Hi,
When the CEO buys stocks for his own portfolio, that requires public notice.
However, Labor Smart, as a publicly held entity are not bound by those reporting rules. They require reporting only on their 10-Q, and their Annual report.
These are only instances I am aware of.
There may be more. However, they do not have to publish outside of these requirements if they believe that it may impact shareholder adversely or otherwise.
Peace, j
Hospitals suck.
LTNC does not.
J
I have been inundated with support from LTNC longs. It was difficult to be cut off
from this board.
I am confident that this is the start of a journey that we all have waited for.
Peace, j
I totally agree.
Been in the hospital for a week.
Prior to that, I have bought nearly
One million additional shares to fill my position. Did not feel well enough to post.
Accumulation is nearly finished, but we will see more earnest flipping. That is the nature of this issue.
Good luck to all, and as always this expresses my own opinion.
Shanti, J
That is the best advice I have read recently.
Peace, j
I just can't wait till the next quarterly report comes out. So tired of the squabbling
that surrounds this board.
If the DD is good..(and it is), we are good.
Ryan burned over 700 million personally owned LTNC shares, live, in color, to a world-wide Periscope audience.
Fellow travellers, it doesn't get any better than that.
Peace, J
I put a sell order in for mine routinely.
I put mine in @ $ 00.75.
Good thing i read your post, bought more yesterday and forgot to add that.
Changing to 2.75.
Peace, j
Isn't it great to live in 2016?
The past is done with!
Expecting something about new ss
adjustment today.
Peace, j
This is probably not seamless.
It, imo, require a seperate action
to adjust the A/S
Should be retirements from both
O/S and A/S.
I would bet that gets mentioned to him.
Peace, j
This CEO stated that information can not be disclosed yet, hey maybe tomorrow!
Patience and no need to yell.
We find out together.
Peace, j
Agreed
Dumping , probably into the buyback.
Reduces the O/S.
Let em sell. Means more shares able to be purchased.
Peace, j
Ryan either mentioned in the Q&A.
Subtracting the "voodoo accounting"
of convertibles, that it was closer to 1.3 million.
Peace, J
Social media is recognized as a valid means to disperse information.
8k's and Q's still need to be listed through
the SEC.
There us only 30.12 million shares listed in the whole o/s for TSGL.
$14,820000 in revenue.
A shell with with nearly 15 million in revenue is going to do a 1:50 reverse split.
Amazing analysis.........
Shanti, j
Ryan tweeted that it "can't be disclosed at this time."
Ryan tweeted that it "can't be disclosed at this time."
He did not say, did he?
He did not say, did he?
7's are what's for dinner.
Sneak back into the kitchen and grab us
some sixes. Lol
Consolidation is all about balance.
Cam anyone post a screenshot of the L2?
Stuck at home, still, physican house arrest. Lol
Peace, J
I own shares in LaborSmart.
Labor Smart owns controlling interest
in TGSL.
TGSL is purchasing 6 branchs from Labor
Smart.
We get 30% of revs.
We get the cash to eliminate debt from
LTNC's books.
It is all about the cash and clean books.
Peace, j
Selling 6 branches to a company he controls, 30%of revenue goes directly to Labor Smart, 1 million plus cash proceeds earmarked to debt elimination of Labor Smart. What is your argument here?
peace, j
Cash from proceeds are earmarked
to eliminate debt. That is the purpose of the branch sales.
Hey Tmyz!
Long time no speak to.
Nice consolidation period.
Peace, j
This CEO bought 2.7 billion shares on the open market with his own money.
Who does that?
I think he has a clue.
6 is good
Well, ryan owns , what, 2.1 billions shares.
Publically held is another 1.2 to 1.4 billion...a guess people!
Unless the ceo and the board get together to reduce his holdings,...
.02 may be further away.
That 2.1 billion is still counted into the o/s. I understand that they are locked up.
A solution is needed. Perhaps a move by the board to trade his billions into Preferred. My opinion only, just riffing, not lying either.
Peace j
No, I am not lying about this. Not by the means that Ryan Schadel has outlined.
Those are the only methods he has supported.
An R/S has been bluntly denied for consideration.
An a/s below one billion shares and an o/s below that is going to take longer.
May i remind you that these are only my opinions.
Play nice.
Shanti, j
It will take years to adjust this share structure down.
Very long term with that condition, yes.
We will have value with much lower
Per share price.
Too many shares out there.
Peace, j
And I hope it takes months.
It probably will.
I will continue to accumulate, like everybody else.
Good for long-term shareholders.
Peace, j
How large?
I am under physican house arrest, again.
Lol. Another week.
Great deal of cash coming availabe, soon.
Cash is good.
Peace,j
Maybe some book balancing going on.
Nothing sinister.
Peace, j
I don't know why that issue tanked. In spite of great revenue?
Ltnc was diluted into the ground.
I have great hopes with no debt and a mended ss.
Peace, j
I agree with you, however that contention my have been true
at the time.
The issue you are making a comparison to has been tanking for two years.
Nice revenues but definitely sliding down a slippery slope.
I added it to a watch list to further study it.
Peace, j
Insane.
Pass out some lithium and abilify.
Too many labels being applied to trading.
Long, short, etc..
All we are talking about here with LTNC
is how this fits into your portfolio.
Your portfolio is where you access
risk.
You are unsure about how much time this issue needs sit before it makes real money. You guessed 2 years, I believe
3 to 4.
The OTC is littered with the bones of broke traders.
True trading success begins with
risk management.
It is not necessarily the trader with
20 to 30 million shares who will reap the higher rewards.
To make money now, here in LTNC it is a requirement. Hence the volatility.
That is the trading environment.
As a long term investor you need
a different mindset.
Are you an Investor who trades?
Or a trader who invests?
On the surface, they appear to be equal.
Examine their portfolios to see the differences between them.
Neither mindset is more correct than
the other.
It is always about the risk.
No one passes out money to broke traders.
Peace, j
Good night everybody.
Peace, j
He said the deal was liked..not signed, yet.
The deal was accepted, however.
We wait for the details, until they can be fully disclosed.
Patience.
Peace, j
It is the OTC. Can't blame them for being skeptical. This is going to take time to catch on. My own trading rules kept me from accumulating a no-bid stock and
when it started to move I was shut out of the cheap cheapies.
Peace, j
Run interday on your chart.
5 minute interval
Very evident with heiken ashi
candlesticks.
Peace, j
