i'm sorry..you had indicated that you thought that the CEO was personally selling shares, at his leisure, over past, specific days...even stating some average amount "per day"...

that was the point. are you now indicating that you didn't have that quite right, that this wasn't what was happening, and that the premise that CEOs go to ATM machines, call their broker, and sell like you indicated, is utterly erroneous?
