Literally? I never saw those links..
some pumpers deleted my post, as usual....the show must go on..with Barclays´s theory now...
What people didn´t understand about liquidation?
No man, you are a florist looking for tulips where there are only potatos. Last 5 years.
Quite and simple liquidation. Call it "available cash" or anything else.
The rest is only speculation under a POR format of a Chapter 11 liquidation. Can some NOLs survive? I believe yes, but Im not an expert.
excelent post!
6th...7th and so on.
Quite simple. It is not the parent company.
Wrong tree imho
Estimates for post-petition interest and equity distributions from Debtors that (i) have satisfied or are expected to satisfy their creditors in full
They are not talking about LBHI. In fact, they already started paying post petition interests on some debtors that have satisfied their creditors in full. If I remember well, LBSF is one of these debtors.
Who cares? They sold some of these claims, and the cash was to creditors..the same will happen with the remaining stake. So, the cash is there..it is a matter of time.
I disagree with you on this. LBHI already announced a 6th distribution on last 5th PR. It is enough for me.
There is yet available cash. LBHI already sold some unsecured claims, so why not to sell the remaining stake on LBI? There are shares on F1 bussines, is it illiquid asset?? Of course it isn´t. There is yet some real state..In resume, lots of sources of cash yet. I expect the clown will shut up after next distribution, about his new theories about an end of the POR with a waterfall to Class 10.. without keeping the status quo about Class 3...even with satisfaction in full of the rest of the classes..
It is just a wait and see till the next distribution. Then they will start arguing about satisfaction in full, illiquid assets and available cash.
Some day, LBHI will discharge all classes.
It is closely related to LBHI. LBHI already sold at 42% FV some of its unsecured claims against LBI.
But the fact is...there is available cash everywhere.
Like your DD? lol I read this forum for last 3 years and your DD is only smoke and mirrors.
I only can laugh with this post... lol
I want to see you again after next distribution. Just in case all clases except 3 and 7 are already satisfied in full, all the available funds will go to these classes.
I don´t know why do you see Lehman out of cash...It did happen before, they distribute all available cash...but before the next distribution, LBHI collects again..Unsecured claims against LBI will be available cash on next quarters. 9B on claims are pending, even after selling 2B at 40% fv. LBHI is selling yet some real state. Probably some waterfall will keep coming from subsidiares.
There is available liquid cash yet.You saw it before besides your presumptions, and you will see it again.
Or was turning a 160 year old institution with a market cap of $68 billion into a bankrupt entity the goal?
I insist, read the dockets...First RSUs did start on 2003...
And to think the employees never sold their bonus shares for cash is hard for me to believe.
I think you should read more closely all the information about RSUs and CSAs in LBHI case. Read the dockets
Anyway, LBI´s and LBHI´s employees are very diferent specimens.
I agree it is just speculation. If I remember well, you were the guy saying the POR was closed before 5th distribution.
But I ask, why to delete some negative post about some weird speculation related with LBI/LBHI employees?
I agree with you. I think there is money at the end. But there is not necessary to pump with wrong information. It is just wait and see. I smell traders when I see that.
...
two posts deleted, because I said there was clear pumping on some ideas.
Of course it is from brokerage. A lot of LBHI´s employees applied claims waiting to be recognized as LBI´s employees. Just look for it.
Why reallocation would stop with the POR still alive? it is just pumping.
Some people are suggesting that there is no 6th distribution because LBHI only reported it in a press release...they are the same people that said they clearly read that after 4th distribution all classes were satisfied in full..
Of course there will be 6th distribution on October, because LBHI expect to have available cash then. They reported it a lot of times in their cash flows estimates.
Wonderful statement from folks that have time after time missed the point!
Brilliant...
I see you after 8th distribution....the cash flow says 2016. Available cash too. There is a lot of pending assets to sell and sources of cash: real state, claims against LBI, some shares..
Barclays´s theory is a pipe dream. Imo, the most unsustainable argument in defense of CTs.
small town...
Another distribution is set for next month, and the payouts should continue into 2015 and beyond.
Mixing things doesn´t help. That old article is about customers of LBI, not LBHI´s distributions to creditors.
So, why people is so upset with a different opinion? Posters don´t like "bashers" - I disagree this is a case - when they trade. It hasn´t got any sense when they expect to wake up some day being rich...
If they are bashing, I suppose they are doing you a favor . You can buy cheaper shares and you will be rich soon. Go figure lol
The POR was already satisfied in full.... before 5th distribution....go figure LOL
You should read carefully and closely this board. Some of the best pumpers, dumped 1/3 of his position the week of last spike and later deleted the post.
That docket suggests they don´t expect any reorganization soon, or any kind of recovery to OBS..
If there is some new relevant information, just post it, otherwise it is pumping. No mistery on this.
Available Cash
after all Allowed Claims
against that Debtor have been satisfied in full
each holder of each such Allowed Claim shall receive its Pro Rata Share of further Distributions
until such time as all postpetition interest on all such Allowed Claims has been paid in full
IF there is satisfaction in full of Class 3 and Class 4- LBT notes - just ask, how much can they expect on post petition interests?
So...following you...all the debt on these entities paying post petition interest on last distribution..was secured debt? lol lol
