Your non-factual nonsense and implied effort to scare people you mean. This is a pre-commercial entity. Most people here are likely to already know any risks and they are disclosed also in financial documents. Your “drivel” is what is unnecessary.
There you go with the failure to admit that was incorrect and then misdirection. The fact is, all companies have many more authorized shares than they hope to ever issue. If revenues become substantial, they can literally begin to use revenues not only to borrow if they need capital, but also to buy back shares. That you think you sound smart by posting that nonsense, is amusing but not thoughtful by any stretch of the imagination. It’s just a desire to avoid recognizing that shorts convolute different ideas to intentionally mislead retail.
You might rather argue that eventually NWBO will issue those shares, but then you actually have to admit that the shares are not currently outstanding, so adamantly pointing to the 10Q rather than admitting I was right and shorts exaggerate, and none of you will ever do that because you’re jobs require constant deception. And since shorts thrive on misinformation and deception, never admitting they lied, I guess we could expect this reply of yours.
No, and they are simply advising on what timeline they and the regulator thought was likely and possible when they applied. MHRA is new to this field, relatively, so fast for a regulator, doesn’t mean fast for people on investor boards.
You do understand that shares “authorized” for possible ultimate issuance, and shares actually issued, are two different things I hope.
You always say that as a way to bounce the comment. Please the actual link and quote from the Quarterly Financial report. Or as usual, are you adding things already included in the share count?
Because this popped so much on Friday, undoing months of intensive bashing to get the price down, these numbskulls have spent all weekend here bashing with misinformation trying to keep anyone from thinking it’s a run. Well, pops often do consolidate on the next trading day, no mystery, as shorts and swing traders adjust and manage their positions especially. But the intense work to keep it down says, it would not stay down but for this immense work they put in, and apparently they know that or they would not have been here, freaking out all weekend. The intensity of their posts telegraphs the fears of shorts and swing traders who likely were not ready for that run and had been working so hard to reenter likely at a much lower, targeted price. IMHO of course.
Advent has no decision making there. That means s NWBO’s ability or decision that will matter. The fact is, certain top research facilities and doctors would not have entrusted their new IP with a company that they expect is going down any instant with a failed approval. No expert in the field agrees with you. Some might have preferred they redo the trial, so that their own failed research could continue longer, but no major researcher has said regulators will disapprove or should disapprove of this treatment unless they are sponsored by the helmet company or they research that failed nonsense that got through a much less rigorous process and trial because it’s a device and not a drug.
Nonsense. You know so little and make so many really ridiculous pronouncements.
No idea what caused it here, but whether it gets knocked back Monday and if there is not news on Monday, it really doesn’t mean the start of a run is meaningless or doesn’t have something behind it. We just might not know immediately what that is.
They just make noise to scare away uninformed retail investors who might be curious. This is their job.
As I have said time and tine again, these swing trade manipulators work very hard ti squeeze microcaps down to as low as possible before ab expected approval. We were up 13% on Friday and their posts would suggest the opposite because they were taken by surprise. The intensity of their posts is all you need to know. if it were true, they would not beed to he posting so much noise, distraction and interference. They would likely not even be here. But they are here 34/7/365 fir years and years telling anyone and everyone, their manipulative narratives.
Not going to happen. Solid tumors and cancers are more complicated and the engineering is simply not that advanced for Car-T and it is in the nature of the tool itself to create the “side-effects” you dismiss. They are not side-effects, they are a direct result of the mechanism.
You have always over predicted the number of shares and warrants outstanding by at list 1.5 x authorized since I have been here and have consistently been wrong. The challenge is that the number is large and differences can sound alike. But nonetheless, I have no doubt you continue in your behavior.
You said they had 1.5 billion outstanding when they had 750,000,000. Why not just say they have a quadrillion? It’s what you would say if you could say it without totally discrediting yourself.
They do not have 2B shares.
You might as well be posting 20 x 1 quadrillion shares = 20 Quadrillion MC…
Some of the positive speculation is wild, no doubt, though understandable and typical, but the counter arguments, literally lie. No need to lie. Just make a legit point. You don’t agree with $20 B. You claim to be a long. Make a reasonable argument about a reasonable valuation.
I note you post this negatively in the contest of a not insignificant 13% pop in price.
No, that is the point of using the person’s OWN Dendritic cells and exposing them to the same person’s tumor antigens that do not belong. The JOB of these cells is to identify exactly that which does not belong. No other tool literally in existence does that better. This is leveraging a natural process evolved with our immune system. Yet you further invent a fake notion to spread fud for the people who literally do not understand the science here or what is going on.
Further, there is zero evidence of any autoimmune reaction as we see with purely engineered immunotherapies, like Car-T, which I am sure you have championed over the years in the “look over here” efforts at distraction that you and others engage in ceaselessly.
The challenge is that some fall in love with the excitement of literally reinventing nature, thinking they can “do it better.” But the reality is, if you can find a better way for nature to do its job, it is almost always universally understood as the best way.
Exactly. Sales to investors are sales to fund the company’s rapid approach toward commercialization. If they were NOT funding such efforts, THAT would be a serious problem. The fact that they are, is, in fact, a positive sign.
Investors at this stage could then be dumping those shares, sure, possibly. But not if they are not registered shares. So that also seems unlikely.
No matter how shorts try to twist it, it has been brilliantly executed and on a shoe string budget. They will twist anything, even amazingly great events, as we know, into some version of a “complete disaster!”
And legal fees connected with those applications can add quite a bit more to the cost.
Being aware of one’s own history and trying not to harm others, intentionally or inadvertently, is to be a good person. If you want to label being a good person in society, “woke”, that’s your choice, but it appears that is a way to numb people to the harm they do to others because some people benefit from a society where people harm one another intentionally or by means of systems.
Well, that sounds nice Gary, but the first step to doing that is addressing the harms we do, even, inadvertently, to others. And everyone knows that everyone can do and does do harm. So the first step is not being intentionally blind to those things because it makes one uncomfortable thinking about it.
I doubt that is the issue. Complex product, perhaps one of the most to be brought for approval with these drug agencies, ever, in terms of moving pieces and potential complexity and issues.
They are doing alright but yes, it takes a very long time. And it is literally difficult for most, if they do not have the resources or time, to wait it out. But no one needs to do so. There are plenty of great investments out there.
It is. Definitely. It is greed above all things. Closest thing I have seen to wishing money are the shorts who attack these companies undermining medical progress to trade and make money. Vandalism of the very most damaging and evil kind. It will, in the end, come at great cost. Maybe not obviously. But doing so much evil, all the time, though some may deceive themselves, it will infect every aspect of their life and their personality.
If you thought it was a scam, and were an “investor”, you would not waste ALL of your time here for years. No, you’re a swing trader and you make money on the ups and downs, with different ID’s, and that is the reality and why you are here morning, night and noon, every single day, holidays and weekends, 24-7-365, for years on end, posting non-stop. That is extremely obvious.
You put so much time in, denying reality, because faking out retail is lucrative, when you trade, and are doing it with highly regulated microcap bios, just not for retail… until they succeed. For traders, as some have posted in the past, “it’s easy money”, because you trade the swings. And that is why none of you disclose anything. You can’t, because you all are constantly in and out and shorting mostly.
With these companies, spreading fear and using necessary dilution are part of the trading strategy. And with other ID’s you may even hype sometimes.
They clearly have a very particular approach to the regulatory process. The timelines are from posters on bulletin boards mostly. They and we all should know the regulatory process can be involved and they are doing it with virtually no redundancy, for a product the likes of which has not been created before. None of the other treatments are as personalized and cell based as this one. They have not just one personalized angle, it’s not just the patient’s blood or immune cells, but the patient’s actual tumor used to train the cells. Nothing like this exists yet in any commercial form. So yeah, they are being methodical and careful.
Doubtful you, on this bulletin board are saying anything they do not know and have well in hand…
Obviously. Do you really think, given all the work on the MHRA platform you’re saying something that 2 regulatory lawyers with as much experience and depth as LP are not fully cognizant of and far along on? Give it a break!
The good thing is that these shorts pretend to be somewhat intelligent but, the reality is, they are literally not so bright… trolling is easy, intelligence isn’t. It’s like dealing with a bunch of gnats… really annoying but the reality is, that’s all that they can do, at this stage, and they know it. The same people also keep coming back under their new names…
This is the most idiotic thing anyone could possibly say. What is wrong with you?
If you’re looking at the historic chart, it is adjusted for splits, dilution and similar events. It only ever got around $3+ on an intraday trading moment when, I missed an opportunity to buy at that price. But even on that day, it had $12 per share in cash while trading at $3+. There was ridiculous speculation at that moment that they would go bankrupt in the mainstream press. At the time I was involved with a start-up and had virtually no investment cash at my disposal or I’d have bought as much as I could.
Proven across multiple studies, peer reviewed multiple times, plus side studies and real world data. Doctors of many stripes with real world evidence, not doctors researching competing products that literally failed their own trials and got validated without true placebo because they were device related… and not systemic or a drug… and for which “non-compliance” could be blamed for anything that did not match the researchers pre-set expectations. Yeah, those doctors are paranoid that a real option that is systemic and real is about to blow up their mythical money tree.
You’re the vulture. But amusing you try to flip it around and pretend you’re here for some special reason.
Clearly I spoke too soon regarding the motives of all here to avoid such tropes. Most people do not mean to offend. Most people will do what is right and kind in most cases, when they understand a situation. And of course we are all vulnerable to doing that which we do not know that we do… as Jesus said on the cross. We can all make those mistakes. Some may delight in doing it, unfortunately. Some have been programmed to take pleasure in it, and think they are very impressed with themselves for doing so. They have been conditioned to be that way, and hence, they do not know what they do fully. The pleasure they feel is a response to the conditioning and the belief that they are somehow modeling those they watch on TV. But the sad reality is, they literally are doing it primarily because of conditioning, and what truly human person, recognizing themselves as a moral being, wants to be like that? That’s not free will, literally. Don’t let a learned behavior, something someone programmed you to do. inhabit your body and make you do things that are ugly and unbecoming.
I do not believe anyone here literally hates Jews, and though I am not Jewish, I have many dear friends and believe we should all be sensitive to such terms and notions, just to be good people and to do unto others as we’d wish they would do unto us. So, recognizing, I believe, that no one likely intended to be offensive and was just using a dated term that they do not fully know the history of, I asked two AI’s to outline some of the issues. Similar answers, but here they are:
Chat GPT:
Exactly. Not sure why you needed to start complaining about my posts previously. But I do not have time to spend here much these days. Basic answer.
Thanks for filling in the details.
No, it would not have. No, it would not have saved DNDN, and I will tell you why. They 1) did not personalize their vaccine, it was made with only one artificial antigen target; 2) they made it shot by shot and their process was set. If they could have switched to batches, they would have. Thirdly, it’s a ridiculous question, it’s an entirely different treatment for a disease that has numerous treatments and immense competition and it was the first successful attempt. Their focus on the prostate only, their manufacturing and their base science was antiquated. At the time, sure, it was an exciting first success for cell therapies and had they survived, I am sure they would have done other things.
Secondly, they did not literally die because only of their manufacturing. The company went bankrupt because used large amounts of debt to scale their antiquated manufacturing across multiple geographic areas, a few years before they were approved. That wasn’t all their fault, but they were insufficiently risk averse to recognize the dangers of their massive spending at the time they did it. Some will argue otherwise in these points I am sure, but it was not purely their manufacturing.
NWBO currently manufactures manually, a much more complicated product. It would still survive and for the reasons u frequently state. 1) they’ve scaled very carefully; 2) they’ve isolated operational risk by using a small CDMO that uses their own building that they used for a sale leaseback on very favorable terms; 3) employees and facilities were funded by a regional development authority; 4) the set-up allows the facility to be used initially, while they await commercial approval, for other researchers and products, effectively using that other work to somewhat subsidize the facility; 4) they figured out the storage and shipping as well as the matchmaking early on to avoid the problems of DNDN, which I have posted about numerous times, and that was a fundamental difference long before there was Flaskworks. Long before. It was a reason I invested here and not in DNDN. They had previously thought that through before Flaskworks.
But yeah, having laid this and more out numerous times, I am not here to address every possible issue every single time for every random poster. It didn’t exist and that’s the basic thing. Looking back is not going to help some other company with an entirely different, antiquatedly basic treatment. NWBO thought it through before Flaskworks and despite expectations for Flaskworks is still manufacturing basically the same way they started. Flaskworks will automate, improve and make less expensive, the process going forward. But they are going for approval before Flaskworks is there to do the manufacturing, with a manual process. Flaskworks is next wave and great. And I believe it’s just the beginning of their automation journey.
That’s B.S. there are a few editorials. Zero Peer reviewed journal articles making the argument you indicate. Some are just comments. And they were all written by Novocure researchers who 1) initially or never disclosed their conflict of interest, it has to be pointed out; and 2) they would all lose a fortune and at least a decade of work on a treatment that literally failed its initial trial and then redid it with no placebo either and is completely cracked and based on horrible science in comparison. So yeah, believe that junk science.
As for the external comparison arm and the final change, it was PUBLISHED and finalized then. It clearly took years to do and the FDA published a paper to allow it to years before that even if it was a general policy, appeared well timed to ensure it would be possible.
Thirdly, virtually every other treatment approved not only did not extend survival, but was problematic in showing ANY benefit. This treatment has 70 … 70 top doctors and their top research institutions therefore behind it. Its research WAS published in top journals and each article WAS peer reviewed.
The fact is, the evidence AND the science here is rock solid. There is nothing you can do about that but make crap up and rant.
And the only reason you do that is GREED.
It’s not only not perfect Gary, it’s NOT DCVax-L. It’s a personalized treatment made with that patient’s actual tumor. That is not going to ever happen and no, it’s not going to ever be a treatment possibility or “good enough”. This kind of odd thinking is not consistent with what the science is about.
No, it did not exist when Dendreon was a company. It’s entirely new.
That would defeat the purpose of a personalization and the antigens specific to one person’s cancer. That is not “genetic”, it relates to proteins, and mutations, but it’s not something you get with a dna test… it’s specific to the lysating of the patient’s specific TUMOR tissue, it their blood type.
They don’t necessarily report penny stocks always. Not everyone files. They can but often they don’t. At least that was how it was previously. It’s one of the challenges with penny stocks. So hard to tell what is exactly going on.
I hate to break this news to you. But your delusional screams for attention are unconvincing. You need to seek some psychological assistance. Seriously, you’re an ill person.
