The Golden Cross only has credance in a non manipulated market. This is not one of them. Big Board issues and Major Market venues like the SP might not even react.
Say what you want. We have had an interesting run, so far. IMO, the drop in pps recently, underscores my conjecture that price is manipulated. To quote Heinlein " Of course the game is rigged, but you can't win if you don't play"
I was disappointed with the drop......so I do not trust this market. Still here.
From an extreme technical perspective.....on the monthly we needed a correction. Create a market structure low. A bottom. Imo. Peace. Jeff
Hi fuente!
I believe you are most certainly correct. I believe it was an EOD trade that, by definition, printed after hours. As to who made that trade? Who knows? (that is for an earlier poster who "knew"). There are no names on that or any other trade. It could have been me....
Since I use my posts sparingly, I would like to make a few comments pertaining to the technical side of BIEL. If I might.
There were earlier posts today that questioned why there was not a drop in pps with the 14 million shares sold by holders.
I have been asking that question for a month. REM: "The mms have been very kind."
I have not been keeping up with the mm short interest, but IMO, they correct daily. This leads me to consider motives outside mere covering.
OK, here is my opinion....there are mms who are accumulating. Same as us. Market Makers associated with BIEL would be given a 30 day "heads up" to significant aspects pertaining to the market they are representing. That could be one.
Now I don't subscribe to blowing sunshine up any traders backside....anyone who tracks an issue technically would have been surprised with the recent pps of BIEL. Looking at the last three months from the daily to the weekly to the monthly chart would question it. It tracks very well.
Prior to last Friday BIEL was locked into a .005 close. that also happened to be the pivot point. We also had slid under the 200 day moving average. All good. When I see something like this in the pinks I wonder why. The recent charting of BIEL just fails to make sense...It seems too nice. Now, I usually look for a two candle confirmation (in pinks) before I re-buy. I look forward to the open tomorrow. My reservations are still in place, that BIEL seems orchestrated (painted). I still hold and will continue too until I feel the need to sell.
We have broken out of a consolidation base and will move higher. The next task for BIEL is to close above .007. That is our next significant resistance. After this, we will test old resistance levels that may no longer apply. Peace. Jeff.
I agree with you...."All we need is one to clear, and we're in the pennies, easily." Just a matter of patience. I believe that the market reaction mirrors your opinion. IMO.
Peace, Jeff
Let me take a stab at this....
Sentiment, great bid support, proactive attacking reaction by
biel to the powers that be....
There just wasn't enough selling volume to drop it.
Are there always going to be those that need to sell, whatever their reason? Yes, just not this time. I was as astonished as you to the lack of reaction. The worst it did (as of this moment) was drop it into a consolidation. Not that bad. I said in an earlier post that the mm's have been very kind. So, this is just a guess and as good as any other. We do have other products in the pipeline, too.
Peace, Jeff
Dear Supernova12,
We have been fortunate that the mms have been so
supportive on the bid. I wonder. This is an unusually helpful group. Anyway good bid support usually means lift in the ask. J
Hello everyone,
I do agree with Bishy that in pinks nothing moves without a spark. However, Biel has moved very well without good news recently. Please do not waste your time recapping recent history. The weekly and monthly charts available to all located in the intro above does a very good job of supporting my contention.
My opinion: Greenwoods job, is, in part education (they say so). New investor education is implied. Hence the constant rehashing of information that is currently driving longs crazy. IMO, they are recognizing that wary buyers are hip to being screwed over by pinks. I am not taking the position of an expert here......however, we have all heard of or participated in some form of scam. That is why I love this company. We know what can happen when this suite of products become OTC in the USA.
If it doesn't happen, our eyes were wide open.
Next: I am not a pumper. If I thought I was losing money in this position I would have been gone already. I will not cite any study or make projections on price. My sole interest is retirement. When I comment on technical analysis issues it is only to inform. I will no longer tilt at windmills and I leave that up to the rest of the regulars to dispense justice where you see fit. I have chosen the ignore option.
This is where I make my only caveat: We are at the cusp of great things...something that could change pain management for decades. Biel has the patents, spent the money on government approvals, and suffered the winds of bureaucratic stupidity; and is still gaining acceptance worldwide.
My son was considered small at birth--he is over six foot three inches today. Please apply your own analogies here.
Peace, J
(I work odd hours, I am not trying to avoid anyone with comments.) J
Run likely.
We closed above the 200 day moving average
We sold off and are still poised to run.
We have rising volume.
This is a formula for a strong breakout.
peace J
Dear ddlsss,
With respect, you owe me one answer before I need respond to you. Regarding my question to you
.......
What Biel product has been cleared by the Food and Drug Administration of The United States of America?
Peace, J
What are you trying to imply?
The FDA has already approved of one of our "gizmo's" Do you know which one it is?
Get on board with this and see the light. The Canadian approval is just one more step towards worldwide acceptance. When the FDA approves the rest we will be selling into the largest individual market in the whole, wide, world.....That is when the real fun begins. Peace, J
How about a "not tonight, I have a headache" patch...instant ten cents on PPS. J
I hope you heeded my advise. Peace j
Maybe I should have transposed those last two sentences. Anyway, I have doubled my position twice since Dr Oz came out for this treatment. Going to do it again. (Becoming pricier) This was never an overnight sensation...more of a test of patience. We might all be wrong, and that can happen. However, the longer we wait for approval, the better chance we stand
to gain access to the largest market in the world. Think about it. Think large. Then think about your share position. Where do you want to be when approval comes.
Just my opinion.
Peace, jeff
Keep the faith. Approval will come. In spite of recent price movements, (the eod takedowns) volume will negate that. Moving into the second wave of a very nice technical move. Peace, j
.
Succinct. Thank you!
Hello!
Thank you for your reply. I mean that! I am just trying to sort my way through all this. As you are. Jeff
Hello everyone,
I have been following this site for a week (impressed already. right!). (All the longs flinch) Anyway, I have one question, why should I risk my dearly won capital here? This is a question that everyone who knows that no one is going to backstop their wrong plays asks. Just explain this in a manner that doesn't preclude the fact that I know a little about pinks. Been trading them for many years. I just want to know your thoughts without the glitter. What sets this apart? What is the dream and what is the reality?
I know about the "countdown". Spare me the hype and spread the truth. I am prepared to put my cash on the line. Peace, Jeff
Hi everyone!
We are on the cusp of great things!
I posted several months ago that I would re buy when BIEL broke out of its range.
We are now there.
I should have been more attentive to my own (original) intent and continued to buy after the Dr. OZ segment. My fault.
However, stocks trade high and then pull-back. I am still confident I can execute my buy within this scenario. I am buying, none the less. Still cheap.
Simply because our esteemed leader has an interview doesn't account for the high volume of buys that started last week. I am optimistic. I am a chronic pain sufferer and would love this type of low cost, no addiction risk of treatment. (Many years ago (1987) I had a motorcycle accident that destroyed my shoulder....I would get up and walk straight into a wall) Let's get this type of treatment approved (Hear me FDA!) and quit screwing around. Now is the time and we should brook no excuses.
Well, there is a time and a place for everything. I live in Ohio, and the largest, most visible, instances of the prevalence of opiate addiction has been in the southern reaches of the state. It is a pipeline of illegal substances emanating from Florida and elsewhere. Reducing the want will reduce the supply. Certainly not overnight. It will take time and the buy-in of many health professionals.
I hope I didn't bore too many of you with this, but I am a believer waiting for market confirmation.
Peace Jeff
I too have OX account and an ACH takes three days to clear. My best bet is a wire that when at bank open will clear free within hours. Costs 25 bucks but can pay for itself quickly
The only reason I am commenting is that I am making a two legged transfer(forex to bank to OX) and wondered about your particulars. I saw biel start to move last week and waited to long. Strong move.
Yes there was. July 16th 2010. The release is clear on that point
But this is such a transparent company. I want more of that.
No. Katx stiffed the shareholders of record for the first distro. The 1 to 4 one. Katx announced that particular one with one of their rare PR's. Please do not tell us we do not deserve those shares. I am offended by this "junior exploration" company's failure to follow through on this promise. I have considered filing suit against them only in this regard.
Peace. Jeff
600 million, sorry...my bad
Tack onto that 1.1 billion another 600000 million fine amd that then is a serious hit on their bottom line.
I prefer waiting for a solid approval and not a rush job.
Fda didn't do jnj any favors, did they.
JnJ fined 1.1 billion dollars this week in Arkansas. So much for political pull. Kinda blows your example out of the water, doesn't it?
Merry Christmas to all of you! Peace, j
According to their website it is currently available only in the USA. They have an FDA approval for their initial product but I have not been able to find what it was--yet.
Their cited proof is lab studies in vitro.
However, there is mention of clinical studies beyond this.
After reading their legal disclamer, I decided not to cut and paste anything from their site.
It is interesting to note how their sales increased dramatically during their first 5 years of product release. Peace J
Total Product Lifestyle. Told
There are at least 3 or 4 systems on the market that do the same thing. Hydroponic culture is not backward. Major grows are not being done with Aero culture. Too expensive on startup. A reasonably astute person will duplicate their system in a more cost effective manner.
I don't do it and I don't condone it. I did alot of research for my wife's plants. She has a bad habit of killing everything she brings indoors. I thought it would make a nice Christmas present. Peace, J.
Of course, that doesn't make it a bad pick. j
Aero.....aka Aerogarden....nice. profits will grow and bud nicely. Nice disconnect. I will follow this board and this issue. Honestly, didn't know they were public. lol.
Levity aside, Your past performance has intrigued me and I plan on making your board a daily stop. Good work. Very impressed.
Peace. J
I was impressed with your candor and obvious grasp of what we have here. This is a bet and two raises on the potential of this product.
Not the company, the product.
I believe it would sell regardless of who developed it. We are in a very good place.
I doubled my position just on the Dr. Oz recomendation alone.
I wish us all well.
I believe I need a vacation.
Tahiti would be nice.
Champagne dreams on a beer budget. lol. Peace. J
Nice call. Now where do we go?
I believe that was tried today. Lotta bid sittin' going on today. I was camped out at .0035, and was surprised when it filled. So, price would need to break heavy against support just to get to it. Who knows? Peace, J
Snevey,
If this company could place a post-surgical product for RC, I would try it----post-surgical (first three weeks) is a bitch. Wouldn't mind trying a product that replaced some or all the meds usually given after a repair. (Nothing like walking straight into a wall to give you perspective)
I acquired this particular tear in a similar manner as you. I was benching a 120 lb. shaft from under and inside a large industrial machine. That is all I can say about that. My second.
First repair hurt like nothing else I have ever experienced before. I also had a 3rd degree AC shoulder seperation on the same side, from 25 years ago. That hurt also.
Sooooooo.....an engineered product for the shoulder would be very welcome.
I feel for you bro.....Peace..........J
Hi,
I would like to know if the product line is going to be expanded to include shoulder surgeries. I have had one rotator cuff repair, and it was THE most painful recoveries I have ever experienced. I need another. Knees, not so bad...had three of them.
On the financial side.....what is the long term solution for pps. Can a buyback be considered?
I will be at work during the teleconference.
Thank you for asking. Peace J
kinda makes you wonder. As far as the reporting when they are not required to, well, I understand that to uplist they would need to files for six months prior to such an event. Maybe, they are just keeping their options open. j
I bought in yesterday at the high.....but it was a small position. I added two more times yesterday, and smacked the ask for 10K an hour ago.
FDA approvals would really make this stock jump. Looking forward to it!
Besides, as a member to the Injury-of-the-Month Club, I have a real need for the product. lol Peace J
Your number one priority is to protect your capital. No market can sustain price with the promised dilution of an additional 2.8 billion shares.
Double the stock--halve the pps.
I had to sell to protect my money from additional stock structure chicanery. Peace....J
politicians and appointees. Non stock holders all.
Is Sutton a poison pill?
Maybe.
The White House needs no more bad press.
The others might not need controversy.
Who does know?
Anyway, good night. Good night Jan-Has-Art. Expected you to voice an opinion. Peace....J
show some vision....those twenty old people could probably buy and sell you twenty times before it cuts into their profit and loss.
I, too, am old by your definition. Age is a great perspective builder. I survived the dot.com fiasco. Still creaping along....doing good things with my money.
I have no crystal ball and I won't blow sunshine up your a## either. If you feel the need to sell...man, go for it. My entry was .0019. No worries here. Some didn't get in until the price had risen. If that describes you, then you should protect your capital. No one hands out money to traders. We all live and die by our choices. Peace....J
In addition to that, there must have been more than one major stockholder in the crowd who's position had been gutted by the 8-K. Now, isn't it logical that their fears have been calmed, in spite of having their position destroyed by this 8-K? It is my opinion that , in spite of today's developments, there is something that will keep them in and not crash the pps?
There are many of us who hold large positions--but not like those who got the Golden Ticket to today's affair.
When I look at from this perspective, there is much that Sutton & Company is withholding...we will see.
It is my belief that you just don't frack with the people who have supported you. My position. We havn't heard the rest of the story.
A startup with less debt should fare better than others...
Peace, J
