Leaks reveal refined Pebble Mine plan
https://www.miningnewsnorth.com/story/2020/02/14/news/leaks-reveal-refined-pebble-mine-plan/6173.html
Also BEAR in mind THE EXPECTED BIG MOVE will BE in the second half of the year for DOLLARS not the pennies your looking at now. Your own DD SHOULD tell you that , not mine
FORGET THE DAM CHART - Do SOME DD as to what THE PEBBLES SITE is worth
If permitted, Pebble would be North America’s largest mine, according to a study by the Center for Science in Public Participation. Current resource estimate includes 6.5 billion tonnes in the measured and indicated categories containing 57 billion pounds of copper and 71 million ounces of gold, 3.4 billion pounds of molybdenum and 345 million silver ounces.
KEEP IN MIND what THEY LIST is only "HALF" of what PEBBLES has. It should BE in THE DD you should find on your own

Agree , as all the recent news shows a very positive GO for NAK's Pebbles project later in the year. What sucks for me (LOL) is that now I will be averaging UP rather than DOWN because of this rise . Thought I would have at least a couple to 3 months more to add in the .40 cent range

Dear Dug : The power plant needed for this mine is covered in detail in the ACOE's EIS
Am assuming you are only referring to the expected FIRST sale which is for HALF of the Pebbles site as it was reduced in sized so the EIS process would run smother. So my guess is $7/share. Believe RT will be holding out for a hell of a lot more if he is viewing from a basis of what ALL NAK has.
O/S is currently about 435M , B/O price not finalized yet , can only do some speculation for the time being

PFEIS is the final draft! They will receive comments but they have stated all data gaps from PEIS have been FILLED. Now just waiting until FEIS and then i expect ROD within 30 days. That's it folks - B/O immediately follows and Ron has already indicated he values the rights at 3B before any bidding war.

“The Pebble deposit is on state of Alaska land and represents a significant opportunity for Alaskans," Collier penned in a Jan. 30 project update. "Our view is that it can be developed responsibly in accordance with all applicable local, state and federal permits. As these agencies continue their work reviewing the technical aspects of the project, the project team encourages Alaskans to keep engaged about the issues we face – and if you see something you like, please let others know."
The right Mine. The right time. Federal permit is imminent

Today the USACE PFEIS is being distributed to cooperating agencies, CA. There will be a 45 day comment period. Expect leaks as this is the FINAL EIS. All concerns have been addressed or the USACE would not have released the PFEIS to the CA's The CA comments from the DEIS and other comments received from the DEIS comment period are incorporated into the PFEIS.
NAK has Palladium, that is only scratching the surface
PEBBLES is primarily a copper mine
Longs need to watch this video on copper etc
In the meantime notice that the PPS has not traded below .40 in over a month even with the FEIS delay by the ACOE

2020 Milestones & Permitting Next Steps
An Update from Tom Collier, CEO
In 2019, forward progress for our plan to develop a mine at the Pebble Deposit was achieved with the release of the draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the project. This document, produced by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and with input from a range of cooperating agencies, showed our stakeholders that the project can be developed responsibly without harm to the Bristol Bay fishery. The DEIS further demonstrates the tremendous economic contribution the project could make to the communities closest to the deposit.
The DEIS was released to the public in February 2019 and was subject to a 120-day public comment process. The USACE received more than 100,000 comments — including extensive comments from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Department of the Interior, and the state of Alaska. It is worth noting that the USACE must address each of the comments it received as it works toward completion of its review of our plan.
Milestones in 2020
With these actions, 2020 should see the most important milestones for the project — the publication of a final Environmental Impact Statement for the project and a record of decision. These documents will conclude the federal permitting review of our plan. The USACE has indicated their intent to publish the final EIS for the project this summer. Should we secure our federal approvals, we can begin the process of navigating the state permitting process.
Permitting Next Steps
Other federal permitting actions on the horizon include the U.S. Coast Guard permits for bridge construction, biological assessment consultations with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and National Marine Fisheries Service, and the completion of the pipeline right-of-way from the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement. The draft Compensatory Mitigation Plan for our wetlands permit was published by the USACE earlier this week. I share this information to keep stakeholders looped in about ongoing developments within the federal permitting process for the project.
Opportunity for Alaskans
The Pebble Deposit is on state of Alaska land and represents a significant opportunity for Alaskans. Our view is that it can be developed responsibly in accordance with all applicable local, state and federal permits. As these agencies continue their work reviewing the technical aspects of the project, the project team encourages Alaskans to keep engaged about the issues we face — and if you see something you like, please let others know.

ME TOO , though the best timing sometimes flipping from one to the other can be tricky , like currently
YUP and the ACOE more than KNOWS how to prepare for attempts to demean their Pebbles findings and defend their NOD position from the ANTI-PEBBLES LIARS
Sound familiar to what ELSE is going on in THE NEWS LATELY ??? LOL
With the extra time and being diversified I see this as an advantage as I am expecting good/great moves in other holdings in the first half of 2020. Giving me an advantage to accumulate more EARLY for NAK's very apparent coming success later THIS YEAR based on what RT confidently stated in this podcast below

Would think many are on hold to see the next release of quarterly fins
The clock is ticking on the next NAK milestone to be meet.
Today's trading I found interesting in that the PPS held at and above .44
True , if there is one. But my sell trade is a calculated risk no different than was my buy trade. BIRD IN HAND
Out at $4 for a one day gain of 53%
Hoping so , am in at $2.60
That video now unavailable ???? That sucks
