Based on some numbers I crunched this weekend, I think she may pull back around $9.12 and then either continue her rally or trade sideways for a while before trying to push higher. The average 12 month target price for BAC is roughly $9.00 per share, so I don't know where all these predictions at $10 or higher are coming from since no reputable analyst averages range that high. Moreover, Goldman Sacks is Bac's Specialist in the NYSE so obviously have an interest and yet they have a 12 month target price of $10.50 but say the average target price is $9.12. Let's get real here.
BAC
Today was quadruple witching, so volume was naturally significantly higher. Volume should tame down next week. Any negative news overseas can take down the markets in an instant. We already have Issues with China, Greece, Middle East, high oil prices, wages not increasing, too many part-time jobs, while many not bothering to look for jobs right now that are throwing off economic indicators.
BAC
My short avg is around $9.16, so with a dip I can break even or possibly make a small profit. I didn't think it would have taken off this hard after being already valued at $8. When I missed jumping in at $5, I decided to wait for $8 to short but then wasn't comfortable and figured to wait for $8.30. However, when the stock took off I took my initial short at $8.80 and thought it was a great price to short at lol. Obviously, it wasn't but I think my short now at $9.16 is a good one, not so much to make a profit but to save my behind hehe.
BAC
I've been adding to the short position the higher it goes, if anyone thinks stocks only go up you haven't been trading long enough. This is now way overvalued and overbought. Did I make a mistake to short it when I did yes, but that's only in hindsight because I shorted at a time that would have been perfect based on all the indicators I utilize. No one can predict how the market is going to move when it moves or exactly when it does move. On the other hand, I'm not going to take a loss when I know I can trade my way to break even or make a small profit.
BAC
I like how people come out and make all these claims on how they are making money after the fact, post your long or short position ahead of time so that later in the future someone can verify if you are full of it or not.
BAC
With all the problems the world economy is faced with right now, a 30% correction could easily happen at any moment.
BAC
Not a problem every time it goes up I add a little more to the short lol. I have to admit it has done way better than I expected but at these prices there is much more downside then upside.
BAC
One of the riskiest out of the big 4? lol, try one of the most riskiest out of the top 20. This price appreciation rate can't be justified this year unless serious progression in made in multiple fronts. This way overbought from technical and fundamental perspective. Hence why I'm short in the short-term but long in the medium-term.
BAC
Nice congrats on those profits thus far. I wanted to get in but had capital occupied heavily else where. Just trading it right now to try and make up for loss potential :)
BAC
I shorted yesterday at $8.81 avg today I shorted some more and raised my short avg to $9.01, a pullback even if just for a day is in order.
BAC
Those weren't crazy predictions the time frame and reason I thought were articulate clearly.
TSNP
Yeah when I noticed that I jumped out at 2.16, been trading it so just broke even from my entry between yesterday and this morning. Going to sit back to see how the offering gets priced and how many institutions take them. Credit Suisse scooped up Google's 29.4m stake recently at $2.26 so it may not necessarily hurt the stock just as Google's selling did. Keep in mind there is much potential here and the lowest avg target price is $3.50, median target price is$5.33. It all depends on future guidance by the company in managing to articulate the type of revenue they will generate in the coming years.
ps: Long and strong but taking a little breather.
CLWR
To show that she's getting ripe for a run, just 200k volume today and it has been on the 2's. Eventually, 2's start to get slapped and beginning thinning out and then she gets ready for a big breakout.
TSNP
Yeah for DT you need both min of $25k and margin of course.
Trade limit is 3 round trip traders, at 4 round trip trades you get tagged as a pattern day trader and if you have less than $25k in your account, your account becomes frozen from buying securities for 90 days.
.001 - .002. medium-term hard to tell on long term since multiple strategies will have to be executed in order to make the share structure more manageable. Hypothetically speaking, if the share structure were to remain the same, which it won't and if the company would meet it's target revenue within 3 years of my investment, then I would value the PPS at .004 or better. It all depends on the multiple the market would be willing to pay for shares. However, since it is extremely likely that the share structure will change, I am looking for a target price of $0.50 to $1.00
TSNP
...and the shorts pounding the hell out of it.
BAC
CLWR is going to be the hottest tech play this year :), long and strong.
CLWR
Lol, first off I'm already up on my short and secondly I don't hold shorts long, most of the time I only short intraday or hold 1 day.
BAC
2's back up!
TSNP
Well I'm not an idiot, I'm shorting small amounts at different intervals lol.
BAC
I'm a shorter right now in the short-term lol.
BAC
I'm looking to buy more but have to make enough profits on the major exchange to bring some of that here. So far today is a good day profit wise :) I like the new volume/volatility in the major exchange right now. I may pick up some TSNP today :)

Cricket and Clearwire Announce Long-Term Wholesale 4G LTE Agreement ~ Clearwire's LTE Advanced-Ready Network to Offer Capacity Resources for Cricket's 4G Network ~~ Agreement Will Supplement LTE Coverage that Cricket is Deploying Across its Own Networks
PR Newswire
SAN DIEGO and BELLEVUE, Wash., March 14, 2012
SAN DIEGO and BELLEVUE, Wash., March 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Cricket Communications, Inc., a leading provider of innovative and value-driven wireless services, and Clearwire Corp (NADSAQ: CLWR) today announced that they have entered into a five-year wholesale agreement. With the agreement, Cricket will become the second operator to have signed on to leverage Clearwire's forthcoming LTE Advanced-ready network, which will provide capacity off-load services to supplement Cricket's own LTE network. Cricket currently plans to deploy LTE across approximately two-thirds of its current network footprint over the next two to three years and to cover up to approximately 25 million POPs with LTE network technology in 2012.
"The high-speed 4G LTE networks we are deploying will complement our robust 3G network and allow us to continue innovating value for our Cricket customers," said Doug Hutcheson, President and CEO of Leap Wireless International, Inc., Cricket's parent company. "We believe this agreement with Clearwire provides us with an attractive option to supplement our own LTE build-out strategy and gives us the flexibility to access additional 4G capacity where needed as data-centric devices continue to become more popular."
"This long-term partnership with Cricket is a key step forward in the development of Clearwire's wholesale LTE business model," said Erik Prusch, President and CEO of Clearwire. "Not all LTE networks are created equally. We have always believed that our unmatched spectrum portfolio offers a compelling resource that can and will enable wireless operators to thrive in the 4G marketplace of the future. We are very pleased to provide Cricket with additional mobile broadband resources to supplement their own LTE build and we plan to continue to actively seek new opportunities to serve the needs of other 4G providers."
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

We do not need news of share buyback to move the stock because this is a fast growing company and revenue alone should and will be the primary catalyst for stock appreciation. Fingers already pointed that out based on the last LiveChat. If you are itching for a run to flip your stock and move on it is best for you to sell your 1's now and move on. This company/stock does not need flippers but long-term shareholders, short of that the price will have a hard time moving in the short-term but either way it will move because stock price will eventually reach equilibrium and reflect the true value based on fundamentals. Due to limited revenue, cash flow is tight and it is not wise in the short-term to allocate such precious resources to buying back shares just so that some can flip their stock. Share retirement/buyback is the long-term plan here but if you solely bought shares based on it then my suggestion is to move on.
TSNP
That's because they failed the stress test.
BAC
Bull Market!!! TSNP soon to get some serious love.
TSNP
Stress results will be 1 day ahead of time at 4:30PM today, Bull Market baby!
BAC
That's because BAC passed the stress test.
BAC
Haha, I was hoping it would have hit that to go super long. I actually, didn't get a chance to take a position in BAC. Hoping for a pullback to get in. Unfortunately, my funds were tied when it dropped before :(
BAC
Haha, yeah. The 1 tick flippers want priority in selling 2's and that's a rational assumption bug flawed in that creating such resistance only serves to discourage others to buy the 2's. People that aren't long trade to make a profit if there is potential the price will move up in the short-term. If those flippers wanted to sell shares, they could reduce the resistance and sell some 2's, 3's, 4's, etc. Even if they do not sell all their shares, they would have sold at an average much higher and possibly take off the initial investment off the table and play with free shares. However, with providing so much resistance now at the current and immediate ask of 2, they are not selling any shares. Whoever is on the 2's think about and then hopefully remove some of that resistance.
TSNP
2's are now up almost always, soon the float will be super tight and she will spring up hard and fast.
TSNP
This one is due for a serious lift off soon.
CLWR
I think you meant on the ask and there were 2,115,784 1's left.
TSNP
They will be released Thursday.
BAC
2m 1's left and then the ask should be lighter.
TSNP
Haha, true best spot to check for them is Zillow. Alan, you just need to know that I'm a friendly shareholder and have been accumulating a substantial amount of shares for seven months and do not plan to sell most of these shares until .001 or higher. If any shares are sold before then it is only to provide bid support.
TSNP
A great deal, I also buy shares with my client accounts not just my account.
TSNP
I own more shares than anyone here and purchase on a weekly basis more than anyone here. I can't accumulate all the time, only when I make profits and move some of those profits here. I picked up shares last Thursday.
TSNP
You're buying for the value here, just like everyone else that has been buying. A little patience and great ROI is possible.
