/delistings/OTCBB_Eligibility_Status_Report.pdf
As you can see Avitar has not any of the possible suspension lists.
But you can check it daily if that helps put your mind at ease. LMAO!
If there was convertible debt that "might" be true, good thing there was no debt transferred.
Let's not forget about the other claims that have been made here also that have all been proven false.
Johnny Famous agreement does not exist, Nordstrom was not listed in the PR, etc.
Here ya go...
http://www.facilestyle.com/jfs/buy/
You mean the old Johnny Famous Icon Men's Shoes?
I am not surprised they are sold out you cannot find them anywhere they have been sold out for quite a while now.
http://www.overstock.com/Clothing-Shoes/Johnny-Famous-Icon-Mens-Shoes/3985065/product.html
According to Answers.com it can take anywhere from 13 to 69 weeks for a major player like Nike to design and manufacture their shoes.
Considering the shoes have already been designed, and this is a start up I don't think the current time line is too outrageous.
I will give them another 2 weeks hopefully we will have some positive news by December.
I am confused also seems to be a lot of back and forth here without any clear evidence to prove any single theory.
Kind of funny actually, one time agreeing with the information in the PR the next time disagreeing with it.
Seems questionable at best IMO.
Contact information from http://johnnyfamousshoes.com has a different phone number than you have listed:

no it sure isn't... lot's of amateurs out there!
Do you really expect everyone to believe that Gelmon was paid in advance for a product that will never arrive?
Come on, that has to be one of the most ludicrous statements I have heard yet!
Payment is due upon delivery.
If it is basic stuff, why do you seem so confused when it comes to the definition of an Asset Purchase Agreement?
An asset purchase agreement is the written agreement by which one company buys another company. Asset purchase agreements define the assets and liabilities to be sold. The buyer is purchasing whatever the two parties define as "the Business," including the rights to conduct this Business.
http://asset-management.bestmanagementarticles.com/a-21321-what-is-an-asset-purchase-agreement.aspx
Pretty simple stuff actually.
Let me help you here, an asset purchase agreement is the written agreement by which one company buys another company.
Also, you need to read further there is no debt that was transferred or assumed by the buyer. It's always good to read the entire document before making any assumptions.
ARTICLE 3
EXCLUDED LIABILITIES
3.1 Excluded Liabilities.
Buyer shall not assume, discharge or become liable for any of the liabilities, obligations, debts, contracts or other commitments of Seller of any kind or nature whatsoever, known or unknown, fixed, accrued, contingent or otherwise, existing on, before or after the Closing Date or arising out of any transaction entered into, or any state of facts existing, on, before or after the Closing Date, which liabilities and obligations if ever in existence shall continue to be the liabilities and obligations of Seller (the “Excluded Liabilities”). Seller shall hold Buyer harmless and indemnify Buyer from the Excluded Liabilities any and all claims, including without limitation rejected and returned goods, arising from the sales of goods by Seller on or before the date of the Closing.
Here is some information on what an Asset Purchase Agreement actually is:

Why on earth do you think I need your help?
If I need advice I will ask an experienced and knowledgeable broker!
Just because you claim something, or repeat it over and over again does not necessarily make it true.
Take for example the claim that Johnny Famous did not enter into an JV Agreement with Avitar because the first PR said Johnnies and not Johnny.
Seems I remember many claims the company did not exist, we know now however after the last PR we know that claim is not true either.
Regarding the debt claims, there was no debt transferred, lets not forget:
ARTICLE 3

3.1 Excluded Liabilities.
Buyer shall not assume, discharge or become liable for any of the liabilities, obligations, debts, contracts or other commitments of Seller of any kind or nature whatsoever, known or unknown, fixed, accrued, contingent or otherwise, existing on, before or after the Closing Date or arising out of any transaction entered into, or any state of facts existing, on, before or after the Closing Date, which liabilities and obligations if ever in existence shall continue to be the liabilities and obligations of Seller (the “Excluded Liabilities”). Realistically, I do not know any businessperson that would purchase a company for it's debt, that is an outrageous claim.
Why are you posting an old document that has nothing to do with the current company after the purchase?
http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=6431752
Debt was not transferred.
Happy reading.
There is no debt, therefore, there is no conversion.
Speculation works best when there is some basis or evidence of fact.
Makes me mad how these guys can manipulate the stock structure and screw all of the shareholders out of their hard earned money.
Seems typical for a lot of pink sheets out there that have no product but need to "raise capital" also known as "screw investors".
This stock is nothing more than an ATM machine for the CEO, I bet you never see an actual product here just more splits with an occasional PR to draw in newbee investors.
Good luck to all!
AVTI looks like it is still holding support on .0006 as it has for several sessions now.

They have some great information on learning how to read charts and best of all it's free.
Yeah he is a great humanitarian I hear he works for free .
I think you might of missed the word "Daily" at the top of the page.

Great, glad you went to the site and did some DD, that is a good start.
As you can see they report the information twice monthly as I told you earlier.
Also, if you look closer, you will also notice that while they report the information twice monthly, they also maintain a daily report that is posted on their website.
http://regsho.finra.org/regsho-Index.html
Pursuant to a Securities and Exchange Commission request, FINRA has agreed to make reported short sale trade data publicly available.
Yes they do, however rather than take my word for it I was suggesting that he contact them directly.
It is always a good idea to not take anyone's word for something on these free boards, but follow up posts with research to validate facts.
More times than often I have investigated claims and found theme to be distorted or just plain untrue.
I think you might need to contact FINRA and clear up any confusion you have. I can understand your confusion because the data is only reported twice a month to OTC markets and FINRA maintains the data on a daily basis.
It's quite simple actually, you should call FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) and ask how their data is reported to OTC markets, however it is quite clear they maintain the information on a daily basis.
It is often a good idea to follow up and do your own DD otherwise you could be making a misinformed assumption.

Let's put this into perspective shall we?
Someone bought 100,000 shares, if the PPS goes to .01 $80 turns into $1,000 seems like a valid trade to me.
I will mark your post since you seem so confident we will be red tomorrow, 60 minute chart indicates we should be green by EOD.
Nordstrom is also known by Nordstrom's claiming that is does not exist because the possessive form of the word was used is ridiculous.
Reminds me of the whole clam that Johnny Famous relationship did not exist because the possessive form Johnnie's was used to describe the agreement.
If you try the URL http://www.Nordstroms.com (with the 's') it takes you directly to the Nordstrom site.
Why? Because the people that at Nordstrom know it is also referred to as Nordstrom's.
It's called DD and a little common sense.
Not sure where you are getting your information but it is clearly incorrect.
The August 5, 2010 PR mentions some of the high end stores where the shoes will be available.
Doran Santiago Ramos, Johnnies head of sales and marketing stated, "The run is almost sold out and the product will be available at various high end stores such as Nordstrom, LACA, Marine Corp Exchange, Rolo, Sears MX, M. Fredric, Metro, Ink Well, Proud Art, and Crush on Collage.

I agree plus I noticed AVTI is now on the breakout board! Could be heating up real soon here!
That is a complete lie, he was Director, as well as Head of Acquisitions and Real Estate for Domino's Pizza of Canada Ltd.
Come on do you really think people here are that stupid to believe such things?
Float must be very thin now PPS is moving easily, MM's are easing up on it.
Gonna run strong when the news comes out, good opportunity to get some more before tomorrows close.
News is going to pop any day now.
I have already spoke to him, that is a load of bologna, he made no claims of the sort. The story you are trying to spin is false and has no truth behind it.
LMAO I think the post doesn't exist because of the typo.
I know, time is closing in on some serious gains here.
I agree, support is strong and has been strong along 0.0006, this stock is ready for a nice run very soon.
The information you are trying to get people to buy into is not accurate, there is no debt here.
I agree, low volume like this is usually a good precursor to a massive run.
Yes you are correct, customs in the destination country are responsible for regulating what flows into the destination country, this is as you say, without exception.
Good to see you back BTW!
It seems you are quite confused here. Call them when you get a chance, do some more DD about acquisitions, it should help you understand what transpired.
