Financials due when? Is today the 5th day of the extension and they are due at close of business? Is tomorrow day 5 which would effectively make Monday business day #5? thanks
I'd love to see the following tomorrow or Friday. Confirmation of the production run and something along the following lines from HFBG. Production run under way to be shipped to ..... for immediate shelf placement
Entire company only valued at $6,000,000. Seems awful cheap for the amount of potential and recent progress.
Nice to see this hung in at .0008. I would have still been happy if it dropped back to .0006 on Friday.
Brad, where are you?
Penson a scapegoat for Zecco? I purchased additional HFBG shares on the 20th thru my Think or Swim account. No issues whatsoever. Penson is the clearing firm for TOS. I haven't kept up with the whole Zecco ordeal and don't know if this is meaningful or not but thought I'd put it out there.
And also GO HFBG
Hopefully this will keep moving up. My avg. share price is .00056. Go HFBG
I'm curious. Does anyone have an educated guess as to how much money has been made through the sale of stock by the company? With LJ and reputable people outside of the company involved is there that really that much money involved for this not to have been a legit effort to sell drinks and build a business?
Didn't see this good news coming. I had written this stock off in my mind and hadn't even checked the price in a couple of weeks. Now it may be one of my strongest finishers this year. Go PMDP
Not just what he's drinking. Look at the poster on the table under the box.
Couldn't sell at .0001 today. Bought all my shares at .0001 and .0002. Put a sell of 4.2 mil shares at .0001 and nothing happened.
Not sure what to think anymore, too much emotion here.
Here's what convinced me to buy. Which of the following have verifiably changed?
1. A company that reports.
2. Backlog of $20,000,000 + in orders.
3. Financing in place from St.George
4. I forget the exact number but somewhere in the neighborhood of 960,000,000 in insider share purchases this year.
Hydra, I read a lot and post little but feel your pain. While I have not lost much I hate to lose anything. I need to think this through more but here is a non-traditional idea to get answers. Don't focus so much on Frank and Robert Farr. Take a look at the information above at the directors and person listed as president. Take note of the number of CPA's and one resume lists the person as a NASD arbitrator. These people are held to much higher standards and codes of ethics than the typical person off the street. If there is improper behavior (I don't follow this close enough to know one way or another if anythng wrong has been done) their licensing boards and professional groups would be very interested in any improprieties. I don't have the time but it might be interesting to what if any fiduciary obligations to shareholders these other officer/directors have. If you have time read through some CPA ethics and code of conduct. I don't know anythng about securities law but I have several professional licenses that hold me to a higher standard than a typical layperson. Again I don't know the first thing about securities or company information disclosure just thought I'd throw this out there.
I've been placing day orders and didn't get filled last week. The order that got filled was placed this morning before walking out the door.
Got filled at .0001. Just got back to the office and to my surprise I got a fill at 10:12 this morning. Small purchase but helps bring down the average and adds to my position. A few more shares off the table being held long. For those wondering I use Think or Swim.
Up to $7.99 after hours, almost 44,000 shares traded after the close. I'd love to see it open at that in the morning. Finally moved above the 10 day MA and MACD looks good.
There was a second 100,000,000 purchase on April 22 by Frank Neukomm. This can be found on otcmarkets.com, enter the ticker and click on insiders tab.
This one bit me too. I bought around May 17th after the big drop. I do a lot of covered calls and bought at about $10.90 and sold $.52 calls, $11 strike, with a week to expiration. I figured with the bad news alreadyout I'd make a quick $.60 needing only a small rise. Worst case scenario the options would expire and I'd sell the June calls. Man was this a bad decision. I've also violated my 20% loss sell rule.
With all of the talk about how many various companies should buy out TIVO I'm stumped on this huge, continual price drop.
Not sure what, if anything, this info is worth. I'm located in Orlando and our local 24 hour news channel, CFN 13 has a story regarding the local beaches (I believe Volusia County specifically) not knowing how to clean up if oil hits the beaches. Their regular beach cleaning contractor does not know how to clean up oil and the beach patrol does not know how to handle oil clean up. The on scene reporter with CFN 13 was Saul Saenz.
I don't know if this info has any value but it does show that individual counties don't know what to do if/when oil shows up.
Sorry to see the BK. This was my first penny stock, bought in recently at about .006 and sold Monday @.0016. While I took a large percentage loss it wasn't huge dollar loss. I learned a lot from and am grateful to the posters here. Good luck, I hope people get something back out of this.
Any idea on time frame for this appeal to play out? How, if at all, does this appeal affect earnings on Tuesday? Are earnings now irrelevant and the court case is all that mattes or is the court case irrelevant at this time and earnings matter?
No fill at .007. I bumped up my bid moving toward the close from .0067 to .0068 to .007 with approx. 3 minutes to closing. The ask was showing .0067 the whole time. No fill. These penny stocks are weird.
Example of huge, tech litigation win
While I spend way too much time reading here I rarely post. I don't have much to add in the way of facts and this is a strange forum since the motivation/agenda of every post is analyzed.
My apologies if this has been discussed but I don't recall seeing the TIVO litigation mentioned. Look at what happened around March 3rd. A $7.50 jump in the stock to $17.50 (approx. numbers). The good news for me was I was in at about $9.50. Bad news I was short the March $10 calls, made good not great money. Thanks to all who post and provide the great DD on this stock.
Hello, first time posting here.
