"The use of dronabinol for the treatment of OSA is a novel indication for an already approved drug and, as such, would only require approval by the FDA of a supplemental new drug application (sNDA)."
Anyone have any idea about the length of time for an sNDA compared to a "normal" NDA process with the FDA?
PS - I remain one of the long time holders of this company. Hopefully, this time something can can going.
Any other jewels of wisdom or information would appreciated. And, many thanks to those of you that have been long time contributors to this Market Board. Well informed persons, I might add. Hopefully, Neuro is still involved and will chime in from time to time.
Rich--What did you hear? Can you please share with us. Thanks.
What !!!!! Something is up???? I'm sure - with 3,533 shares traded today. That's a joke and it is not even funny, especially since I used to have allot of shares, and at a much, much more higher price even at today's price (let alone absorbing a 75:1 reverse split).
This POS needs to get to 23.00 a share before I can get even and no thanks to Doug Johnson. He sold out the company and is still drawing a nice paycheck. Sour grapes -- You bet.
You guys are too much; but sadly, enjoyable.
I'm a long and have been for mucho years with a decent sized position. I read every post and must say there is a great deal of expertise on this Board, but the humor and banter is quite entertaining, realistic and very much to the point. I especially like the relationship to spending company resources on "broads, internet poker, etc." Does not seem that we are getting much more than that as the company is "clammed up" (probably because they nothing to report); just getting paychecks, etc. till its all gone.
We all are in this thing until the very end, it appears. Yes, I averaged down a bit some time ago, but will still lose my behind - at least there were a few laughs along the way. Neuro, haysaw, and others; thanks for the intelligent and mind provoking comments. GLTA
Lots of hype and background noise by a couple PR firms, stale PR's from the company, new web site with info not quite accurately portrayed as to progress on at least one of the products pictorially displaying a Phase III endpoint, no IND's with the FDA, no epi as promised, no movement on the spermacide, ADMP being compared to DNDN - what a laugh; years away from even thinking about that possibility. The deal with Beximco is virtually worthless until there is some product production and that's a ways out yet, if ever.
Yet everyone has heard that sky's the limit on this one (as with many, many other bio-phama's). "Big news is coming" We'll see.
I remain a long with a decent sized, higher priced position. Let's hope that something really is 'just around the corner'.
SEC Filed Documents REVERSE SPLIT
75 to 1 did, in fact, happen. AWK!
Company's web site under SEC Filings has the information.
Shares execised by Directors.
There were six SEC Form 4 documents filed yesterday. Each was 30,000 shares, and they were Directors. I could be very wrong here, so I invite you to check it out. The price was 0.13
I've been in this as long as many of you and at a much, much, higher price. Hopefully, we can pull out before we hit the Pink Sheets.

The Phoenix shall rise with Hale
Nobody wants to touch a 0.0389 stock except maybe some of us 114 lucky holders of Johnson's Folly. The 75:1 was a bit higher than expected, but then again the price was .05 mid November.
Hale will take this stock into the equity world, but only after the split and then showing really great quarterly numbers, not the smoke and mirrors telegraphed language that Johnson has put out in the last two quarterly reports.
My fellow longs, Hale is going be our salvation (I hope) as mentioned previously. It may be a while, however, and we may never get out what we have put in. The price today is 0.039. Simple math tells you how far the stock (@2.92) will have to rise for you to get even, let along make a profit. BTW the volume has been up, I wonder who has been buying (588,000 shares today) prior to today's after market SEC filing. Interesting.
Your comments are most certainly welcome. GLTA
Company bonus to Johnson is the New Years Resolution
New 8K out where Johnson and his right hand person just got nice bonuses. This now explains Johnson's recent filing for the Company's EBIDA numbers. Very interesting. Screw the stockholders, just pay me with the little bit of cash that happens to come in.
The company management has to go!
I have been in this stock since clear back when it was COR.
So OK, I'll make a guess as to it's future since it's almost the first of the year when guesses and wishes seem to be made.
Here goes - Our CEO puts his hand in the hat and pulls out
-a BOD 12 mo. Executive Review of our CEO; an Exemplary Rating
-completed positive trials and an up-coming FDA approval
-a merger
-a sale of the company
-raises for mamagement for a great job well done
-enough cash to provide for fat salaries till the well is dry
-an unknown forgein company with cash that wants to hide in the US
-government OK of on-line poker
-Santa with an empty bag of tricks
The possibilities are endless, and things don't look good folks. I hope that I have to eat these words.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
No offense intended to any posters, many of you are very good and knowledgeable. Thanks for all you do.
ANNOUNCEMENT TODAY GO TO LINK
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Adamis-Pharmaceuticals-iw-1322701005.html?x=0&.v=1
New 8K filed today protecting the DOD and Officers regarding indemnification from decisions. This no doubt is covering from potential law suits.
Could something be coming that we will not like?
Johnson appears to be a puppet at this point.
Don't be surprised if the split is significantly higher, and perhaps as high as 1 for 50. that would bring the price to about 2.50. If the share price of .05 rises before the BOD decision, then of course the number could be different. The 2.00 range can attract buyers of certain company required base line purchase/entry levels. This can move the stock towards the NAZ again and a much wider range of interest and buyers.
Splits are not good and usually only mean that a company is in deep trouble and trying to salvage something, usually to maintain required price levels for an Exchange. In the case of this company, it is my belief that the split idea will be a marketing ploy to gain acceptance and visibility; hence volume and price action.
The long and short of it is - there is a plan and Hale has done this before. They are our salvation.
PS - Dougie needs to read his script a few time to himself before he does it live. I truly wonder what his face to face presentations are like, and how he handles himself on his feet when asked probing questions.
Everyone Happy with the 10-Q and CC?
3 main points come to mind for me
- revenue is increasing at a somewhat reasonable rate
- expenses are about the same as last Q, perhaps a bit higher
- the "great" numbers are a result of the Hale cash infusion and
resultant debt reduction (they got allot of shares in return)
- a reverse split is emminent, but "the BOD" will need to decide
and they are keeping it close to the vest for obvious reasons.
Comments and discussion welcome!
IT IS TIME TO BUY
The announcement today is the beginning of the Hale Effect. The CC on Nov 10 will probably be good. They are beginning to align the stars.
Be prepared for a hefty reverse stock split. This action will reflect a "new" stock at a higher price, and will produce interest by the market. There are not many serious penny stock only "investors" that will cause a significant rise in the price. Broader interest and deeper pockets are needed. Hale is moving in this direction, IMHO.
Perhaps we now can begin to smile somewhat, and recover losses and even find a nice gain. I loaded up again last week after reading Johnson's power point presentation he gave several days ago.
All this of course is my own personal opinion. GLTA
A reverse split is simply a head fake, and sweeps underlying problems and the past under the rug. It's used as a mechanism to do things that the uninformed will not fully comprehend, and provide a cover for things to come while appearing smilingly wonderful and upbeat.
You are totally correct in your asessment. I'm only thinking outloud (i.e. the previous post). Only Hale knows, and I'm sure Johnson has no clue. LOL
Try this plan on for size. Hale scoops up all the 0.03258 shares not bought by us entitled retail investors. Now really owns a very large portion of the company. Has the BOD approve a 20 - 1 reverse split; relists to have a higher price, and gain a wide and more solid exposure for the stock. Then announces a couple more sales channels, and builds revenue while at the same time pairs down expenses to the bone. Net effect - nice rise in share price. And just think - Johnson did it all for us!
This senario, of course, is only a hypothectical, and perhaps only wishful thinking IMHO. Long and holding.
I wasn't sure there was anyone around anymore knowing about "Waitng for Godot"! Hooray for you, and a future hooray for COR(X). Long (for a long time and before there was an "X"), and holding.
PS - Thank you all. I really do appreciate the very inteligent and thoughtful posters here; lots of depth. "Godot" awakened me. GLTA
"perhaps they can garner enough revenue and keep the expenses down enough to create "real" postive numbers." is the real point of the Hale comment. Hale, being a private equity firm, specializes/invests in companies that are ripe for a change in structure and management with turn around potential. So they will be getting a bunch of cheap shares; that's what they want, that's what they will get, and they intend to make money. I hope they do, and I hope the share price rises significantly. This company needs a change in direction and some infusion of new talent with a fresh approach. In the end, I believe this was a decent move, and as previously mentioned - time will tell. Been in this for awhile - a bit longer sure isn't going to make much difference at this point. I wish everyone well that's in, and anyone comming in. GLTA
This stock is going to breakout.
When, is my question, what will cause this to happen. This Board has been very quiet compared to a few weeks ago. Johnson is a loser and cannot run this company - period. Hale no doubt has themselves keenly in the fore front with the ability to buy shares at 0.03582 when we all exhaust our purchasing power if we indeed wanted to add more. I have 100k share at a relatively higher price, and another 100k will not cost a ton of money. Do I want to do that? time will tell. It is my belief that Hale will pick up a whole lot of shares that no one wants, and they have done it on the cheap. Good or bad - only time will tell. What we have is not a company that has new technology or inovation in the pipeline, but simply a company that sells an inexpensive reliable phone system for the Costco and Home Depot market. Is this a block buster company - NO. But, perhaps they can garner enough revenue and keep the expenses down enough to create "real" postive numbers. Not the trick stuff that have been pedaled by the company for the last couple of quarters. Good luck my friends; I remain long and hopeful. Your comments are always welcome.
Interesting info regarding investors and TNXI
This is a copy of post #1938 from several days ago; please refer back.
"However, keep in mind that the 11 cent earnings included a 5 million credit related to the warrants. Without the credit tnxi is looking at a loss of over $1.6 million. It does no even matter that the warrants will not be a factor going forward. Were are the $5 million dollars going to come from next quarter?"
This information was reported by the company in their last SEC Filing, and it appeared that it could have been overlooked by some. This is a similar kind of thing they did in the previous Quarterly Report concerning an accounting maneuver which led many to believe that the company was really doing well and had outstanding performance leading to subsequent hype and later disappointment. It's all in the "glanced over" print.
With Hale now in heavily and perhaps "controlling" the company via number of shares owned, could be that we will see some positive results. We also could see them dumping the company after strategically unloading enough shares, albeit with manipulation, to come out winners and others not doing as well.
If this is incorrect, please clarify for me and others. Thanks.
Long and holding.

May 18, 2010 Company PR piece: "Adamis intends to submit an Investigative New Drug Application (IND) with the FDA in the third calendar quarter of this year and is targeting the initiation of a Phase I/IIa clinical study with APC-100 at the University of Wisconsin before year-end." Anyone know the status of these couple items?
No news about anything and the stock volume and prices look to be "played"?. The last Quarterly Report surely did not suggest any noteworthy progress, and was lackluster.
Thoughts any one?
Pro - lighten up a bit. we are all this together. This was not a negative post, merely info. And by the way I did disclose I posted on another Board about the same thing. I do not follow this stock as closely as a few others I'm in; I need to be closer to them than TNXI. And yes, my only previous post was about 4 months ago concerning the last Q report. Incidently, I got into this stock as it had real possibilities at the time, i.e., telepresence. So, if I offended you, and took too much of you time, and other Board person's time, with this post (and the other Board you researched), my apologies. Oh, I will be on a flight tomorrow during the CC, and therefore will miss the fun. I do appreciate the thoughtful comments of the Board persons taking the time to share their ideas, research, and time. GLTA
Check out SEC DEF 14C filed August 9, 2010. Shares now 600,000,000, enormous dilution plus a whole bunch of cheap stock options to Hale, et al, including our CEO Johnson. Earning are not going to do much at this point, unless the picture dramatically changes. Hale basically owns this public company now. This should raise some questions on the CC, but at the last CC, no questions quickly came forth and the company hung up before anyone knew what happened. This above info was also posted on another Message Board in hopes a larger audience will participate.
Hopefully this matter can be addressed with a couple cogent questions tomorrow before they get a chance to hang up, if indeed questions will be taken; please add it to the list. GLTA the longs; especially the long time/high priced longs like me.
Two biomeds left the gate. COR (which I bought into and still own), now CORX, came out running sometime ago and has a long way to go at the pace its going. ADMP (which I also own) came out of the gate much later and has allot going for it including the approved pre-filled epenephrine syringe, and up coming prostate cancer trials. Dr. Dennis Carlo, a highly respected person in his field as well as being a financial wizard, is the jockey that will ride this one to the finish line in the not too distant future. CORX may not even place or finish the race. He has allot of experience in this field and a proven track record. ADMP volume of late has been very good, and the price is rising nicely. It's not too late; this one is going to be a barnburner. NEURO - ANY THOUGHTS ON THIS; ARE YOU FOLLOWING ADMP? Anyone else?
Going to the moon. Load up while you can at these cheap levels. It's still a real buy. Volume is large and steady. Buyers are getting and little selling going on. Dr. Dennis Carlo has strong professional and financial connections. With his credentials and track record an emerging winner is in the offing and will bring us all to the finish line like a great triple crown finisher. This one is a pretty sure bet to "WIN", not show or place. In a few months, there should be a steady cash flow from the "epi-pen" type approved application, AND let the prostate cancer trials commence!
I have a "decent sized holding" and am in for the longer term, but that could be not all that distant in the future if they perform (but isn't that true of all the penny stock bio-meds out there). This could be a barnburner. Volume is becoming significant.
Somethin's happening. Price rise like this and the recent vol increases gotta be a "leading indicator"
"Everything is copasectic" to management. Just keeping getting those paydays, etc.; things will be fine. Sink the ship, and move on to another group willing to put up money. Investors? Who are they? Very typical of small "company" mentality; and large company mentality as well, I might add. Hopefully, LUCK will prevail and we can recover our cash deposits to the company - which at this point appear to be a non-refundable transaction. GLTA
I listened. It's about what I expected, only worse. Management doing the same old stuff and not too much in a hurry to do anything, that's for sure. What's another month or year. They keep getting paid good bucks/stock/etc. for simply showing up, if indeed they even do that. For an Annual General Meeting, I frankly feel they put up a thick smoke screen, voted to issue more stock, and loaded the presentation with technical information that is better provided in summary form via a company bulletin. So how's the income and especially the expenses. What are the "real and timely" projections. They are burning through the 10 mil quickly. This was a 6.00 per share company as I well remember. I have not been a penny stock buyer, but am now a penny stock owner.
You are reasonalby correct- haysaw, imo. It seems that many, many small companies exist because of cash infusions, private placements, major investors buying rights, warrants, etc.to cash in at predetermined levels. Management is sucking the company out of it's breath. I was hopeful that it could turned it around. It's just more of the same. I've been in for quite some time and find that now this is bacically a bio-company in a highly competive market that easily shakes companies loose till they crash, notwithstanding help from management. Unfortunately I don't need any off-setting losses at this time. In the mean, we all can remain as positve as we want, but I'm pretty much from Missouri from here on out. GLTA
Surprised. Not a bit. At the last CC, management telegraphed 2010 quarter's picture, with some bait, i.e., double digit increases. This qtr. was generally as I had expected. Again, please refer to Post #1138 - it's there in black and white. I must remain positve since I am in with a bunch, at rather high prices as some others are too (the good 'ole telepresence days'). Remember, this is now a company only selling phones - with overhead and bonuses to deal with. GLTA
Many very positve people/comments on this board and that is good. A couple additional thoughts here. It has been reported on this board that there will not be a CC. Since there were no CC participants commenting or asking questions on the last CC (which seems odd to me since there are some many interested parties), management probably felt it wasn't worth the effort, or they don't want to be asked questions about the contents of the 10Q. Just a reminder to those who missed my earlier post; please refer to Post #1138. Like you all, I anxiously await the results of the next inning of the game. Cheers and GLTA.
Yes, it is my belief that the stock is undervalued, and it is my hopes that a very much higher price is in the offing. We have no disputes. As I mentioned, I am in at a rather high price, and was in anticipation of telepresence being a forward approach to VOIP. The company found that it was draining their resouces, without at least comensurate revenue. So now we must rely on the very competetive VOIP/telephonic market. Thankfully, Costco still feels that our telphone system is good, as well as price competetive. Remember, TNXI is a Bellvue, WA company as is Costco (Kirkland -10 min away. The folks all know one another in that area, I'm sure. Let's hope that geographical kindredship is alive and well. If the company can become exceedingly agressive through its sales force, maybe we still have something we can "write home about".
GLTY (and me).
I have been in this stock for a long time at a rather high pps. Also been following the posts and appreciate the positve vibes. I'm really not sure there's a clear understanding about the potential of downside earnings due to the loss of two very long time larger (legacy) customers. This was reported in one of the filed documents I read a 2-3 months ago, but can't recall exactly which one. This was reported on the Conference Call as well. The company also indicated that they would be working to fill that revenue gap, but wasn't promising anything at that point. Further, there were some "one time" accounting measures that enhanced the last reporting period. Just an FYI. Keep up the great exchanges on this Board.
