I still can’t believe it. RIP Kobe! You were a tremendous competitor who made the most of your gifts.
Hi Smitter with this beig said what is uour approach to LICH. I have read the DD and thinkbit has some good potential. What are your thoughts on its prospects going forward.
Dr Dempsey as someone with experience in the stock market, why would a company go the RM route rather than doing an IPO especially if there are expansionary plans. I am thinking maybe the funds raised through a public offering would be utilized for these expansions. My thoughts exclude the reasons relating to the speedier timeline of an RM versus the IPO.
Seasons Greetings Dr Dempsey. Thanks for being kind enough to share your research within the forum. All the best for the new year
Is there any disclosure that will show whether the company has been buying shares on the open market?
Thank you Stervc Can you explain the psychology behind noteholders and dilution, does it matter to noteholders the price at which they sell their shares into the market?
Another thing that came to mind to protect company value by paying off debt holders before they release more shares into the market.
How does the company salvage such a situation and preserve value and share price?
Thanks for your response Lucky 7, and it is interesting to read your posts. Do you care to share the essence of the conversation you had with the CEO. How does he comes across to you and do you have a sense that the things that have been put out in prs, contracts etc are any closer to fruition. Did he mention any thing about paying off the rest of the notes?
I hope my questions are not too presumptive.
Regards
Are there any indications whether these negotiations have been concluded either in a positive or negative way?
Regards
This is very useful information gaardo. Thanks for sharing.
Eery silence on the board days before financials are due. Hoping for something positive.
Congratulations Smitter, you are a solid
Was there a press release that included details re revenues for 2018? I tried to look it up but could not seem to find it.
Interesting trading day has ended. One day closer.
GZ has approximately three times the authorized. Was trying to do a quick compare and contrast, I don't want to get ahead of myself and as such will just watch how things unfold. Take small victories as CEO puts out pressers.
How does the share structure of GZ compare to that of the other?
Skichic what are your thoughts re the stadium deals - NFL teams play on average 10 - 14 home games per year - season runs from pre-season to mid - January. That being said does that limit the earning potential of GZ to 14 matches?
Ski what do you think those runners have that has caused such a positive move in the pps as opposed to GZ which moved from the 2s where I bought to being sub-penny until 2/8/2019?
With all those contracts and being in line for major government contracts. One by one the red flags are being turned into green flags.
DDD always good to read your posts. I have a quick question for you does your due diligence show a link with the other food company other than the CEO?
So if you get answers to these questions and they are all positive, what would your sentiment be?
Other deals being slowly but surely. Hopeful that GZ deal will be added shortly.
Another contract awarded on Tuesday.
It is below the Ibox - look carefully
Indeed I have read the post several times word for word. An encouraging post to say the least. Fingers crossed that this too shall come to pass. One question for you or any one. What does the requirement (filing) entail? In other words what information was provided to NVSOS?
Is this a good sign? Filing done two (2) days ago. Signs of life.
Appreciate your response Ski. Good luck.
Having spoken to the CEO what are sentiments BYU? Do you get a sense that he is genuinely increasing shareholder value (including himself)? Is he putting a team in place to effectively run the operations abiding by legal and other guidelines?
Having lost on some companies as a result of good natured CEOs gone rogue there are several questions that come to mind here with GZ. I am by no stretch of the imagination a 'techie' but the major thing for me how equipped is Coleman and his team to move in line with the changing times (today's tech is already obsolete 5G moving to 6G, 7G etc) and at the same time ensure stay on the cutting edge. What magnitude of capital is required to achieve this? will the revenue be enough to sustain technology and any contingencies - as we all are aware whatever can go wrong will (direct quote re Murphy).
These are a few of my musings. The great expectation is for management or company to be in a position to provide stakeholder-friendly information.TY
In my opinion if the company has sound fundamentals including a sustainable product and continuous revenue stream, solid management, ability to take advantage of upcoming business opportunities this should hold it in good stead.
This will also be seen I the market place without the need for unnecessary fanfare. It is now the time for proper corporate governance practices of building in sound controls that facilitate adherence to the prescriptions of the regulating bodies, SEC, FINRA etc.
Patience is the key these days. Lets see what unfolds here. GLTA
Just saw an article on SA stating the adverse effect on IPOs, M&As caused by the current situation. May take sometime. What are your thoughts?
My takeaway is that this suggests that the company has ability to pay the salaries of these skilled professionals being onboarded. Waiting to see what unfolds here.
Do you have the trading numbers for December 2018 on NNSR?
In simple terms symbol change can give a stock a shot in the arm, sorta like out with the old in with the new. From several perspectives including management and ownership as well as operational direction.
Uplisting comes with several rules and criteria to maintain including sp. Uplists may also bring with it more savvy investors who place greater focus on fundamentals rather than one tick movements.
Happy Veteran’s Day to you and all those who have served.
Do you think it include the airport and city deals?
What of Cruzani?
What is this all saying? News shortly?
Informative and well reasoned post. Thank you Rainmaker seeing red has been nerve wracking. Good honest communication from the company is all shareholders need.
do you have any recent examples of reverse mergers and their successes?
Are you setting a price tag a 50 bagger from these levels?
