What's going on? Spent some time researching SEC Form 15 filed in 2017 by LSCG for 12g-4 & 12h-3 (De-Register & Suspension of reporting obligations).

Seems that company would have to check number of shareholders at end of fiscal year, and if more than 300, would have to Re-Register (or take action to lower that count like reverse splits or share buyback), that's if i read it correctly.

So until then, they do not have to provide any financials.
They must be doing great because they just got some new top notch management, and medical consulting board.

I know their financials have not been updated, but does anyone know if they still have about 220 million shares outstanding?
If that's correct, to get to $3/shr they'd just have to be forecasted to earn 22 mil over next 12 months at a 30 PE multiple.
And from what i am seeing, 22 mil could be low and 30 PE would be low for fast growing company.

It may have dropped to .18 but ask is .24 for 2500 shares then up.

Where do they get their Far UV lamps?

Anyone know where Healthe gets their far-uv lights. Researching internet tells me there are only 2 or 3 making them, and in low numbers but ramping. Ushio, who just gave Acquity Brands an exclusive license for their Care222. And Sterilray who say they patented 222nm lights and are trying to raise crowd source funds to expand production. Also, it seems there are no LEDs that put out enough power to be useful for killing bugs. I assume LED companies are working on that since it would be a better more compact solution. Imagine every smartphone having one.
