Meanwhile, according to the libbies own data - https://www.dosomething.org/us/facts/11-facts-about-global-poverty - "Nearly 1/2 of the world’s population — more than 3 billion people — live on less than $2.50 a day. More than 1.3 billion live in extreme poverty — less than $1.25 a day." if they weren't such hypocrites they would spend that $5 on helping 2- 4 people a day instead of o an over-price fu-fu cup of joe.
Just ran across this one. Like the divi too.
Well, new year, new prez, new ideas on healthcare. Let's see where this goes.
Too funny!
Thanks for posting the links for the explanation of the pennant formation. I'm trying to learn a little more about technical analysis and that is helpful.
Achtung mitbewerber! So I decided to take the plunge in some more pricey stuff, but I believe DB (Deutsche Bank) has a lot of upside potential. Been watching and should have bought a while ago when it was around 12.00. Most of last year's losses were due to fines for bad behaviour (just like their compatriots VW and Bosche), but they are otherwise solid and have a BV of approx $50 (where it traded in 2014). The CEO's guidance is that they will be back to profitability in 2017. They are trading at $19.70+/- a few pennies (pfennigs). This is Germany's largest bank and Frau Merkel will not let it fail.
Good volume today, too!
Hola fellow bankanistas!
There are probably more shareholders. Unless it changed and i did not notice, one of the archaic things held over from the pre-tech times is that for stocks held in street name the broker or holding institution is the shareholder of record. So, for example if you have 100 shareholders whose share are held in street name among Scottrade, eTrade, and TD Ameritrade, there are only 3 shareholders of record, not one hundred.
Here's what I figured out from the 2015 filings. As of Q3 2015 the net loss for the year was (.09). In the 10K for 2015 the net loss was stated at (.28) meaning IFMI had a Q4 loss of (.19) Big surprise at end of quarter. So TTM for now is (.02) - big improvement over 2015. The 2016 Q4 will be critical - they could return to profitability for the first time in many years.
The fully diluted 0/s is 17,261,992, so that would put BV at $2.70/share. Yes, undervalued.
Interesting that they have given out divis steadily during losing years.
OK. I guess I was wrong, they do file. Must have mixed them up someone else. I'll take a deeper dive.
I'll take a look again. Been on my watch list. I think the reason it is undervalued is because it doesn't report to the SEC. I'll have to calculate a TTM EPS if I can find a fourth quarter earnings PR. But of to store first.
Some high end hardware there. The Damascus version is unique. That is a very hard smithing technique.
Well, tomorrow should be the day for some answers about the r/m.
Playing for Change - cool project. Thanks for posting.
Heard this on XM radio today - can't remember the last time I heard it - "Baja" (Astronauts) -
Raskin represents the "elite" political establishment that Trump has railed against. Snow ball's chance in hell!
Thanks Mr. Bill. Still a bit surprised this has not run more, even with the r/s lurking out there.
Thanks Duke. Mr. Bill is now the mod. There wasn't one before as this board had been dead for 6 years.

Yeah, I think your on to something there with Advanced Munitions Intl, LLC, they had/have a manufacturing plant in Payson, Arizona, which happens to be the same town in which Fred Wagenhals lives, definitely not a coincidence IMO.

RTRO - Great DD illegal and Big Brother.
I've been trying to connect the Advanced Munitions International, LLC owners (Antich father/son) with Wagenhals and Shustack. I have not come up with anything yet.
But Wagenhals may be one of the "additional partners" and Ammo, Inc. could be the new "ABC ammo."
Blurbs...
- ATAC closed in September, abruptly sending employees home, reportedly due to financing issues. Antich would not discuss specifics, but said the company had resolved its issues and acquired additional partners to support the business.
- Jim and his son Jeff Antich, co-founder of ATAC, are also still working on plans to build a massive manufacturing facility in Tennessee.
- Antich said they would sell a new brand of ammunition from their Tennessee facility, but could not say what it will be called, referring to it generically as “ABC” ammo.

ABC ammo?
"Antich said they would sell a new brand of ammunition from their Tennessee facility, but could not say what it will be called, referring to it generically as “ABC” ammo."
OK, this might be a stretch or Antich let it slip. But, Advanced Ballistics Concepts, LLC (ABC) has developed a new type of bullet called a multiple impact bullet.
Quick overview: http://www.ammoland.com/2013/12/advanced-ballistics-concepts-multiple-impact-bullet/#axzz4VJnh55xn The ammo is killer, in both the figurative and literal sense of the word. I just hope this ammo is restricted for sale only to police and military. Don't need no homeys in hoodies to be packing this stuff!
ABC's website: http://www.mibullet.com/ (also note what the site does to your mouse' arrow on screen). ABC is also still looking for distributors and manufacturers. http://www.mibullet.com/BusinessOp.html and http://www.mibullet.com/Company_Information.html
I would imagine that to manufacture this type of ammo a new plant would be needed. Could be a game changer.
Some more info and looks like there has been some limited production in 12 ga, and 45 cal. versions: https://forum.cartridgecollectors.org/t/advanced-ballistic-concepts-multi-impact-bullet/13912
Just needs the right deal.
I see this board has had some life breathed back into it the past few weeks.

artist conception drawing of AMI plant in TN
http://wate.com/2016/10/25/company-says-blount-county-ammo-plant-on-track-despite-lawsuits/
Agreement between Blount County and AMI to build the facility https://assets.documentcloud.org/documents/2515976/incentives-agreement.pdf
Note that the AMI signatory is AMI Investment Holdings, yet another entity controlled by Jim Antich.
I saw that, too. Can only speculate. Maybe that was temporary and the r/m will be with directly with Advanced Munitions? Ammo became part of Advanced Munitions? Ammo was just an intermediate investment group? IDK, but someone does.
Thing is that Wagenhals has a great track records and doesn't appear to need the $$. This could be for real and we know gun control ain't going anywhere the next 4 years.
So, looking on the positive side, then RTRO becomes "Ammo" under some other ticker, there is a secondary offer and the proceeds go to the facilities expansion in Tennessee.
The alternative scenario is that RTRO becomes "Ammo" under some other ticker, there is a secondary offer and the proceeds go to into the pockets of management who flee to the Caymans.
Thanks. Looks like it's all coming together. Will be either big deal or big bust.
$hell- was the former name of Advanced Munitions LLC. See my post below:

"interesting" is the operative word-lawsuit dismissed

In scouting for news and connections with Advanced Munitions, I ran across an article saying the plant was still there and was going to be used for R&D as well. Since the TN plant will not come online until 2018 they have to make bullets somewhere.
Yep. I used to do a lot of writing and recognize boilerplate when I see it.

Will have to put out some cardboard on the lawn tomorrow evening so the four-legged kids will be in business.
"Watch out where the huskies go, and don't you eat that yellow snow" - Frank Zappa
Too funny. When we moved north, our Florida dogs had no clue about ice and snow. They were OK to take out for a pee, but when it came to the other business they were lost without grass. Not sure how much we walked the Cairland terrier before he finally could not hold it any longer. The other one, a Cairn, is a poop factory so he got the nag of it pretty quickly.
yep, that and the "hidden" r/s in the Form 8 has probably made prospective buyers hesitant.
Seems to have slowed down.
