With Six Billion shares an R/S is inevitable. No way is a buyback possible, TADF has no money. Alex is trying to stay alive like all PK stocks. All in the name of business. Waitng for a contract or some type of revenue. I just went through this same thing with another PK stock. this is following the same written script.
If you believe in TADF, hang in there but do not be delusional. If you have information about TADF that others do not then share with me or provide real proof. Have not heard from Thompson for a while...best of Luck to us....
This whole thing is a big farce! This company can't build an electric car, it can't build an electric anything..the CEO would not know voltage from current or OHM's law to say the least. Just a scam to raise money for whatever they want and use the company as a tax shelter....All this regulation in USA and this type of outfit is allowed to perport anything...
So this will fly like a super what? Admittedly, TADF is looking more and more like your typical PK stock...
i.e. Sell shares, hype, wait, sell shares
Financials are overdue! Will probably pop everyones bubble..
I to think the 46 percent shares going to Tac-Air will help lift the stock value as shares quantities are reduced. A merger announcement and subsequent significant contract announcement would hopefully move this up appreciably.
I am a little worried with this latest financing agreement as this is usually a share value dilution result. We will see...
You must back away from the analysis with regard to the recent loans. No one with any rational sense would loan ASFX money. Ecspecially if they want to eventually get more back, which is the normal idea.
So, there must be another reason other than the obvious! I made suggestions earlier which no one seem to catch.I have been known to think wildly out of the box.
On a side note: I did my laundry the other day and found a clean $10 bill, I was so lucky...
You must wonder what ASFX has for collateral or told him(Lanktree) that he would loan the money to ASFX? How would he expect to get paid back? There are a lot of people in front of him.
I am beginning to think the company takes out new loans to pay previous loans over and over, Somewhere in-between they benefit through Taxes or expense charges...Making money is not one of them though...
Thanks for your response. It is nice to know I am not alone here. I intend to sit tight and watch the sunset on this one. No way am I am getting any money back so the options are "Do Nothing". Not sure what could ever lift this up out of the abyss now..
Would have been nice to actually have an Auto company that was a free enterprise and would garner some real competition.
Chrysler should be gone and GM should be gone. Had the Gov not bailed out Chrysler years ago they may have actually become something..
For all the smart investors/buyers of this stock, Where does this go from here? We are in the basement. Any chance if this actually going up again? Or just let it set there and wait for the life support to be unplugged. Lastly, was this a real company? Or some people that go around starting companies off other peoples money and living off of that for as long as the money faucet is open..It seemed to have some legitimate business but I guess my DD stinks...
What a piece of garbage. Has anyone seen anything like this before? Everyone understands the company needs money to operate, however, this is outright theivery. What kind of system allows something like this to occur? Its like the dinosaurs, where we feed upon ouselves...
China article link dated October 19th: Makes for a good read;
Real competition, there is a statement in here about shipping the materials to the states for assembly due to the weight of the batteries. Seems ELCR is doing that with the Sunbeam deal. I might have misunderstood the article
http://tech.fortune.cnn.com/2010/10/19/china-charges-into-electric-cars/?section=money_topstories
What does the Math say? 10b shares outstanding. Just a guess.
Share price goes to 1 penny. That means an operating income of $100 million. Is this correct:
$100 million/10 Billion Shares = $.01/share. Does this mean an order needs to be valued at $100m? i.e. an order for 4000 electric vehicles at a cost of say $25,000 each.Is this realistic? Feel free to trash this theory. Of course speculation can drive things out of sorts.
An article recently stated that China is pursuing electric vehicles aggressively due to smog and fuel availability. ELCR needs to get an EV going quick and join the competition.
So, with this PR that was predicted, the volume was really up. However, someone forgot to tell the Share Price. Whats up with that? More Dilution, to infinity and beyond. Only way the stock did not go up is either elcr is selling gobs of shares or the noteholders are cashing in. So when does the stock appreciation begin? What stops a company from selling into any PR no matter how significant. I have other Penny stocks and it seems this is all they do...I thought according to one of the latest filings (8k) the selling ended October 8th. Just trying to make some money and tired of giving it away to shadows..
This is the number I called and spoke to Mr Harrison. See below: Call during the week, identify yourself, and that you are a shareholder and you will be connected to him. I would suggest asking professional realistic questions. I posted what he told me previously. What it all actually means, who knows. An appeciable PR/Statement soon? Appreciable to me is enough to get the stock going up so I can make some money or at least get out of the RED.. Regardless, he did answer my questions and concerns and you should call yourself..
I am not much of one to post on these boards because it seems senseless, but I do like to pass along what seems to be good news now that the debt pay-off has ended (I think). regards

I am not sure why you cannot purchase more than 99k or 100k shares at one time, my broker thought it was something to do with SEC. He thought I was nuts to buy any stock of ELCR anyway feeling I was throwing my money away. I purchased some anyway, 20 bucks fills the limt. Could buy over a period of days and load up but I doubt I will toss any more cash toward ELCR.HMMM
Lots of shares outstanding...Good Luck..
I spoke with the IR person yesterday regarding the low stock price. I called the number at the top of this page and was connected to the IR rep. via a receptionist.
Anyway, I asked why the stock is so low?
He said they are paying off debt. Got the impression that it was finished with that.
He said the good news is that news from ELCR should be out 1-2 weeks and that it is an appreciable announcement/statement
I asked about a possible R/S?
He stated there is no intention to do this.
He also stated a possible significant event may take place by years end regarding the company but did not elaborate.
I asked if the comapny (ELCR) was legitimet?
He stated that they recieved the Ford quality award and that Ford would not issue that to a comapny that was not legitimet, he further stated that they are recieving the sunbeam autos from china.
He seemed upfront and did not try to sugarcoat anything, just said it the way it is,, That's the best I can remember everything we spoke.
Would be nice to get out of the basement, share purchase limits are restricted now to 99k blocks, not sure why (SEC)
Does anyone have the float for ELCR last week of march. Currently at 238m. If a lot less than explain why the stock nose-dived..
