A long term lease is expected to be signed within the next week
for the Company's first GreenSmart(TM) retail store.
Hopefully when news hits of this signing, we can also get word on when it is expected to open for business. And when it does, someone nearby needs to go shop there and take some photos for us. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
ironjericho bought one and posted a very nice review with pictures a couple weeks or so back.
Look at Walmart.com's list of solar chargers. Only 3 or 4 are for cell phones and mp3players, and NONE of them are anywhere near as portable as ours. I think this is not just a nice sales contract to obtain, but I think it pans out well in $$$$$. Repeat orders and brick and mortar Walmarts on the horizon.
If I look at our charger and the others, without any bias, I want ours. Good stuff.
Yeah, if anything I was just going to say it was/is a possible acquisition candidate.
Lol no. That would mean the market values this as a billion dollar company. Not that it can't happen, but it would have to be the mother of all hype PR news $$$$$$ thingamajigs to get this to a dollar by end of the year. AND THEN, it would plummet because it would be mass speculation.
We're above the average after 90 minutes though. Need some perspective.
About a 100 mill in volume already.
For Etrade, you have to click on SSWC. For the portfolio news section it doesn't show up for me.
In what way does Optionexpress tell you this?
I put some in at and above just to minimize my chances of chasing. Whether this runs today or not
I don't now but I'm long on this one anyway.
lol i saw that too, but Walmart has that one redirected to walmart.com anyway
MM stalling. It's obvious people want to buy. Nothing has been going through. I am sitting on and above the ask for a bit now.
(2) Sales An outdoor products retail chain has requested quotes for an initial order of around 2400 Kenergy iPhone/iPod Solar Powered Recharger units for initial store deployment, and has expressed interest in the Kenergy Solar Powered K-Lantern.
This is probably Cabela's
I think he's talking about the large T-trade yesterday after hours.
If the super cool PM club PM was the real deal, then I'd say yes. Plus, there hasn't been a single week without a PR thus far since the formation of the new company.
Why don't you try Bruce Knef? Just sayin.
You can project future revenues, and therefore future PPS based on those projections. It's not concrete but it can be something to look forward to if things start to materialize. We do sell a product that people have in their hands right now, remember. That is real.
EOD FORM-T bagging
I guess whoever it is, it's a fan of Halo. lol
I don't think you can rely on that more than 30 minutes prior to market open on the BB.
lol git him!
They don't just hand this stuff out. It'd have to be a good con job on my part, lol.
That is assuming that Ken doesn't have any friends ;)
34 mill even at .0007 is a lot of money. Something big is in the works. Someone with money is in the know and is determined not to miss out. Hope so anyway.
Yes. And wow. 30 mill at the close. Interesting to see tomorrow's open.
Well, to be fair it is a little more than simply "Hey guys! I heard financials are baout done and maybe a Walmart deal! Let's go!"
I probably would but I don't use my cellphone more than 10 minutes a month, nor do I use an iPod. Shrug.
Thanks for the PM guys. If it's all kosher and truthful, this will be fun. And in short order.
Not sure about it being insider information. It's really more suggestive than anything I guess.
This is all childish
but I'll bite. Please PM if any of you can. Thank you.
If only we knew whether this is even a consideration with CBAI right now.
It's a shame. I work in a major gov't contracting office. Just not in HRSA :( lol
I threw under a billion within a year as an off the cuff example that if they did so, it would only be by intention and that it would not happen immediately. Realistically I do think it would take longer.
But let's say they do a buyback that is substantial enough. Most likely we'll see a PR that tells us they plan to buyback X shares over the next X years. It doesn't have to be feasible that at the time of the PR they can actually get 4 billion shares. IT only needs to be their projected plan of action based on projected revenues over that same time frame. They can fall short on actually getting those 4 billion after X years, but what will really matter to us in the short term is the signal of company strength by their bullish outlook and intention.
An R/S can be good ONLY if it simultaneously allows us to switch to a big board and ends up attracting proportionately more investment, otherwise we are just losing value. In the longterm after the R/S is gone from everyone's minds, maybe it won't matter though anyway.
Gotta fix the SS. If it's through any means other than an R/S its going to be a real win/win scenario. Reward and value all around. Through an R/S it may get the job done eventually, but it's more like ripping a Band-Aid off really fast. Just get it over and done with. Based on the fact that a PR came out stating a reward for investors, it may not be a buyback, could be almost anything, but an R/S would look clownish.
But WHAT IF MrLong is right and a fat contract is under our belts? By stating no buyback we are assuming things are as they were a few months ago. More has probably transpired than we are privy to. Afford-a-cord has been running now for a bit. I'm sure there is stuff happening.
-- a buy back using 3 million dollars - @ .001 takes 3 billion shares of the market - that still leaves over 2 billion shares. Wont solve the issue. For one, even 2 billion shares is to many. Secondly, I cant see it ever going to .001.
They do not have to buy back all at once. It may be their intention to get to under a billion in a year or so's time. What kind of money might they be playing with that that point? We really don't know.
Well Ken said in that interview that dilution is inevitable if you want him to finance all of this stuff. Let's be realistic. Dilution affects price negatively, but it exists because the selling of stock is meant to finance a corporation. Maybe dilution is going on, and so what. If good things are to come then let it happen now and let's get it done.
I'm not so sure even if they were still doing business with CBAI that they'd be privy to that information. Although we're really talking nothing more than a slip of tongue. It would take a second for Matt to tell a promoter that information, perhaps as part of a PR plan, something that hadn't come about before they were fired.
And really it just ind of makes sense. The PR about rewarding shareholders and then the PR company stating a buyback is in the works. I mean this isn't like out of the realm of possibility. Not a coincidence either. My money is on some form of buyback to coincide with substantial news. And this is necessary because without significant increased investment, their buyback alone would probably not be enough to graduate to a big board, given the stringent entry requirements.
lol. I think people want to look away until it finally looks like a professional website.
Right, LTD makes no sense.
The branding is happening NOW. I think changing the name from America would be because that name is bad for business. It really isn't in 95% of the world.
HOPEFULLY. FINANCING DOESN'T GROW ON TREES.
lol yes!
An American company that does business overseas sounds pretty normal to me.
Now go have a beer.
Hell yes!
