Wow...that's quite a board, hadn't looked or posted in a while. Near as I can tell there's been a whole helluva lot of new folks buying (that weren't just traders) because the business concept made sense to them. Same as the folks who bought last week, and the week before that. Now we are within 36 hours of actually getting to see the service 'go live' and people are starting to panic? WTF
I bought into this in a relatively small way as a skeptic, and I kept asking questions of others and myself as I increased my position (see some of my original posts). I spent the better part of two FULL days doing DD on everything I could find. I read all their filings, I followed the trail of their PR firm, I checked the history of the principals, I questioned the technology and talked to IT people, I looked at the MM's and the trading, and when all was said and done, I had most of my questions answered to my satisfaction, maybe not all, but 99%. And I discovered that MANY others had done an equal or greater amount of DD and had invested in large positions. I kept buying and buying (more like acquiring and acquiring) including today at higher than it closed. I may yet buy more...and I've got plenty. Why?
#1 The service works...there is NO question about that. It has been tested thousands and thousands of times. And EVERYONE I spoke to about it thinks its a brilliant idea and almost all would use it...WAY better than trying to remember a 1-800 #, which means it will resonate with both advertisers and users.
#2 We may all think that GOIG is relatively well known and being talked about, you just have to look at the # of posts here and elsewhere to get that impression, but the fact is AT LEAST 9 out of 10 people, prospective investors, advertisers, and users alike, have not even heard of GOIG. Truly, how many people you spoke to lately had heard of this BEFORE you started to tell them about it? So what do you think the other 9 out of 10 are going to think about the product and the companies prospects...yeah, same as you, HUGE. And don't forget, save for one or two little ads, the advertising of GO800 starts in 36 hours...people WILL start telling you they've heard of it!! And they might be interested in owning a piece.
and #3...given #1 and #2, and with the amount of DD I and others have done on this, the only way this will go bad is if its an out and out scam, a fraud, and Sutton and others are crooks and thieves. I understand we all now know that Madoff's run among us, but I'm confident that there's enough meat on this bone that this is, with HIGH probability, NOT the case here.
So the PPS may bounce around a bit (or a lot) as all stocks do. Some folks will jump in, some will jump out, MM's will do their thing, but if you believe in the product...hang tough, the first Model T is about to roll off the assembly line and you're still wondering if cars will be popular?? C;mon...surely we're past that at this point.
Me, I'll continue ACQUIRING thanks very much...and I'll be prudently going long to allow the company to at least have the chance to implement their business plan.
Of course, all just my opinion. Do as you see fit.
