I'm only responding to this particular post because I said I would in a private message.
So allow me to say me peace, and I'll get the hell out of everyone's way...IF we can establish some ground rules.
First off, I stand behind everything I said. You need not believe any of it, you don't have to like it, no matter to me.
My only intention was to expose the sins of the past. If it helps Sutton stay on the straight and narrow here, I don't see that as being a bad thing for anyone long SAVW (don't much care about the pumpers, flippers, shorters, and others who only 'play the game').
I have conversed with Ike and Brendan on several occasions. And I have supported both of them, and their initiatives, when warranted...but they both know I will also challenge them when they 'stumble' or when I think they are trying to pull a fast one.
I take nothing at face value, and I voice my concerns to those that may be affected LOUDLY (maybe too loudly on occasion).
A publicly traded company, and its executive, should have nothing to hide. I'll shine a light in the dark corners if need be.
I don't wish to see ANYONE get hurt....that includes the people you hope to sell your stock to at a higher price.
I recognize that I may have created a firestorm here over the last couple days. And I want to thank each and every one of you who threatened me with with bodily harm (and worse) on this public board and in dozens of private messages.
I have also been made aware that a certain poster published my contact info with a cut and paste job of an email from one of my corporate accounts that only Ike and Brendan had ever received. That's alright, I have never 'hid' from anybody and have revealed who I am and how to get ahold of me to anyone who has ever asked...including Ike and Brendan, obviously.
So, in case you missed it, feel free to PM me and I'd be happy to offer up my identity and contact info.
Here's where I stand with all this; I clearly have some concerns based on my past experiences with some of the people involved here and events that transpired in the company(s) they represent (which I wrote off a long time ago and only re-engaged at the request of some less capable investors). I readily admit to being a dumb-ass insofar as buying into what they were selling.
But I think I've, hopefully, raised enough concern now for everyone to make their own call and/or continue to investigate all things SavWatt. If it proves to be squeaky clean, nothing I have done or said will have have caused any harm to anyone in the LONG run (but may have affected those that wanted to sell in the last couple days, sorry).
In conclusion, here's how it plays out from here as far as Oil9911 is concerned. I'll leave it alone so you all can get yours...under these conditions;
For every post that attacks me personally, questions my integrity, openly mocks me, reiterates how much of an ass I can be, or, in particular, threatens harm to me or my family, I'll post one negative, but legitimate, post myself. I'm happy to point out whatever 'flaws' I'm aware of with respect to the company or its executive practices (not holding anyone hostage itrader, it can all be found by anyone who cares to look hard enough).
I will respond directly, and only, to any negative comments aimed directly at me, whether in response to one of my posts or not. If no one throws it my way, I'll not throw any myself. If it comes in the form of a PM, I will copy/paste the message and identify the sender so everyone knows why I've opened my yap.
I know that no one likes 'conditions' but I'm trying to call a truce here. I won't challenge, or go out of my way to confirm or refute, anything the company says for the forseeable future...I'll now leave that to others. I'll not contact anyone the company claims to have an association with...but I hope others will.
For crying out loud, I'm supposed to be on an extended holiday with my kids right now and I've spent the better part of the last few days pissing around with all this. You win. Enough already (I hope). Fair enough?
Regards,
Oil.
Correction to my earlier post here, I may have misinterpreted what mdimport was saying in response to mikeeatworld.
What is innaccurate (and I thought I was agreeing with) was that there were '0' paying customers. That is not correct. There were. Maybe not many, certainly not enough, but there were verifiable paying customers...there may still be, although I can not confirm.
Oil.
Agreed, that is innaccurate.
Oil.
I'd welcome that. I have slandered no one and they would only further expose themselves.
Oil.
And P.S....nowhere did I say that I could absolutely confirm that anyone would NOT be attending.
I'm done for awhile. Knock yourselves out.
I will answer this but one time. I don't really care if anyone believes me or not. I can back it up should anyone IMPORTANT come calling. I do know that some appreciate hearing what I've been able to provide.
I contacted the people, by email, that had been announced to be there. I asked for confirmation of their attendance (didn't really feel like just believing what the company had said, call me crazy). I also cautioned them that they should ensure that they had fully completed their due diligence with respect to SavWatt and its people before endorsement. I also provided links to publicly available documents and announcements made by same.
Nobody responded immediately. Two parties eventually got back to me, thanked me for the heads up, asked if I had any further information, and advised that they would be conducting more detailed 'investigation' before a final determination on their attendance.
Why? Because if 'announcing' that high-profile people are 'on-side' in order for the company to move stock is the game here...it deserves to be quashed.
They'll do their own research and determine what's appropriate for them to be involved in and if, in fact, they will attend.
End of subject...unless you'd all like me to report whatever else I might here from them.
It may very well not amount to anything...but it was pretty clear that they really did not know too much about what they had committed to...at least to this point.
Oil.
Thanks Jake...but these good folks are not my opponents, even if it sometimes appears that way when I'm being challenged. I think it's pretty clear who my opponent is.
No one wants to hear anything negative about the stock, company, or people they have invested in. And the messenger will always get shot. Luckily, I have a bullet-proof vest and really thick skin.
Oil.
I don't like deception by omission, mistruths, half-truths, and the idea that everyone should automatically buy into what the company says.
You guys have done a tremendous amount of due diligence, me too...to you it says one thing, to me another. It is very difficult to argue against 'future' possibilities.
I have stated you all might be right. You might also be wrong.
Good luck, and best wishes.
Oil.
You might be right...
...and nice beaver.
Oil.
No, that ain't going to happen. Although I'm certain that many would like for it to be so.
Listen, I tell you what...I said what I had to say in TWO posts that I felt were important and an interesting commentary...quit with the personal attacks and questioning MY integrity, and I'll not respond further (and maybe SAVW will move solidly thru power hour for you all).
Oil.
Call Ike yourself...I doubt he'll deny given it shows up on my cell phone.
Oil.
Fair enough Jan.
I'll be around only so as to ensure that things are somewhat 'balanced' and the new crop of potential investors can see the whole picture, otherwise, I hope she runs for you.
Oil.
No, I don't, nor do intend to.
I get that that no one wants to believe me here, or that I'm shorting, looking for cheapies, etc., but the simple fact is, I am very familiar with Mr. Sutton's practices and have made it a mission of mine to ensure that others are as well.
I truly wish no one here any harm, this is a tradeable stock and you can make money, but the management is undeniably suspect.
Respectfully,
Oil.
Absoulutely nothing I have said on here is a lie. And I would be happy to supply relevant evidence to the moderators if they in turn will report as to the authenticity of my statements.
Oil.
Expect the guest list to change for next week's ceremony.
I have been contacted by at least two dignitaries (one personally, the other through their office), that had been previously announced as attending, who advised they are now conducting further due diligence on SavWatt and its executive amid concerns they might have relating to the appropriateness of their implied endorsement of this penny-stock company, its practices, and its principals.
Hammer away.
Oil.
I'm not exactly sure what prompted Ike to call, but I don't exactly hide in the weeds when I've got something to say or I want answers.
I have spoken with both Ike and Brendan on numerous occasions, they've got my #, they know who I am.
I have always tried to be factual and fair, regardless of whether I was pointing out positives or negatives.
I have supported when I thought it was warranted, I have condemned when I thought it was warranted.
I am generally a hopeful skeptic. In this case, I'm a doubtful critic...who's less than pleased with how Mr. Sutton operates.
It seems to me that there has been a 'cooling off' period, at least insofar as accountability is concerned, for quite some time here. I expect that I'll be around at least enough to keep things 'warm'...and there's enough at hand to 'bring the heat' at a moments notice.
I have also RSVP'd for myself and a couple 'friends' to attend the event next week for Ike's 'other' company. Haven't booked flights just yet, and the thought of being in Baltimore instead of on the boat is less than appealing, but we'll see. Might just send the guys, might just let it slide....for now. (Does anyone know for sure that Ike will even be there? I'd assume so, but nothing would surprise me at this point).
Oil.
Normally I wouldn't talk about my 'size' Tesla, but you seem to be suggesting I might not be that large...Ike too. Good thing I'm not sensitive.
I'm not into posting share counts, but let's put it this way, even at today's prices, if I sold all the GOIG stock that I own personally or that is held in my company account (which would take a couple weeks with recent volume), I could still buy a brand new shiny red convertible sports car to compensate.
And my brother, who got me into this in the first place, could still buy a brand new Harley (and not the Sportster).
Ain't mid-life grand?!?!
The post you reference was in response to someone else's post, who was unquestionably 'small'.
Oil.
Not my pleasure...but someone's got to do it.
Oil.
Reaching out? Maybe. Concerned with what I have to say (and who I might say it to)? More likely.
I did extend that calling me was a good gesture on his part and maybe somewhat encouraging.
We only spoke of SAVW in passing. Nothing to report one way or the other.
Oil.
We spoke of both SavWatt and the other.
Oil.
Ike Sutton did personally call me around 6:15 p.m. EST tonight.
We spoke for about 5 minutes.
I rather doubt it was part of his campaign wherein he stated that he "looked forward to speaking to each and every shareholder personally" (for the 'other' stock). I may have caught his attention otherwise.
After a brief discussion regarding how sizable a shareholder I was (in the 'other' stock), he wanted to know what I was trying to do and why. I spoke in terms of revealing his 'inconsistencies', and that I could, with absolute certainty, assure him that nothing I had done or said was untruthful. It was not disputed.
In simple terms, I expressed my point of view based on things that have happened in the past, and he expressed his point of view based on things that might happen in the future.
I stated that my primary concern was for shareholders, he stated that his concern was for shareholders as well.
I further advised that I was well aware that many, many investors in his companies had suffered great losses, and that while I personally could afford it, many could not. He offered nothing in response.
All in all, it was a relatively cordial discussion under the circumstances.
In the end he suggested that things "never happen as quickly or as smoothly as anticipated", but that, none the less, they were "still hard at work and progress was being made"...basically suggesting that he'd soon be vindicated. I said I'd believe it when I see it, but did suggest I might be willing to 'cool my jets' and 'slow down a bit' to allow him an opportunity to prove me wrong.
Although I assured him that I was not going away, I will honor my commitment to 'slow down a bit'. (Maybe a few less posts aimed directly at him...plus I'm kinda on holidays right now and typing away while out on the boat is a bit of a pain in the arse and extremely counter-productive to getting some much neeed R&R).
We both indicated our availability for further discussion, and the call was terminated.
Best wishes,
Oil.

No...I never did. Not interested in owning this stock at any price.
Oil.
Rustler, you've been around enough Sutton 'stuff' to know exactly what I mean. You can't expect him to fly under the radar forever (or for folks to just quietly go away as he was hoping).
And be careful means just that...cover your assets with both hands.
Oil.
Unfortunately, that was the one a lot of folks clung to (that, and the imminent audited statements).
At any rate...no urgency to sign on to anything just yet (unless it's yoyo's petition to receive 'proportionate' shares in Sutton's other company...which seems to have confused people as to what I'm trying to do).
The email is goipandikesuttonexposed@hotmail.com if you want to relay anything, otherwise, review my post history to find out the status and how to view, add to, or amend the document that is being prepared.
Early this fall, maybe sooner, we will have most everything documented and it will be at that point that we'll want as many 'people', not aliases, to sign on.
I should mention that quite a number of people have been in touch with me and have pointed out a great many items that may have not been as they appeared (as well as relating some other very disturbing things). These have now all been documented and those folks have provided their full names and indicated their willingness to swear to the authenticity and accuracy of their particular issue.
Regards,
Oil.
Please be very, very careful here.
There is momentum building...but it's with respect to other Sutton-related concerns.
Go ahead and attack all you'd like...not shorting, not looking to buy 'cheapies', not a paid basher...just trying to protect the innocent.
Oil.
Great question there yoyo. Here's my favorite. It came from the SXSW festival in Austin.
Excellent Mike...appreciate your insight, support, and help. Sutton and Co. had a lot to say about a lot of things, a lot of it out and out BS. Those are the kind of things I'm after. I'll get back to digging into some of it, I've only re-listened to a couple of the audio updates for example, but there's some pretty rich stuff tthat was said on those as well.
Oil.
Yeah, you have...Sutton didn't get away with murder, but you'd be hard pressed to find a jury that would render a 'not guilty' verdict in his case.
Oil.
You could...but nobody has.
Oil.
Thanks randal21...and to everyone else that has lent their support as well.
I put a great deal of time, effort, and money into supporting GOIG.
I suppose the least I can do is put a fraction of the same into exposing the reality of it all.
Oil.
Oil has never worked for Sutton...I've been 'worked' by him, but that's about it.
Oil.
Dude...I have been following SAVW for as long as anybody here.
The only thing the company is 'moving' is stock.
Due diligence is NOT accepting that 'projections', and 'potential contracts' will materialize because the company says so. The reality is Sutton controlled companies have NEVER met ANY projections or realized on ANY potential anything. That's what my due diligence tells me.
Oil.
I guess the financials look good to you. I've read them. They might look OK to me if it was last call and I was desperate for some company...but they never look as good when you sober up after the fact.
Oil.
I like making dough as much as the next guy. And if I didn't know what Sutton was all about, I'd have no qualms about picking some up (although I would've bought a while back when it was trading at a fifth of where it is now).
But I can't in good conscious say that it's nothing more than a stock selling scheme for him, and then turn around and profit from it.
Maybe hard to believe for some...but I don't 'play' stocks. I invest in companies and people. And neither appeal to me here.
Oil.
Did you miss the entire financial meltdown a couple years back? The #1 reason it happened was because a select group of Wall Street types were able to 'fool' the 'gov't'.
The 'gov't' specializes in making a fool of itself. Nobody does it better.
Oil.
Sure...and that's why he's cool with allowing a float # of some 28,000,000 to still be posted and an O/S of 600,000,000 from May....you really don't think he's sold a pile in the last couple months??
By the time you know the real deal, it'll be far too late.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SAVW/company-info
Oil.
Yeah...and Madoff and every other 'schemer' could throw a party with a who's who list that looks impressive to those that are easily impressed.
I'll be impressed when SavWatt sells some lightbulbs.
Oil.
Oh, I'll be around. And there'll be a whole new crop of folks, who didn't heed my warning, who'll want to join me in going after Sutton.
Good luck to you..make what you can, but cover your assets before Sutton has his way with them.
Oil.
Enjoy the ride...make some money. This has been pumped hard, and will undoubtedly rise between now and the Grand Opening festivities.
It will also undoubtedly crash down to less than what it is currently trading at shortly thereafter. Go ahead and tell me how wrong I am, how I am just a disgruntled GOIG shareholder, how this stock is unlike all others (and certainly unlike other Sutton controlled stocks), and then come back and tell me how wrong I was early-mid August.
TAKE PROFITS over the next couple weeks!! They won't be so easy to come by a month from now. Savwatt is yet to sell anything but a crap-pile of stock...and just because some dignitaries might show up for a photo-op, it does NOT necessarily mean it'll generate any meaningful sales (aside from the sale of a lot more stock...which will most assuredly occur).
Oil.
