TD Amertrade is in the process of absorbing Scottrade, this may be what is happening.
There has not been an announcement of H's being paid in full, only part of the runoff notes. I have some runoff notes that aren't being called.
My memory says Florida and/or Georgia and it was a sweet heart deal like he paid 15/20% on the dollar.
That sounds right
I don't think Corus.
Think hard now, didn't Shiela Baer practically give David Bonderman a bank in Florida for his silence. Believe me he knew everything as board member of WAMU, a bankruptcy lawyer and a distressed stock investor.
Did anybody keep up with bank and the name changes if any?
By my calculation @ 200B (edit)
recovery pre-owners will cover $40.00 per share in pre cost not counting the shares of NEWCO they received.

Someone who has the doc should look at the date because someone stated the dead line was 12:01 am on the 5th of Sept. This would mean that Tuesday is not available for objections.
Is second lien notes and Piers the same thing?
Country is about right if take take Ron's numbers
And if WMIH buys Illiquid assets at say 20% discount and afterwards marks them up to fair market value and let's say for funzies $15B is traded. How much would WMIH be worth?
if and when WMIH purchases illiquid assets from the LT they will then start collecting cash which they will keep.
Read carefully and slowly again.
I think all cash accumulated will go to escrow until WMIH buys the illiquids assets then that the cash being paid in will go to WMIH.
I don't think a date has been
set yet.
I think all cash accumulated will go to escrow until WMIH buys the illiquids assets then that the cash being paid in will go to WMIH.
He can't. Can you figure out why?
Who is furnishing all those shares?????????
That should be 16,000 commons to b a millionaire.
Sorry I read million and not billions you are right but I think millionaires is more likely.
If it amounts to approx. $2.09 per share then it's Piers.
Does whole bank mean:
1. WMB only?
2. WMI only?
3. WMB and WMI both?
Is there a corporate vale between WMB and WMI that can not be penetrated?
You do see this website has a phone #, before you start pumping out un-researched false data why don't you pick up the phone and find out. Everything on the internet is not accurate.
If you are implying this is the WMIH Willingham that's false info and you know it. Where are the moderators???????????
It doesn't take much D&D to find the WMIH-Willingham.
Michael Lance Willingham currently lives in Pittsburg , TX. before that, Michael lived in Ada , OK.
Willingham Consulting a privately held company in Houston, TX. categorized under Business Consultants. Our records show it was established in 2000 and incorporated in Texas.
PS Just because it's on the internet does not make it true.
Wrong Willingham, The Mike Willingham of WMIH went to school at East Central University in Ada Oklahoma.
What you don't understand the billion theorist are not even counting this side of the return!!!!
WMI assests are a different cat.
Bonds only apply to WMB.
Then address your veracity at the proper entities.
Law firms do not make decisions, only the Litigation or Liquidation Committee makes the decisions on what to pursue.
NOTICE OF AMOUNTS PAID BY WMI LIQUIDATING TRUST

Look at the amounts paid out of the Liquidation Trust, they didn't earn this amount of billing without something large at task. As someone pointed out on the other board, this is several months later than last years billing date
And on top of this the PPS is taking off to the up side and we get a new poster who seems to know a lot of stuff and where to look for the other.
You may be new here, but I think you have been around the block several times with this stock.
Would we recognize you by another name? (Don't answer)
What you don't realize is that I'm not expecting anything much. But I do think there is a chance of something will show up in our LT's. I just don't go around expounding that I know something one way or the other. Now back to work for me.
Believe me they have a reason and it's your money.
$6 P's would be disastrous, but if it's $6 Q's then P's would be $3300 each.
For my small amount it probably cost them more than I received.
What I received was 1.0840% of the of shares held.
