It's been over 2 years since ITDN has had anything close to this sort of volume. It spikes every now and then but usually with a wide spread.
I don't understand your comment "and the 15k on filings has my attention". Is that a reference to the company's liabilities vs the $100K in assets?
I see you did buy in a few months ago. As I mentioned I've been here since May 2018 just waiting for this to pop. Clean shell, nothing else. Will buy back when it goes back below 0.02.
New here. Have they received any money yet? I'll take a closer look as I've spent several years on administering patents and a little familiar with patent litigation. Thanks in advance.
Really don't know other than to try on the bid side by keeping the bid low enough that some frustrated people sell. This one is a puzzle.
If the ask is retail, not much that the MMs can do about the ask unless they have shares in a house account and could lower the ask. Given that this has been dormant for years, good chance the MMs do not have shares. Will be interesting.
Yes. Another reason I tossed some money at it last year. Just sit and wait. I need to find a few more clean ones to sit on.
I looked up time and sales. Someone bought 10K @ .015 at 9:57 this morning. That popped it. Since then we had two nibbles at the ask 1000 shares and 200 shares. IDK WTF going on here unless someone trying to raise the ask with the small purchases or there is something in the works. ARCA is on the bid, NITE is on the ask. Sometimes NITE handles retail overflow from other MMs. Anyone's guess.
Since May 2018.
No idea.

(1) By virtue of Dr. Sun Tze Whang's direct and indirect ownership of Carlee Electronics Pte. Ltd., he may be deemed the beneficial owner of the shares held by Carlee Electronics Pte. Ltd. in the Company.
Might one suppose that Carlee (which if I recall correctly is on the HK Exchange, might be the r/m candidate? If Carlee is getting all of its components made in China, with the trade war going on it might be beneficial to have a US branch. Just a WAG.
Yep. Name change. Most places have since dropped the term "bombing" from the place names. Thanks for the update.

Hi Gumza- DCGD update. They filed their first 10Q on Friday after hours.
Thanks. Did not think so, but was not 100% sure.
DCGD just filed their first 10q after this summer's 10-12g.
With this latest 10q, in light of this summer's Form 10-12, is DCGD obligated to fill in the missing 10q's and 10K's between 2015 and 2018? Thanks in advance.
Saw that this morning.
Thanks for the reminder. I sometimes forget that with the evolution of the OTC markets an SEC reporting company can still be a Pink if they haven't paid their fees. I also don't put much faith in the alternative filing with attorney's letter.
Thanks. I was able to take your list, save it as a image, convert it to a PDF, use OCR and enhanced the DPI using Adobe Pro, then scrape the data into Excel and correct the data that did not translate well through the process.
My is interest in shells are similar to yours, but I generally only look at fully reporting shells on the OTCQX and OTCQB. My current exception is DCGD because they filed a 10-12g with the intention of becoming fully reporting. Are most of the stocks on Hannibal's list Pinks?
Thanks for assembling this list. I always keep 3 or 4 SEC reporting shells in my portfolio for when they pop. Most recent one was RTRO a year or so ago. Still have SDON. I used to follow shellstock review.com, but that site has not been updated in 3 years.
What screener did you use? I haven't done much screening last couple of years and can't seem to find any to screen on o/s. Maybe I'm not looking at the right ones.
Also, is it possible to put your table in a format that can be imported into Excel for those of us who want to play with/expand it with other stocks and columns? TIA.
Book value is what keeps me in.
Starting to sound like everyone is getting their Christmas wish list in early.
I'd prefer a merger with any company that is operating in the black and making money. Doesn't matter what industry as long as it has positive net earnings.
They did an impressive job on their 10-12g and considering there have been no operations for several years, I would expect that the delinquent SEC filings would start coming out in 6 to 8 weeks from what I have seen in a couple of similar situations.
When they start filing their backlog of 10Qs and 10Ks, this will start to climb nicely.
Thanks. Hopefully it forms a bottom here.
FWIW. https://seekingalpha.com/article/4197460-rite-aid-cancelled-merger-sinks-stock-opens-upside We'll probably see opinions all over the place. But, it is clear that present management needs to be shown the door.
Meanwhile, I ran across DCGD which filed a 10-12g end of July with statements of the goal of becoming fully reporting again. That jumped it from .0018 to .004 by the time I got in and currently in the .005s. I generally do not play those non-reporting Pinks, but the 10-12g filing makes it worth a shot. Come check it out.
Have no idea what happened. I was searching or opportunities earlier this week and ran across AZIL on a site selling shell companies, saw the posts here and they did not jive. So, I decided to do some research on it simply by following the links. Posted what I found to see if anyone had any info or idea. At this point, not something I want to dive into.
We'll see how this looks going forward.
Yeah, real head scratcher. I think I'm going to put the Brooklyn Bridge listing back on Craigslist. What do you think happened?
Interesting...
see https://dealstream.com/marketplaces/trading-public-shell-for-sale/5b688951e32af851aa3e3978 posted yesterday. Does not compute.

GE Director Lawrence Culp appears to have a different opinion of the stock https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/40545/000123120518000088/xslF345X03/edgar.xml
Insider Sees Great Value In General Electric's Stock @~$13
There are growing signs that confidence in General Electric is slowly returning, at least on the part of one director. Lawrence Culp Jr. scooped up 191,000 shares at an average price of $13.04 on July 24 (here is the link to the SEC filing). The entire purchase cost the director ~$2.5 million, and he now owns 360,800 shares of GE valued at ~$4.9 million. Insiders have unique access to a company's financial information and are better suited than outsiders to judge its value proposition.

It will most likely stay under the radar until they start sending in their delinquent SEC filings (hopefully). Then it should move significantly.
I hear ya. Yes. Italy's economy is much bigger than Greece. 3rd largest in the EU (somewhat surprising), but I used to do patent licensing and discovered that. And depending on which measure of GDP you use, between 8th and 12th largest globally.
Definitely have to keep my eyes on Italy becoming the Greek scenario all over again. Somehow, the EU has a way of stumbling thru these crises and keeping these smaller companies in. Like Greece, Italy would be far worse off if it left the EU. Toss in the US potential of a govt shut down over the budget followed by November elections and it will be an interesting Fall in the markets.
Some nice price action today, too.
