I'm going to contact them today and ask explicitly what will happen with SWRL when the holding company is approved. Reading that proposal, there is no indicating of what happens to us. It seems the holding company would 'hold' SWRL separately for capital and other purposes. So why are insiders selling????
It would seem silly to set up a holding company for two entities, and then phase out one of them, begging the question why set up the holding company in the first place? The dumping however seems to suggest something amiss is brewing....
Looking at the last quarter data, it's hard to understand what is wrong here. They are making money, just expanded, are majority owned by a respectable chocolatemaker, which is cross marketing with them. Where is it all going wrong???
I agree, this stock has great potential with the full impact of the latest acquisitions to be clearer later this year. At this price a bargain with great upside. Will pick up more....
Hi - Investor here. It seems momentum is building; Nova Scotia, upstate New York, Sonoco deal.... 2014 could be a banner year. I know I should know this but what specifically has Mr. Asimov developed that sets GCEI apart from competitors. Thanks.
Wow! Love that prediction. Don't know if I'm that optimistic, although the latest acquisitions make me very bullish on this stock. Glad I loaded up a bit last week when it was trading at .80. With the new stable of stores and SWRL's position in this market, this stock could get up in to those higher levels you mention, although I'd be hard pressed to predict when. This one is in my kids' accounts, so hopefully, in a few years we'll be up there....
Good point. I'm hoping the stock gains some traction with the quarterly release. We'll see.
Usually a good sign when a company announces earnings early in the week, giving the investing community more time to mull it over, rather than a Friday, when they're hoping the horror will be forgotten by Monday. Hoping to see good things next week, and a nice jump in price. Got some more yesterday at 75 cents. Don't think we'll be seeing it that low again after next week.
Trade Volume - Finally, finally got some decent numbers on Friday. Maybe, just maybe, the word will get out and we shall see some price growth soon.
Well put. I almost got sucked in when Aim High targeted this one. Long-term, they are putting out a product with the potential for high margins. Look at GAP's stock price. I don't know if this too much a boutique-type of clothes line, precluding it from reaching a mass market. The stuff is priced high, but worn by celebs. If it dips down even more, might take a bite. Will follow...
Well done. Seems Oxysure is going in the right direction... or so I hope....
Good stuff. I think this thing could eventually really take off when we get something concrete, some kind of ground-breaking activity. They seem headed in that direction. The field is actually pretty exciting, and, an investment, we can feel good about: turning waste into fuel!
Good post. The main points the grant does bolster claims the company is legit and embarking on a project that is deemed by a third party to be worthwhile, at the least. So, it is a big show of confidence in the company, so that is good....
It's not like the company has never communicated with the public through pr releases, the last coming on August 22, which was pretty goods news of a deal in Nova Scotia. If the announcement comes tomorrow or the next day or whenever, it appears GCEI is engaged in negotiations at the least...
I guess we get to ten cents, when we get some firm info. on this ny big player allegedly linking up with gcei. if at least one of these projects comes to fruition, then we could see very big gains. that, however, could take another two years or so... IMHO I can wait.
Stock float. I, like others, I guess, got interested in Sigma after reading some of the latest buzz talk, including the atest posting from the folks at Aimhigh. Reading elsewhere, including Seeking Alpha, the company seems to offer a legitimate product and service for a burgeoning industry. Only thing that bothers me a bit is that stoke float. Over 400 millions in circulation seems a bit high. Could they be forced to do a reverse split at some time in the future? Thanks for any info....
Looks, good. Loading up on this one. Got a good feeling that this product will go far. If these projections are close or on target, OXYS could be a $10 stock in about three years. I think as revenue grows, so will interest. Really excited!
I tend to agree with you there. All wondering where it goes today...
Could that be institutional buying there at the end of trading, shooting the price up after four o'clock??
It would seem to be somewhat connected. If that can be believed, that is pretty major news. I kinda missed it, and wondered why there wasn't more of a jump in price the day it was released, which was last week. More pr are planned for Sept, so we could be in for some riches.....
Thanks for this info! We should be paying you for it. Should it all come to fruition, things will be looking good for us. Like the fact the IR person was prompt and professional in responding. A good sign.....
Well put. One thing Red Giant seems to be doing well is pursuing different sources of potential revenue. In an earlier life, I would have looked down at the blatant commercialism. I'm very eager to learn more about progress on the Wayward Sons movie. That could be really big. Plus, the product they are putting out in comic form is pretty darn good. Lot of good here, but this company will need time to grow. Got lots of pokers in the fire, just a question of some of them coming to fruition...
I think that most of the investment community is waiting for the company to rake in some real income. I think the potential upside here is huge, so it's a gamble with a potentially big payoff.
I think if the next quarterly report shows more growth, there's little reason to think it stays down like this. Or this upcoming comic convention, with their strong lineup set to attend, could give it a boost as well.
I think the film news could catapult the stock, or just growing revenues. What do you think of the stock float? 400 million shares, with 300 million held by the director. Could he just take some of those stocks out of circulation to bring that number down? Some of these penny stock sites are very critical of the company. I'm optimistic. Just can't see this staying down much longer....
It would seem. Looking at all the projects they have going on, it seems ridiculous the stock is priced this low. On the other hand, the revenue doesn't seem to be there. Stupid question, but why?
The idea behind the big books is they get enough money from the ads to make it possible to give them away for free without loss.
Exactly. Do you know whether this film in production is for the big screens in theaters or dvd, or tv? Thanks
Someone else mentioned it, but, right now, how high Red Giant goes will depend on some hard numbers. If the next q shows some solid growth, then it will rise, no doubt about it. I'm optimistic. This company seems legit, has some creative people on staff, and is developing interesting products for an array of platforms. This large-format comic is very seductive. That one will depend on the interest they can generate from advertisers. Looking at Katrina, the work is first rate. This from a longtime Marvel fan...
Cool. Thanks for the info. Very interesting. Obviously, this company is attacking on many fronts...

This latest news, snagging a top-rated artist for the Tesla series forebodes will, I think. At the risk of sounding too optimistic, I think Red Giant could be a legitimate winner here, folks. Given that, it seems almost silly to be getting excited about this stock 'doubling'to two cents. That seems the bare minimum we can achieve.
Well, I'm very very excited to see what happens today. Got 70,000 shares of this, and would love to see it take off today!! Reports solid, not spectacular numbers, in a field that has to interest investors. Good luck!
Hi - I just got in to this stock. It looks tantilizing at this price and a double seems a sure bet at the least. I've contacted the company about writing a profile piece for Seeking Alpha and the press guy has promised to send me a press package. Got to get some pr going here!
Thanks for the reply. I sold out of JADA at a heavy loss and will try to recoup with CHRI.
This company seems intriguing. A new migraine medication and some other movement. Website hasn't been updated, however, since 2011. What is keeping this one down. Dragged down by the whole Chinese small-cap reverse-merger hysteria?
Newby here! Wanna thank all who have sent me messages and info. Will contact the company's lawyer, and probably will buy in soon. Probably on the next dip.
Hi all - Have lots of JADA stock, more than I'd like to admit publically. I try not to think about it, but do occasionally check here and there on the off chance they may have communicated something to us, the stockholders. I also look at the website, and here there seems to be a glimmer of hope. I would swear that the website does have some new information, not sure when it was added, but the piece on the history of jade looks like one that wasn't there that far back. The graph on the 'process' also looks like a recent addition. Is anyone else noticing this?
Wow what a response. I'm eager to look at everything I can get my hands on about the company. I'll like to talk to someone at this Hawk place first. Can I get a link to a report or a press release on these coming financial results? Thanks
Thanks much. Doing a quick Google search not much comes up. Looking at twitter feeds from "StocksOnHawk" the IR allegedly employed by CBGH has nary a mention, although the Chinese Cactus outfit is mentioned with their reporting of quarterly results. Some outfit, IQ Capital does mentio Yibai should announce results on Dec. 31, "based on calculations" whatever that means. Seems you guys are pumping up the volume to pump up the volume and edge the price up. Heck, get it up a penny now, and you've got a 33% percent profit. Easy, quick money.
