It sounds as if he went to ShareBuilder from ING DIRECT , they charged me a % per share years ago.

Yeah, ok
It seems as everyone is right, there is plenty of negative and positive posts here. Let's not forget that they are a real company, and not just another fake scam company in sub-penny land
Luna Tic, Jim probably did the PR using the right method, unfortunately not much exposure. Once we do get some secured contracts do you think he will spend the extra $$$ to get the word out
Luna Tic, Do you feel it's necessary to advise Jim as to how this board is reacting to the PR ? It would not only be interesting to see how he responds, but also I think that he should know how most shareholders feel. I agree with you, I'm disappointed, but still looking to continue holding my shares, and perhaps buy more
You're making it sound as if we do get a PR that this may be the one and only for the next couple of years. I sure hope we see some consistency with PR's for now on. Regardless, I've been here forever, and I have no plans on selling
Be careful, don't get to excited. Remember he stated SHOULD HAVE alot of news to report. I wish that he would have said "I do have alot of news to report" .
in vestor1, You are alright!!!
You have always been the best at that, but I will sure let you know if I find anything
Luna Tic , Yes you're right SEMA is big, unfortunately Jim has only mentioned that he is considering joining them. As of today SEMA has no record of his company, hopefully that will change
in vestor1, where did Jim say that he was trying to lease a production line ? I must have missed that
in vestor1, I agree with you. Right now the market is starving for good news from just about anyone, I believe they will jump all over this one once it is released. The more news the better, it's worth the wait
Prophetic10, I think that a consistent high volume has something to do with it also, but I'm not sure
in vestor1, That would definately be process to take, unfortunately, I would like to here him say it. All I remember him saying is that all the $$$ that he has invested in the company, he does'nt believe that he will ever recover it
Prophetic10, That sure sounds good, where did you find him saying that ? I new he was working with his lawyers on figuring out what can be done about increasing the share value, I didn't know that was the conclusion
in vestor1, Last time you emailed him you found out that he was going to Mexico, that was 3/20. He seems to give you insight when you do e-mail him, but then again , is he back yet? If so, he's probably getting pounded by work
Koolmc, You do realize that there is a huge difference between news on a web-site and a PR right?
If it hits .0005 and I don't have a heart attack, I would also puchase a couple more million shares. We need some more outstanding news from Jim, and definately followed up with a PR
JTORENCE, That's for sure!! I really have know idea what to think right now, or whom we can believe. All I trust is Jim's newsletter, which offers tons of potential positive things to come. We do have two good Moderators here that help give us a good understanding as to what is happening , so I think that in the long run we will be ok
Jtorence, I believe they're referring to his trip to Mexico
Prophetic10, I think that LunaTic pumping this stock on 5-6 Break-out Boards was a good idea to bring in new investors. Unfortunately without follow-up news we're sunk, all the newbies are selling
Gainmaker, You're probably right, he did mention securing contracts by mid-year in his news release.
United States—we are working closely with several companies in the U.S. that plan to
produce DME for diesel vehicle applications in the very near future. Our part will be to
furnish DME fuel systems for field testing and public relations purposes. We hope to
secure firm contracts by mid-year. The details of these projects are proprietary.
Performance and good gas mileage is important and a big seller on all cars. In some cases, on one and not the other
in vestor1, Thanks for the post! It's good that Jim(ceo) always carries that positive attitude. I wonder if these contract talks have to do with the CP-3 pump? A copy below is from his news release off the web-site
We are looking at ways to commercialize the technology that we developed on this
project. Although there is a chance that the Army may use this redesigned pump, we
think that the chances are remote. The Army has moved away from Cummins diesel
engines and now purchases mostly Navistar trucks and engines.
One market that we are considering for our redesigned CP-3 pump is the diesel
performance market: drag racing, truck pulls, etc. This is a relatively large market3 where
people are willing to pay high prices for products that meet their needs. We have started
preliminary discussions with several well-known performance parts distributors and have
high hopes that some “production” business will materialize as a result. We are also
considering joining the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA), a very large
organization comprised of over 6000 manufacturers engaged in the automotive
aftermarket (mostly racing related) business.
Bubble Tea, Just in case you wanted more verification, check out post #6030--I want to thank all the longs that have contributed to this post over the last three years.
I sent Mr McCandless an email yesterday and here is his response.
Hello,
Is there still going to be an official 2011/2012 summary-update in a press release?
It would be nice to have a company update that all the investors know is from you and current,
thank you

Yes.
I plan to post financials and a newsletter on our website by next week and then follow up with a PR. The only if is "if" I don't have to go to Korea.

Bubble Tea, towards the bottom of his email reply-(pasted)Yesterday we uploaded 2011 financials to our website. Today I am writing a brief newsletter that should be uploaded tomorrow or Friday. Next week I will try to write a PR based on the newsletter. We can afford the PR as our cash is good... we have over $100k in the bank.
Bubble Tea, Everyone is referring to the news letter Jim wrote, which is posted on post # 6163
Koolmc, You're right !! If it doesn't happen on Monday people will be disappointed, and if it does, they will think that I've got contact with inside info. Best not to predict!
I may be wrong but I believe Jim has always given PR's on Mondays in the past
Prophetic10, Their philosophy is buy fast and sell faster
in vestor1, I agree with you. It would be in the best interest for the army to have everything running on the same fuel, JP-8.
Luna Tic, Is it 9 million ? I thought it was 18 million .
Gainmaker, Unfortunately in Jim's most recent e-mails, he never mentioned anything regards to a PR. His words were, "Web-site news, and a business update. If he was going to release a PR, I'm sure he would have told us
I wish that we would have had the shareholders meeting that we have been talking about and preparing for, then we would all know as to what to expect.
You're right there!! And next maybe a PR to attract some new investors, I believe we're heading in the right direction. I would hate to say anything, I don't want to Jinx this rally
You're right, I forgot about that Korean customer that he had mentioned in his last news release on his website. They were looking for a qoute on 5000 DME feed pumps and common rail systems. At the time he was'nt sure how serious they were about the program, this could be good
It would be hard to justify buying more shares with no updated news, financials, anything other than more broken promises. I understand that Jim is busy, which is good. However, something has got to done here to attract new investers, otherwise I'm just holding here
BT, He's been so dedicated to the Army contracts, that he has repeatedly stated that any extra time he gets, he sleeps. I sure appreciate his effort, and I hope it pays off for him and all of us!
The Army has nothing to do with DME either
