i'm sorry..you had indicated that you thought that the CEO was personally selling shares, at his leisure, over past, specific days...even stating some average amount "per day"...
that was the point. are you now indicating that you didn't have that quite right, that this wasn't what was happening, and that the premise that CEOs go to ATM machines, call their broker, and sell like you indicated, is utterly erroneous?
Hi Rlight...
i give it as much time is needed... what does an arbitrary date provide me with?
i remain in, could exit, with my common PTEL shares i own, cuz i, am waiting and seeing...
setting some date may be psychologically "helpful" for some, but in reality, the VERY THING that people hold up as problematic, is the thing that supports not setting dates....
e.g.; site launch, original.... "if not by october, november, december....I'm done...I'm out".... then site launches, reasoning makes sense, etc...
folks then complain that company always is late on this, or that...
this is very reasoning behind waiting and seeing, IF i remain "in."
i'm okay if the prize delay is for legitimate reasons... and i'm convinced it is... it would be quite easy to get the prizes out and shut down the chatter.... very easy. it's more complicated than that, i think.
another poster indicated that there are some regulatory reasons behind delays, prizes not going out yet...
You should check into what's required for CEOs to sell into the open market...
your specific statement, was about a CEO, selling into the market, on particular days...
it's not what is occuring, IMO, and the view isn't reflective of an understanding on how things work...
Please provide the formulation, the math, behind the statement you made...
maybe it'll clarify your proposition that the math adds up to what you assert...
Do you think the CEO is actually selling shares into the market today, past days?
you think, the CEO can call up his broker, or go online, and sell shares into the market like you and I?
please elaborate on what you understand to be the process by which a CEO sells shares....
Only same as previously indicated....
for those who don't know, i subscribed, joined, MMX very early on, learned the editing tool, and practiced, and won the first contest they had.
the prizes have not been provided as of yet....
as the divi is complete (still being delivered, but seems to be steadily showing up in folks accounts), i expect clarification on this and other matters from mgmt to public rather than to me directly...
ENTI/PTEL Divi >> Explanation of the #'s
There's a conversion rate of 1:1,711
For those asking why they have less PTEL divi shares then they had ENTI shares, your restricted PTEL divi shares, when converted to common stock, will be multiplied by 1711 (approx).
That number should equal the number of ENTI shares you had to qualify for the PTEL divi.
ericrez: you hold shares (your 1150 showing in your account), which, when restriction is lifted, convert to your orig holdings (1150 x approx 1700 (conversion rate) = approx 2 million you indicated you held).
JRE... plenty of people have received the divis...
.. not claiming anything else with that... Just saying, many, many people have received them...
no biggie mmx! expect updates when time is appropriate..
material events, significant news... not a whole lot of talk until then, IMO.
take care everyone, enjoy your evening!
That tweet from ptel ceo was from December 5th.
it's important to date things when reposting...
i believe most remember that tweet..'
imagine we'll hear updates when substantial and material.
I'm not seeing anything to support a single thing that person claims:

I think there's likely a reasonable expectation...
that we'll hear something, when "something" is material and "ready" enough to publish to everyone... There's enough indication from vocal shareholders that mgmt updating without being able to show, visibly, progress... isn't a value-added proposition..(btw, i do believe progress is being made...that's my view).
With divi completed, many brokerages receiving and posting, i'm hopeful some material and visible next steps continue, including MMX content and promotion...
take care all, quiet doesn't mean inactive...btw (referring to mgmt, of course... and shareholders too).
peace,
Now...i don't know if i agree with your position that ENTI is a flippers delight...
but i do think it's important to consider what could happen, as opposed to making absolute claims about what never will..
i don't agree with the "never" trade above .0001 bid again speculation, btw.

got a problem? talk to IHUB ADMINS... and appeal deletions.
Personal Attack, Duplicate Post, Spam, Off Topic, Vulgarity, Author Asked to Remove, Violation of Privacy, Threat.
Duplicate – an accidental duplicate post by a single Member. This does not mean a similar message posted previously or the same content posted by a different Member.
Personal Attack – when someone attacks one or more members personally rather than the content of that Member's message. The post does not have to be addressed to the "target" of the attack to be considered a Personal Attack. If it attacks a messenger rather than the message, it qualifies for deletion and it is expected that Moderators will remove it.
Spam
Posting the same or similar content to more than two (2) boards within a calendar day;
Posting the same or almost identical post more than twice within a calendar day i.e. "where's the PR?", "anyone seen the PR?", "thought there was going to be a pr today?", "geez, is the pr coming out today or not?";
Sending the same or similar unsolicited PM to multiple recipients
Posting content that is off-topic to the subject of a board;
Posting statements that do not add value to the discussion (i.e. simply "LOL" or "Yes");
Posting excessively on one or more message board(s). If you feel someone is abusing their posting privilege in this manner, please discuss this with a Site Admin prior to removing any posts.
Spam that overlaps off-topic (see below) are posts containing content promoting other sites, stock-related or not, that has no use in the discussion (for example, if your board is about Ford Motor Company, a post or link about a home improvement company is not relevant to the discussion); and posting the same "noise" posts i.e. "to da moon" or "this stock is a POS" continuously without other relevant content. This does not mean that if someone asked about dilution yesterday, a similar post today is considered spam.
Off Topic
Posts not about the topic of the board including other stocks or companies.
Posts about or focusing on other Members or groups of people and their reasons for posting on the board (i.e. "XYZDownDaDrain" is just a basher, ignore him", "XYZToDaMoon" is a pumper", "the naysayers are very loud today", "c'mon, where did all the cheerleaders go?"). The post does not have to be addressed to a specific person. If the post is about other Users then it should be removed.
Posts with religious or political statements should be removed as "off topic". These inevitably create an avalanche of replies that are off topic as well.
Posts about Moderators and/or deletions are also "off topic". Issues of this nature need to be discussed with a Site Admin.
Putting "ot" at the beginning of a post does not make it acceptable. It is still off topic and eligible for removal.
Vulgarity – profanity of any kind is unacceptable on the stock boards, even when punctuation characters are used to "fill in the blanks" or letters are changed (f**k, azzh*le, etc.). The PG13 rule is loosely used as a guideline to what is/isn't acceptable. The theory is that if society has deemed it appropriate for a 13 year old to hear, it is unlikely that it will be offensive to the majority of Users. Any form of vulgarity directed at another User is unacceptable and should be removed (i.e. "you're a sh*thead", "being an a** doesn't help your case").
Author Asked to Remove – when a Member has specifically asked that a post be removed and has cited a valid reason for removal, such as accidentally revealing personal information. This is an occasional accommodation and is not to be used to "mask" the removal of bona fide TOS violations. If you are asked as a Moderator to remove more than 2 messages as Author Request, please send the User to discuss with Admin.
Violation of Privacy – posting of what the member believes to be any personally identifiable information (email, real name, phone, address, etc.) about another User or posting the contents of a private message. For example, if a Member posts that "XYZDownDaDrain is actually Bob Smith", whether the information is accurate is a moot point. The Member was trying to disclose personal information. Posting or referring to the contents of private messages without the author's prior consent is considered a violation of privacy and can get you suspended or terminated from the site.
Threat – a Member threatening any other Member in any fashion and threats of violence or physical harm against anyone

I'm sorry Risicare... you've joined..
a conversation about a particular item related to ENTI..PTEL..namely, whether or not the divi would ever happen..
it was said it wouldn't, and you had previously changed your position from it wouldn't happen to it may happen...
tavy claimed it would never happen, but it has..
we'll see how things go now that divis are delivered, time is a friend if one like me isn't anxious every moment.. i'm not...
got time, "we'll see" how things go.. no need for absolutes and nevers from me.. proven wrong time and again as outlined above when it's been done before.
Thoughts... mainly, are that the "nevers" declared daily around ENTI/PTEL are, well, not quite holding up
on what you provided, a post from months ago... reminded me of another "informational" one from months ago too...(yours, below).
personally, i'm okay with waiting and seeing and if i decide to stay/remain, i support and wait..
thoughts? which part of the divi delivery that we're actually witnessing, is absolutely, 10000% counter to your declaration? well, all of it..
hey, we'll see how things go.... got time, and time shows absolutes like your one below aren't all that insightful..

There are not going to be any divi shares issued. It was part of the pump and dump
hey sterl...
no. i expect resolution when mmx "relaunches" (being promoted, contests, content updated, etc).
i have indicated for some time now that i believe that once divi is done, and new phases hit (e.g.; free mmx membership site), i'll see some resolution.
take care all, i'm not spending a ton of time as it makes sense for me, personally, to spend time when there's more than gaps between material information (i'm not trying to fill the days with speculation).

It makes sense..
for me, that is >>>
..to speculate and seek to "add value" when discussing the company, product, mgmt, etc, for me that is, when something new/updated/material is present to discuss...
right now, here, and on PTEL/MMX, "we'll see" how next phases come and when, and what impact...
"interest" here comes with next phases.. it's reasonable that things are slow between actions, quite reasonable...
i'm just not spending a ton of time filling the time/space between material events.. not a "value added" thing for me, even something i've invested in..
"well see". i'm comfortable waiting, i'm comfortable watching... just a personal characteristic of mine.. i decide and support, and sit comfortably... makes sense for me.. leaning forward in a rollercoaster doesn't make it go faster, nor does my cursing the safety bar..

The post does not have to be addressed to the "target" of the attack to be considered a Personal Attack. If it attacks a messenger rather than the message, it qualifies for deletion and it is expected that Moderators will remove it.

Posting the same or similar content to more than two (2) boards within a calendar day;
Posting the same or almost identical post more than twice within a calendar day i.e. "where's the PR?", "anyone seen the PR?", "thought there was going to be a pr today?", "geez, is the pr coming out today or not?";
Sending the same or similar unsolicited PM to multiple recipients
Posting content that is off-topic to the subject of a board;
Posting statements that do not add value to the discussion (i.e. simply "LOL" or "Yes");

I don't know..
the exact nature of differences in time required for some brokers..
as restriction is beyond the two weeks, or more, that some will take to receive, besides the psychological satisfaction, i don't see the immediate need to have shares "in hand"..
but i do understand the comfort that comes with each individual investor having the shares in the account..showing...
just sort of moot and not worth fretting over, for me... immaterial until it becomes material (tradable).
peace unevil! have a great holiday and new year.

Thanks for heads up justafy...
looking forward to hearing more and more confirm receipt...
looking forward to next phases with enti/ptel/mmx/roar as they come.
peace all, have a great holiday.
..then seems like call to TA is best bet...
Malou (?) i think, is the name of the woman that others have indicated has been very helpful.
Hey jazz...
there's a conversion rate that, once your shares (divis received) are converted to common, will convert to the amount of shares you had of enti (1700 or so times what's sitting in your account now (conversion ratio)).
Hi usaf...
i haven't heard anyone indicate sharebuilder has posted shares yet..
but you could also call the TA and I've been told that you'll get great help finding out the status of your divi delivery (depending upon your broker)...
best of luck,

Hi folks...questions about IHUB rules...
should be directed to IHUB Admins..
even free members can write IHUB Admins directly and ask what they're doing wrong..
but mostly, reading what i posted in my post minutes ago...provides about 99.9% of the answers to questions about deletions.
posting about another unrelated company? deleted
posting about deletions / questioning deletions? deleted
off topic? deleted...
and so on.
Moderators for boards do not make the rules, and only apply them... my judgement as a moderator means nothing if not in line with IHUB/Admins... they restore improper deletions, and read your appeals should you desire to appeal a deletion.
thanks,

mgmt indicated some will receive sooner than others, and could be some get shares one week, others in following weeks..
something to that effect... it's what i recall and what makes me thing the absolutes about things being done by this week or next are erroneous.
to answer another confused person's post/statement... no, not all should be done by Monday... no deadline exists..
ongoing, sending and receiving is in effect.
take care everyone, enjoy your weekends!

Threat – a Member threatening any other Member in any fashion and threats of violence or physical harm against anyone.
