Welcome aboard.
Based on my research, I'd say that these Africa efforts are a complete scam to sell shares. Too many lies by Lee and Marty to overlook. It will probably get down to .002 and this whole charade will start over again with a new super, unconfirmable, remote country deal on the table that is almost complete.
Lee Hamre and Marty are liars under the guise of "forward looking statements."
Just keep believing.
JJL, yes, no problem! Thanks for asking.
Mike
Absolutely! Great job!
"new partnership", signed "agreement", "still waiting..."
Not much has changed I see. I'm happy for the people that were able to recoup some of their losses.
I wish you the best too.
Scamsters on this board? That's laughable. You're going down with the ship eh? The only scam I see is big international deal announcements that never materialize. I wonder what the next big deal announcement will be when the Niger deal falls through.
A wait wouldn't be such a big deal if the company would actually demonstrate the validity of the Niger deal. They won't do that. They won't become fully reporting. Their history shows no large deal completions and lots of hype about them.
My guess is that Lee is getting close to retirement and these large contract announcements allowed him to sell a lot more shares at higher prices than he would've been able to do with just his unaudited "core" business alone.
If the funding does get pulled, I'll provide a link to report them to the SEC. I believe they have abused the "forward looking statement" regulation.
They have been stating that they are transitioning to a "new accounting system" for a long time now. So the new, part-time CFO will surely get it done this time around.
When the "funding is pulled" on this Niger deal, who is going to demand proof from the company that it actually existed in the first place? Anyone? Or will everyone just accept the notion that another major contract just didn't work out again.
700K T Trade went through @ .0015
I believe misleading PR's is considered wrong doing. If they prove me wrong, I won't say this stuff anymore. Any kind of proof the Niger deal is real and I'm outta here.
I agree that AMMX is a real company. I believe all of their PR's are questionable since they are unwilling to provide proof or get an SEC audit. Like I said, if you guys would talk about the good and the bad, I wouldn't be here. KPO just posted some good posts that suggests the possibilities of both sides. When people discredit my posts and make fun of me, it makes we want to post more truth (or what I believe to be truth) about the company as I don't believe my opinions are foolish. Honestly, when I first started seeing the light, I thought I was helping people such as yourself to see the light with me and here I am being ridiculed. It's ironic.
See how I thought that Lee would actually come through with the deal in May of 2014. I believed in his words. Now look where you are. Coming up on a year later with continued delays? Are you suggesting that people shouldn't change their mind about a company as new findings are revealed to them? Should we all just continue on as sheep and blindly follow even though, after talking to IR, they stated that they will not provide proof of the Niger deal?
Very true! Now I just trade. It's just too easy for people to be untruthful these days. There is no accountability here in the OTC.
Yes, admittedly, I was very blind. Thank you for helping me to see how far I've come and how thankful that I am that I was able to get out when I did.
KPO, thank you! Even though we disagree, I appreciate your maturity as well as your well thought out and presented post. Very refreshing to say the least.
Regarding the audit, the company has shown they are profitable since 2008 which is when the economy tanked. Everyone keeps posting how strong AMMX's core business is. If this be the case and they are in fact profitable, why hasn't the SEC audit been performed? They won't even submit the paperwork to remove the "Yield" sign. Is it possible that they are not being forthright about the core business either? The company was profitable and issued an additional 100+ million shares - why wasn't that money used for an SEC audit? Why did Kevin and all of the other CFO's really leave? Why is a semi-retired Police Chief their part-time COO? Why is the new CFO part-time?
In my opinion there are just too many red flags to consider for this non-reporting and non-disclosing company that doubled their share count over the last 2 1/2 years. I would really like to be proved wrong so I can get out of here and stop posting on this board. I just can't seem to surrender it to the cheerleaders of which I used to be one.
To try for International contracts is awesome and admirable. To state that they are finalized and should close in the next week or so, and then they don't, that is completely different. Under the circumstances, how can people know that these deals were ever legit? Have you received proof of the Niger deal yet? It was 60% complete last year and how complete is it now? Why the big secret? Why wouldn't the company demonstrate some kind of working proof of the Niger deal when asked? Why won't they now?
Just keeping it real. Hamre is 0 for 5. Reliable and trustworthy? On what basis did you make that determination? Or is it just a "gut" feeling?
My prediction is that "funding will be pulled" as it has been for all of the past International contracts/PR's that have been announced. I see the SP falling back to the .002 range and then a new generation of AMMX believers will come in when a new International, multi-million dollar revenue stream is announced. I don't see the company ever getting compliant with the SEC as they have shown that it is not their priority. All in my opinion of course.
obvious takedown by the MM's to get more shares, no? Looking very thin now.
I thought for sure we'd be #1. This should be quite the runner today. It has been consolidating for a while.
RSII #4 on the breakout board and climbing! Let's see if we can hit #1 before midnight.
I saw that out there and thought it was kinda strange. Either way, tomorrow is going to be a very nice day. I've been waiting (being patient) for this.
RSII on watch for a big run tomorrow! Acquisition is complete, chart is primed, 100M float, 30+ million shares bought up in an hour - this should be good!
Tomorrow should be a nice day for us! Technical indicators are perfect.
Awesome close! Should see a gapper in the A.M.
Yeah, I'll be curious to get a share update. Need a large volume day to hit - i.e. news!
Thanks amigo!
JJL, if there is a T Trade, do I put that closing price or the 4:00 closing price? If it's the T Trade price, mine will be .001186 instead of .0013.
I think they might be close. We'll see.
I'm in! STOA on watch?
Actually, I have no idea. The biggest issue has been VNDM taking the bid. Until he's done it will just keep going down since there is no real demand for the shares. I believe there will be strong bid support in the .0065 area though. Plus there will be volume to eat up whatever VNDM has going on.
I'm sure you know what I would have to say.
If I was a lender I would think twice about lending to a country that has been warned by a militant group that already has a major stronghold in Nigeria. (Monies will have to be used for the military and repairing infrastructure) If I was Lee, and this Niger deal is actually real, I wouldn't be traveling to Niamey based on the warnings given by Boko Haram. So, yes, I'm pretty sure there will be more delays as the northern region of Africa is becoming more and more unstable. If you research the 10 kingdoms of the New World Order, you will see that all of North Africa is joined to the Middle East as a kingdom. And so it would make sense that the Boko Haram group will continue to gain territory as the fighting continues.
Just my opinion though!
Very nice chart! Should be a nice run here. Seems that this stock is undervalued to say the least.
I know what you're talking about but my Etrade shows a close at .001. For the sake of the contest, I believe it would've been fine to use STOA - it was my second pick after RSII. VGID seems to be another good one as well.
Agreed. Yes. Good post.
Moras, I thought you would pick STOA - I have a feeling this is going to be a good week. Just a hunch though.
