Shareholders basically lost all their money at this point. Almost unprecedented lack of communication for so long. Not sure they could lose much more, so I'm not sure what you mean by being in a bad position. We're basically dead at this point so if someone wants to cut our throat it's water under the bridge.
Because with the vacuum of information coming from our investment taken to extremes, he fills the void. Gives people specks of information, no matter annoying, it's more than what they have been getting.
Or, perhaps we could be told what is happening/happened to the company so many people invested in. And no, I don't need to be told every time Bret goes to the bathroom, or whatever straw man argument.
Does anyone know the latest at this point? I get that we have been absolutely *()&(*& - d but what is the bottom line - does the company even exist, does it belong to a new owner, time to try to write it off etc?
I get how much we have been f*()&)(*(&d for a long time, yeah, but held out hope of deducting.
So our stock is gone, worth nothing, and the company is gone, not on the market, and we can't sell it for a loss even? So basically we are screwed.
They've asked for reasonable updates like any investor would expect. Nothing excessive, or none of the "we want to know each time Bret goes to the bathroom" straw man nonsense. The complainers may be annoying, but they do have a point, that the lack of communication has reached an unacceptable point.
Thanks.
What happened to that guy who was going to buy the company or sue the company or something? Did that not pan out? P.S. Can anyone believe how long it has been since the company has said one word to shareholders?
does anyone know what ever happened with the maybe buy out of the company or whatever was going on? any chance for this company in 2023 or has the fat lady sung?
Again, got it. So what are the alternatives?
Makes sense - but where does this leave us? At some point will there be communication to us about why this company hasn't existed in years and all else?
Are people selling their stock (as best they can) this year to capture the loss, or waiting till next year to see what happens?
What is the significance of that? I'm not really sure what that tells us.
Did you make it with permission of the company?
Did nanologix remove the ppt from the top of its home page?
If someone from a big company is threatened by nnlx would they just buy the company ?
Got it, three months and six months. How much are the fees?
Does anyone know the timeline for finding out what happens with this? NNLX has a certain number of months to sell the patents or they can't pay the patent fee, and they lose them, right? Is it three months, or six months, or something else?
Is this the big three medical device company we're talking about?
The customer with the 7k kits/month thing - how do you know it didn't end up buying any? I believe you - I just don't know either way and don't know how you get the information.
Agreed. I get the impression from the message boards that the long timers are pretty tapped out and it's gonna take some new investors to move this.
Did anyone ever figure out the answer as to whether the Gates Foundation and the others were funding this N-Assay TB test?
Perhaps a poster, but no booth.
What happened to Emerald Isle? Are you still awaiting some company update Emerald Isle mentioned?
Seems odd. I didn't think they paid close attention to the message boards, let alone wanting to get that involved with them. Are you sure they actually wanted to use the message board for a new-information/news update, versus just update (get up to date) the information at the of the screen which has become old? Just seems unusual for them to want to use the message board to spread significant news.
Quite a while with no word on a number of things left hanging, like whatever happened with that medical co ordering more stuff. Anyone know what's up?
Thanks - you think they have a shot at publishing in this top journal?
Did you get any insight into how things are going, whether a publication of an n assay paper is imminent or anything else?
Technically true but significant sales/interest in the product followed by telling shareholders what's up would easily overwhelm the small amount of game players.
I don't think the news was bad. Having said that, to be fair, it didn't say it was required as the result of the sales -- it actually could be read that their job is to increase sales -- rather than that sales are already hot. (Re-read it.) I don't know which is the case or both - it's cryptic.
I'm curious how NNLX is doing. Not whether they have people asking about their product, but whether they are selling the product.
Parents - any idea what's new at NNLX these days? (I mean regarding the level of sales.)
Does anyone know which things, like:
-BNF
-BNP
-Flatpack
Nanologix is hoping to patent - is awaiting patent approval or rejection?
Thanks.
I'm curious what people thought of the price per share scenarios laid out on the other board. Would be great to have a public q and a with shareholders and ceo to get so many qs answered.
I'm not disagreeing. Just asking. What do you envision happening so soon to cause such a massive change? Publicity for the company? Sales? Company sale? Something else? Thanks.
Ahmer Kodvawala - chief scientist - is no longer with Nanologix.
Hi Lockshed - how long do you think it'll take to prepare and then send in the applications? I've seen estimates of a few days to a few weeks, to about a year w/possibly hundreds of pages in the application. Thanks.
