Lower the price and the team just buys more. Raise it up really high and we might sell. This company is on the way to up-listing. I think it would make more sense to buy out all the air that was pumped into CDIV sooner than later. Tax day would be a great day to have it go off and remind us how much we will have to give to Uncle Sam from CDIV capital gains. It will be good for the economy.
Finally filled, Thanks for the tax sale!

CCTC is on OTCQB market tier. IMO, this company is on the way back up.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=cctc
The OTCQB market tier helps investors easily identify companies that are Registered and current in their reporting obligations with the SEC or report to a U.S. banking or insurance regulator. OTCQB securities are quoted on Pink OTC's quotation and trading system and some may also be quoted on FINRA's OTCBB.
"We created the OTCQB as the middle tier of the OTC market to better distinguish OTC-traded companies that have made the substantial commitment to investor disclosure by being registered and reporting with a U.S. regulator," said R. Cromwell Coulson, President and CEO of Pink OTC Markets Inc. "By segmenting the OTC marketplace, we believe that issuers will be motivated to provide the highest level of disclosure and compliance that they are capable of supplying, which will ultimately lead to more efficient capital allocation by investors."
Thought it was funny too, Klospin.

I can't wait to see the costs compare. The microwave is 99% efficient as listed in Wanderport's spec sheet. Should be around an electric heat pump.

2. Operating cost based on hot water needs for typical family of four and energy costs of 9.5¢/kWh for electricity, $1.40/therm for gas, $2.40/gallon for oil.
3. Future operating costs are neither discounted nor adjusted for inflation.
4. Currently, there is too little data to accurately estimate life expectancy for tankless water heaters, but preliminary data shows that tankless water heaters could last up to 20 years. For all water heaters, life expectancy will depend on local variables such as water chemistry and homeowner maintenance.

Technical Specifications
The key element in support of this system is the method by which microwave energy is used to heat. One might present the case that attenuation is impossible to eliminate. That is basically a correct assumption, however we can allow for it. We can further compensate for it by using multiple magnetrons operating on different frequencies "simultaneously"
By using this technique we are able to effectively transfer microwave energy into water being heated as it is absorbed differently as different depths and at different temperatures.
Electromagnetic penetration is infinite in a perfectly transparent substance and zero in reflective material (eg. metals). At the microwave frequency of 2.45 GHz, most energy is absorbed by water. Although it is also true that magnetrons are 70% effective, we have increased the way that these magnetrons can yet increase water temperature. An unwanted by-product produced by magnetrons in other conventional settings is heat, (almost 30%).
We utilize this otherwise lost heat to cool the magnetrons and further heat the water through thermal transfer. Thus our efficiency rate improves substantially. Further, one might present the point in regards to the directionality of the microwave energy and the control of same.
In response to this we are able to some degree to compensate for the directionality of the microwave energy from the magnetrons by employing several techniques. Within the "containment field" of our unit we employ the "S" architecture which allows for a sufficient "delay" for the water to be processed i.e. enter cold and exit hot. Secondly, the relative position of the water contained within the tube forming the "S" architecture changes as it flows so that the "exposed" portion of the water varies from one "pass" to the next where a "pass" is defined as exposure to the magnetron array.
A passive impeller contained within the tube also serves to reorient or "mix" the water prior to entering each "pass".
