It will also happen because the share structure hasn't changed and is still reflecting 4.888 billion for the China merger.
The US merger would mean a 888 million adjustment.
Or.. it could just be a MM completing an order, which is probably what it is :)
2 languages, 2 governments, 2 sets of regulators, 2 different structures, audits have to be done twice (if not more), a ton of customers, a ton of assets, utility company, etc..
Look, I'll put it this way. If you started a power production company to provide electricity services to a metro area in China, or Finland, or the Nigeria, do you think you can have that done in a few weeks?
NO
Say you wanted to start a video rental company in the US. Could you have that done in a few weeks?
YES
Have some patience.
PS: iHub rots your brain
CMSI is definitely generating money. Organic Science isn't :) Its one of those fly by night Gaffney scams, just like HESx and IMAx.
Even if your pipe dream of those crap companies comes true, CMSI will be generating more $$ then them. Why? B/c your companies need CMSI, not the other way around.
Why has everyone given up on the China merger? Its still on, folks.
So impatient. Everyone wants answers NOW, but fail to realize that unlike this video company... the other is in: CHINA! 2 governments, 2 languages, massive amounts of auditing, checks & balances, regulations and red tape (utility company, remember?), etc.. This stuff just takes time.
Pathetic. Months go by and still no news from the company. 11 million shares traded out of 20 billion. What a waste.
Any stock can move to 0002. Not every stock can move to 0.17 :)
CMSI is also generating revenue. Is your company? hmm.. nope. Is your company even putting out PR's? hmm... nope.
up 100% from 0002 isn't much progress :)
CMSI = 0.17. How sweet that is
Hmm, am I the only one who understands that BUILDINGS have FLOORS and can have multiple BUSINESSES ran out of them?
BTW, How's that winner stock (HESG) of yours doing, ICEQUITY? Not too good? awww.. thought so.
Run along, child.
YES. Do yourself a favor and look at the other companies they've worked with.
Where is everyone? This company is doing great things but everyone seems to have their eyes focused on BS scam companies instead.
I thought I read hermso's email from CMSI stating they had a bunch of things planned.
Any more info on a possible PR??
The hydro company isn't out. Its easier to do business with a US company worth a few million versus working with a Chinese company with hundreds of millions. The US company will get their stuff together faster. The Chinese one has to go through 2 governments, 2 languages, currency conversion and long term forex estimates, massive auditing (power companies have a lot of stuff to go through compared to a tiny kiosk company), etc.. That's why there's such fast turnaround for the kiosk.
give it some time. You will hear from China.

How would it be a bad sign? If its reduced then its still a merger, which means the PPS will still go up.
You people can be so weird sometimes.
I'm had to break up my orders into smaller amounts so they'd all get filled without this skyrocketing. Seems to move up way too easily.
Good stuff. Boardmark for you for taking the initiative to contact them. Thanks for sharing this.
2.5 mil Float - 22.5 mil OS
I've had no problems hearing from him. Maybe you should reword your messages if you talk to him the same way you talk on this board?
Where are you going with this?
um.. its a CMSI email address.
Thank you for that info, wplong.
He's got a degree in communications & public relations. Finished at the top of his class with honors. Has worked in the credit processing industry for some time now.
I'm with you on the Gaffney part.
Seems to have a decent track record, well educated as well.
Lack of options in this industry would put Bruce (MJNA) as the default "go to" guy for now, especially when you compare him to KOP.
Unprofessional, and desperate. I'm glad CMSI isn't doing business w/ this guy.
Sounds unprofessional, and desperate.
I don't believe those are sellers at 7. I believe they're MM's shorting, especially seeing all those sold at 7 being bought at 8 to cover.
No booth for the felon, but a booth for a "Healing Center" that did business with one of the biggest scam artists in the MMJ industry: Thomas Gaffney of Health Sciences Group
YES.. Damn, man.. you need glasses or something?
I don't see how that's a deal killer.
Ever heard of Eddie Izzard?
We stole countries with the cunning use of flags. Just sail around the world and stick a flag in. "I claim India for Britain!" They're going "You can't claim us, we live here! Five hundred million of us!" "Do you have a flag …? "What? We don't need a flag, this is our home, you bastards" "No flag, No Country, You can't have one! Those are the rules... that I just made up!...and I'm backing it up with this gun, that was lent to me from the National Rifle Association."
So by your logic, no booth no MMJ?
That's exactly what they're working on, and it won't be over 5 years.. you'll see it this year (their words).
Yes, CMSI.. they're actually generating revenue.
Didn't it break 0.001 earlier today? :)
Okay, Jungle Monkey :) If you say so..
Why? Because the majority of US citizens aren't farmers, nor do they have land they can grow on. Do I really need to explain this to you? This is why we have grocery stores and farmers markets here.
I'm sure CMSI did and are aware of Bruce's past, but they're limited on options at the moment, since MMJ is in its infancy. I'm sure that will change as time progresses and laws are introduced. MJNA will need to revamp their business model when that does. It suits them now, and the market.. but as hermso said its only short term.
You may, but the majority of the US doesn't.
