Land lease / ownership: Whether they're leasing or owning the land, I can't expect it's a profitable venture to just be renting all that land unless they are producing something. Having the rights to all that land and sitting on it for years doesn't make sense. If they find something, they will sell the rights to do something on that land... That's gotta be what Alan Brown is thinking. Buyout is really the only option. Unless they find something huge and attract a JV with a large company. But that's like being in little league and trying to hit a home run in a big league park.
My opinion is that the testing and lab results are stuff to show that they are trying to do "something".
However, if you really look at the facts, Alan Brown is really involved in real estate. His major contribution to Tombstone has been his skills to accumulate land. He's done a good job at that.
I think the real value of this company is in whether he decides to sell the property to a major company. I don't really think they are a player as a mining company or even a junior for that matter. But the land is worth something and I think gives him leverage in a buyout opportunity.
If that happens, I do think the 5 to 7 cent range this thing trades at could jump. But there are a lot of IF's to make that work.
There is no new news on that site.
Still nothing. No volume. No news. Where is Alan Brown? I looked up the information on him too and it DOES appear that he a real estate broker selling homes in AZ. What the heck is he involved with TMBXF for?
I hate to be a negative person, but I've been frustrated with this company for quite a while. They don't communicate well. They always release news that has the same basic premise: "we are looking and analyzing data and when we have something, we'll go from there". I have the hunch that they'll do the same thing with the lab results and say, we have promising targets, and we're working on them. Come on Alan Brown and team, get busy. With all that acreage, is there nothing on your land??? Let's get a move on it.
See this link and news that was released in May:

They purchased 35% (25 million shares) and have the option to purchase 25 million more and have controlling interest of 51%. Essentially if they (Tombstone) finds anything, then I think this company will be at the mercy of Eurogas.
Lawuki - The lab results? How do you know they will be out in a couple of days? There's no public information that states that. All they've shared in their news postings is that they are hoping for some validation saying they have resources. If they have something, all their news releases have stated is that it will mean that will justify more exploration. So tell me this, if they find copper - do you think they have the resources to make anything happen? They've already given away 51% of their company to Eurogas for a little cash flow to help them survive the year. If they don't find anything, this company is folding.
Oh, and you never answered my question about how many shares you own? At what price? You were pumping this saying it would be at 30-40 cents per share months ago. It's 4 cents.
I'm not a basher because as I said, I owned this and sold at 9 cents months ago. What is your interest in it for? Do you own the stock?
Lawuki - all you've done is pumped this thing for a while. You said it would be like 30 cents / share a few months ago. It's back down under 4 cents, and you are saying September would be golden????
Come on dude. It's done nothing but dropped.
How many shares do you own?
Or is Alan Brown paying you to pump this??
Maybe you are Alan Brown??
They're really looking for copper. The question you should ask yourself is, if they had such good prospects, why didn't the Global Mining company to the south of Tombstone's property not just buy or team up with TMBXF?? They are avoiding them for a reason, likely because they have nothing.
I believe Eurogas invested to get 51% ownership so they can make the company decisions from here on out. Maybe they'll sell the land and figured it was worth more the $1 million they ponied up to get majority ownership??
So Eurogas is the primary ownwer. Interesting to note that when this deal was struck, the pps was around $0.09-0.10. It's tanked since then. No news. And back down under 4 cents / share.
It's starting to smell like a rat company to me.
Wow, amazing. I'm curious where you got all the DD from? Just googling it? This company has nothing. I've followed for a long time and it's the same old story - we have lots of land, we're about to hit it big. Every few years after they find a new batch of investors that don't remember what the company did because they weren't around, they pull the same news - we are exploring and on to something. After a couple of years, interest wanes, and price tanks.
Who is Lawuki? he posts generic information that is already posted. Same with the other guys. Paid pumpers?
This company has no upside in my opinion. I invested a while back and sold at 0.09. Glad I got out.
So did you two buy and watch your investment drop?? This thing is doing nothing but tanking.
It has been over a month since the Hi-Tech survey was done. Where is the update? Where is at least news from Alan Brown saying they will have something very soon? No updates from management = boring stock. Continued sell-off. Down to 0.045 / share?? This makes no sense if it truly is positioned for big things. I've been tracking this stock for a long time. Owned it and sold it.
Is the goal to find a large copper find, and then do a JV with a large company? If this is the strategy, what is the value of that to shareholders?
Seems like Tombstone is trying to hit a home run, and they have been for years. But all that property and all that ever happens is news releases that say they are surveying, looking, trying to find something.
They've already given Eurogas a ton of ownership. Sold their soul for some upfront cash trying to fund the drilling and testing this year. Meanwhile the stock continues to drop...
Come on Alan Brown, speak up and make something happen. Or fold up shop.
What will the drill program accomplish?
So far it's starting out well with mineralized fissures being found already. Are they looking for something big and if they find it, are they going to team up with someone?
Cool. Where'd you here that?
44 cent target?
I looked on the penstox website where TMBXF was the stock of the day and they list 44 cent target. I believe that target listed by Beacon Equity may be old news. Look at tombstones website:
http://www.tombstonemining.com/beacon-equity-research-report/index.php
That report is over a year old!! Why would they use that same target. It doesn't make sense to me. Anyone else???
Eurogas Website has some info...
http://www.eurogasinc.com/tombstone.html
Looks like Eurogas now owns 2 million shares, with a warrant for an additional 1 million if they choose to buy them in the future.
This only makes sense if they believe Tombstone has potential.
Drill Program + 2 new board members with finance and mining backgrounds, + Funding by Eurogas = Something big happening.
I can see this stock landing anywhere from 20 to 40 cents in the next few months. What do you guys think?
44 looks nice, but we need to get whoever is selling at 13 cents out of here first!
Cash is provided, now they can fund the drill program, which is where the real action will happen.
Great news. By the end of April, TMBXF will be moving big time.
Interesting. It makes sense in a lot of ways. That would definitely make this stock take off I think. And I don't think a partnership would happen unless they are confident they have some minerals worth mining.
I know the silver and gold are worth something if they have any. But the wild card I think is the copper. If they find a large copper deposit... Watch out.
I'll take it! There's definitely some buyers today. Volume's good, so word must be spreading...
I can see so many things happening with this. If they find something substantial, not only will it take off because of the potential resources, but I think Tombstone becomes very attractive for a big company to partner up with.
That's possible, and would be great. But if they are just starting to drill today, I think it will take a little time to review results from the different samples.
Either way, the end of April is not that far away. But if it happens sooner, that would be excellent news.
Just curious what you think about the Drill Program starting next Monday. Where do you think that will take us?
I think by the end of April, if they get some good news from that, we will have seen some great action on TMBXF... lots of potential and I think it's happening sooner than later.
