Sprint may possibly sell the spectrum to MetroPCS, since they have shown signs of wanting some. I view this positive because it enlarges CLWR's porfolio, whereas right now it has been primarily Sprint.
CLWR
It's only the view of one analyst, there are 14 analyst following this company. Also, at any point in time another larger company can acquire CLWR so that they have their own spectrum and don't need to pay more to lease it. CLWR has been ripe for a take over.
CLWR
Clearwire Corp. (CLWR) (CLWR), the unprofitable wireless-broadband carrier, tumbled the most in five months after Verizon Wireless said it will sell some of its spectrum.
Clearwire fell 14 percent to $1.63 at 1:24 p.m., after retreating 20 percent for the biggest decline since Nov. 18. The Bellevue, Washington-based company’s shares have dropped 67 percent in the 12 months before today.
Any sale of good quality spectrum makes Clearwire’s holdings less valuable, Christopher King, an analyst at Stifel Nicolaus & Co., said in an interview.
Verizon plans to conduct an open-sale process for all of its 700 megahertz A and B spectrum licenses, covering dozens of major U.S. cities and some smaller markets, according to a statement. Clearwire is a wireless wholesaler.
That matters not, CLWR isn't an otc stock. Major exchange stocks release financials at all hours. More importantly, most of the upside is factored in the potential as the year progresses. I believe this dip is to accumulate a good portion of what's left of the float to push this stock up for months to come. Ridiculously oversold and about to get a golden cross.
Low target price for this stock is $2.00, high is $20.00 and median price is $5+.

That will all fall in place soon. This has been in accumulation mode for a while now. As we approach completion of the 4G network and Iphone 5 availability, this stock will explode super hard and fast.
CLWR
Long and strong baby, looking to break the 52wk high on this bad boy.
CLWR
Median analyst 12 month target price which began last year is $5+, avg price is $3.50. This is undervalued now but as we near Iphone 5's release as well as end of year when Sprint projects to have LTE network fully establish, the share price will climb.
CLWR
Only reason CLWR is dropping is because Apple is dragging down NASDAQ. Therefore, everyone is shorting NASDAQ. This baby is about to bust through $3 in the near future.
CLWR
This baby is 3 ticks on its 50ma/200ma averages to bust a Golden Cross :)
CLWR
Earlier today someone blasted the ask super hard for 500,000 shares on a single block and that was between 2.08 and 2.13, can't remember what the ask price was.
CLWR
I misread your post my bad but as I said this is usually by far their worst quarter. Right now the small business environment is still tough but picking up traction slowly. I'm out for the day.
TSNP
It's more efficient to work on their E-Commerce site to lock in market share. Live individuals putting out the word require payments. Mechanics are outsourced, so there are only 2 store managers, 1 for each store and then CFO, CEO <accountant and lawyer>. The objective is to maintain cost low. Anyway, I'm not going to continue providing information on the company if you want to buy shares do your own DD. I've said my piece here, lata.
Ps: I expect a PR early next week.
TSNP
$33k in sales? Where'd you pull that number from? Their revenue last year was $600k, times are rough right now yet they were up 75% in revenue year-over-year. Anyway, you will be hard press to find another .0001 stock that actually has any revenue at all and I don't mean pulling in funds from pump and dumps.

Company Releases preliminary estimate of First Quarter 2012 Financial performance
April 13, 2012
New Canaan, CT - Tesoro Enterprises, Inc. (TSNP:PK) today is releasing estimates of its first quarter 2012 financial performance. Net Sales for the three month ended March 31, 2012 were approximately $99,000 compared to $94,000 for the three months ended March 31, 2011. The increase of $5,000 for the three months ended March 31, 2012 over the three months ended March 31, 2011 represents a 5.2% Net Sales improvement. Tesoro's CEO, Henry J. Boucher, said he was pleased with the Net Sales figure for the first quarter for several reasons. First, the first quarter is the weakest quarter for the company due to the winter slow down in construction activity in the Northeast; second, the improvement for 2012 over 2011 represents a reversal of the decrease in Net sales for the same period from 2010 to 2011.
Mr. Boucher mentioned the recent conversion of debentures, leaving only $4,500 worth of Convertible Debentures on the books of the company, as a factor that should strengthen the up coming balance sheet. In addition, the the company continues reduce its operating expense, moving closer to profitability.

Only 45m 1's left and then it's time to work the 2's :)
TSNP
He's just being informative, a market wide PR should be available soon to provide future guidance on the upcoming quarter and perhaps a short reference to that news will be included. Need to exercise some patience, even Rome wasn't built in a day.
TSNP
Sweet, so the rumor wasn't completely accurate but still bullish :) Only $4.5k left of dilution that's pocket change. Soon this baby will be trading super hard.
TSNP
Average Analyst target price for VVUS increased from $26 to $30.
VVUS
This one is going to explode in a major way soon. Golden Cross coming + Iphone 5 rumored to be out between August and October of this year, which will yield the demand needed for Clear Wire's 4G Spectrum. Longs are about to be rewarded in a massive way.
CLWR
16m 1's left :)
TSNP
I think Jimbolice is saying that based on evidence from past quarter guidance. The CEO usually provides guidance for the next quarter and it's due, so naturally there would be a PR which is how the guidance is provided.
TSNP
Yes but that was ending period of last year, it's mid April already.
TSNP
The T/A has never given share information that I'm aware of so it's not like it just began to not provided it now. All dilution that has been occurring in the past has only been from CD's. The total CD count was for $196k that was loan to the company when it went public, out of that either no CD's remain or should be a negligible amount left on the balance sheet on this new quarter coming up.
TSNP
The CEO provides an update every quarter on it but also he provides additional information if it took place after the period being filed. The only dilution possible was from CD's and they should just about almost be out. The dilution we are talking about is pocket change anyway.
TSNP
Linkinvest, I reciprocated.
TSNP
Most of us accumulating hard are too busy trading major exchange to sit around here crying about a stock that is at .0001. The trend with TSNP is uptrend with cast growing revenue and a CEO that has been literally going out of his way to provide market guidance. He doesn't need to provide next quarter guidance every quarter yet he does. He doesn't need to show up every two weeks for a live chat session yet he does despite that no one else usually shows up. If you don't want to be in this stock, then stop crying and sell your shares at .0001.
TSNP
Is the company diluting, actually no it's the CD's converting and that money was provided as funding for the company between 1-3 years ago. Technically it is dilution but is it misleading because the company isn't raising any money. There is just 1 last finance company out of the 3 that provided toxic funding a while back. Askblasters has been absorbing the dilution so that it doesn't affect the market and because they believe that the stock is undervalued and should trade significantly higher in the future. Of course the CD's are converting they were sitting in the books for years and the fast growth of the company coupled with the strong accumulation in the stock has allowed the CD's which were the initial investors, (Aside from the CEO of course) that invested in the company to get out. They should be almost completely out by now and accumulation at 1 will continue until they are fully out. What you need to pay attention to is the fact that 2's are always up at the end of the day despite the trading of shares at .0001. If anyone had half a brain they would realize that someone is accumulating hardcore. Soon massive bid support will follow as soon as the CD's are out.
TSNP
You guys get worked off out of anything, who do you think is picking up all the shares in the past 9 months? It's Askblaters and some other private investors accumulating. Askblasters does not put out information on a company unless they are accumulating and right now we are all accumulating at the same price .0001. No one here has the right to claim they are getting punked because everyone has the opportunity to buy at the same price. Everyone wants the stock to move but do not want to do anything and then quickly try and flip the stock. Askblasters is selling no shares at .0002, so those shares on the ask are other market participants trying to pull off a quick flip. Trust me, if Askblasters was sitting at .0002 you would know.
TSNP
I think you meant to say 2011 :)
TSNP
Tap those 2's, it's a statement every time the 2's are tapped.
TSNP
If people are stupid enough to sell the entire float and that includes CD holders, at the lowest price possible then that is there decision. Longs are here to make some serious money and aren't concerned with short-term performance.
TSNP
People keep complaining but review the volume in the past month. Notice how the selling is always met with buying, despite what L2 shows there is no support. It's called accumulation, not going to buy at a higher price while people are willing to sell at a lower price. When enough of the float has been secured by strong longs, then the stock will begin to accumulate at a higher price. Longs here aren't stupid either, not going to give quick flippers the opportunity to create huge resistance at a higher price.
TSNP
Longs are here for the a long haul, so your 1's will be bled out slowly and when enough has been accumulated then the fireworks will fly sky-high.
TSNP
2's back up, tap the ask. This is way undervalued but fair value coming soon!
TSNP
monkey selling 1.5m 1's.
TSNP
This baby is getting tight.
TSNP
2's back up, let get a tap on 2's. At this point you have to be a fool selling 1's, it is apparent they get all bought out. The guys selling 2's are a bit more logical.
TSNP
2.53m 1's left on the ask, let's absorb these weak hands here.
TSNP
5m 1's left and then the 2's should tap again :)
Go TSNP!
