Talked to John Bourque a few days ago. He has been woking in the lab the last few months & yes he is back.
sag
strac,
I think you answered my question that you have never seen a Kryron plate shot. Watch the Dugway shoot on UTUBE with all the military people there not to mention commander Bob Lewis while they shoot Kryron plates & ceramic plate & even try to blow them up. I would like to talk to you at a shareholders meeting but have my doubts you are a shareholder per all your posts.
sag
strac,
Anyone dumb enough to take shots wearing their plate several times is a real genius with a screw loose or desperate! Kryron plates absorb the energy & heat & spread it out. I seriously doubt you have ever shot or even held a Kryron plate I have done both shooting a total of 23 rounds. I have seen the Point Blank ceramic plates shot with a lot of back deformation plain & simple.
sag
strac,
I bet you couldn't catch your breath with that ceramic plate because I have seen first hand the back face deformation of the ceramic plate. Not here to put anybody's product down, but if you fell to the ground I bet that plate had to be replaced not to mention multiply hits? I have seen various plates shot at like Point Blank Pacca plates that an LE gave up for a test, but wanted a Kryron plate to replace it. Made a believer out of him. We got it done & the LE officer is happy, & pursuing Kryron plates for the whole department. I also chatted to a National Gaurdsman who wears the ceramic plate that witness it being shot & hates the way you have to handle a ceramic plate. Law of physics fall on a curved plate see if you get your breath fast without breaking a rib.
sag
strac,
Just curious what kind of plate were you wearing that took the three hits.
sag
strac
I was told the reason the plate is flat is if you take a hit & fall it will keep you in the game.
Fall on a curved plate & see how it feels versus a flat plate.
sag
pacco!!111,
Whey off subject . Try again! Come again! Are you for real!!!!!!
sag
ATLLivn,
Had a brief conversation with a couple National Gaurdsman that were at the shoot we put on in Indiana in March. Ask them what they thought of the Bourque plates. They said they were very impressed with them & wish they had them now. The big thing with the armor they have now is handling of it, have to be careful with it. Have to be gentle with it. It's a shame our boys don't have the best.
sag
none,
I think something is going on don't know for sure, call it a gut feeling! Also Sons of Guns (Red Jacket Firearms) showing interest. www.redjacketfirearms.com
sag
Slick,
I have seen the ultralite ,terminator111 and the pacca plate shot side by side!!! No comparison period!!
We took a.44mag ballistic tip at two feet in the ultralite no deformation & put the same pacca plate to the test & blew the hech out of it ,seen by several LE personal. If smartarmor wants to bring his plates to a shot mono e mono dude. Bring it on, but we are videoing it to leave no doubts. What you say smartarmor ? Meow!

To all,
Discovery Channel link is up check it out. Tazman they shot your ceramic plate & wow didn't hold up!
sag
slicknhow,
I stated at that at the Quakertown shoot that JB shows a new aluminum he developed for P/W & was pretty excited about it. Also don't forget about the 3 South Africans being there. As far as this Tazman
stating BI not getting contracts with the military every contract has a "contingency clause" in it. Read the contracts. As far as BI not selling anything they are selling product. I sent Mike McCaffery two midwest LE distributors names & numbers last Thursday upon his request.
keep the faith

To all,
This use to be a good resource of valued information about our company. Now it seems to be a crying board? Either you believe in this product or you don't? I have personally had time to spend with JohnB ourque & Mike McCaffery & let me tell you they are driven peeps! I had a friend ask me is this product as good as stated & I replied ask your Sheriiff or that guy right over their wearing it as they have seen it shot. It seems we have people posting on this board like Pacco, Max & many others who have motives to create doubt about this product & don't know anything about it. if peeps on this board don't think there are Bigger Powers to prevent this thing from happening ,than you should invest in that fruit company & wear t-dye t's
Ps anyone wants to shoot a plate I'm buying, but we are shooting in Indiana
sag
kbbccandyman,
I posted JB would never sell the company, not sell any stock. Why would he sell some of his stock probably to help float operating costs. IMHO If you look at the total volume since March5th. probably already happened & price didn't come down that much.IMHO Think about it.
sag

I will post interview when its finished. Also another thing to ad is JB had told us of a battery he has been experimenting with that he Kryornized lead in the battery & added acid to it for I think for 3 years & still looks like stainless steel with no flakey build up like lead does. He also stated he charged it for 2 minutes 3 1/2 weeks ago & still has same charge. I think the Discovery Channel segment will really open a lot of eyes & doors IMHO.

To all,
John Bourque & Mike McCaffery( Tactical Armor Sales) were in Indiana yesterday at a test shoot for LE agencies along with Indiana National Guard & South African Military to introduce their Thinline & Level 3 plates. Have video & pictures that will release later & article & interview with JB from media. Everyone in attendance were really impressed. Most all LE will switch to Kryron plates when warranted & some sooner. Shot ..44mag & .45 at the thinline & multiple .338 & .308 at the Level 3 stand alone plates all shots including angle shots were caught with very, very little rear deformation or none. Shot a Pacca soft trauma plate with a .44mag at two feet & destroyed it. Then shot Kryron Thinline at the same distance caught it with no deformation.
Spent about 3 hours with JB & MIke after the shoot, drank the green koolaid & ate fried chicken at the Mancave in our neighborhood. Talk about a good time with two of the nicest gentleman I have had the pleasure to spend time with. Did the Kryron microwave test where JB put two pieces of Kryron in the microwave for two minutes on a small glass & pulled the Kryron out with you bare hand at room temp. but couldn't touch the glass because it was blistering hot! Also talked about the new aluminum JB has come up with for Pratt Whitney to look at.
To put the rumors to rest about JB selling the company or selling out is not true. JB is determined to see all his ventures all the way through. What a great day.
sag
ATLLin,
Like the work you've done! One question though. On the web page it says 4x8 thinline plate weighs
1 lbs.1 ounce. I weighed 2 thinline 5x8 plates weighing 13 ounces each. Just some info to
pass on. We shot one of the thinline plates with a .38 three twice a12 ga. slug once & a .40 Glock 23 times. Impressive product caught the bullets. It now weighs a 1/2 pound heavier.
sag
60borked,
Good idea. I am going to the dentist will be talking to Mike later today will get back with you.
sag
60borked,
I bought the plates for Franklin County Sheriff Dept. with the stipulation we would shoot them to
show how superior they are to what they have. Will try to have swat from Cincinnati OH., Indianapolis IN. Dayton Oh. Indianapolis metro, Cincinnati metro as well as Dayton in conjunction with county departments as well as State police . Hoping to firm up a date on March12. I'll let you know. If you could try to do it on same date would be a possibility.
sag
ATLLivn,
His name is Mike McCaffery not Mike McCalla. Have talked to him a few times. I have ordered and received two Level 11 Trauma Plates & one Level 111 Plate per our local Sheriff's Dept. to shoot here in Indiana. Mike McCaffery will be attending to answer questions help with shoot in early March.

I ordered two Trauma level 11 Plates last Thursday talk about wrong timing!! Taked to Mr. Kim Stallworth this afternoon got two more Level 111 Plates ordered for a shoot in Franklin,Union,Dearborn,
&Switerland County in Indiana, With double shoot with Cincinnati, Ohio Swap Team, & Indianapolis Swa t Team and INY news media as well as Cincinnati news. Time yo quite your wineing & cowboy to heck up!!!!!!!!!!!!!
.
Pacco,
I have to disagree with you on third party certification. How about Oregon Ballistics Lab a certified testing facility for NIJ! Also Bork level 111 trauma plates are multi round strike plates. Level 11 plates are under 13 oz. Alot of ceramic plates out there but IMO junk.
sag
Just thinking maybe Bork and KDH Defense Systems have something going on they just got NIJ cert. a month ago? KDH just got a 48.5million dollar contract with HLS & Border Patrol! Check it out.

Jellybeanie,
We need to get 60 minutes to pick this up. I have e-mailed them about Bourque Industries body armor. Just google 60 minutes go to contact CBS and drop them a request with a comment. If they get enough response it could happen.
Sag
Jellybeanie,
My thoughts exactly! I have talked to a few soldiers that have returned from their tours about the
ceramic vests and they were not to impressed with them. I told them about Kryron and they were all
ears one in fact was a Lt. Col.

Good luck with that!
sag
Idcfo,
You should be able to. If you have a margin account just call them and tell them you want your Bork shares in a cash account. This prevents them for borrowing you shares. If they have an M by them on your statement they are in a margin account.
sag
Sircooper,
Putting your Bork shares in a cash account vs. margin account will prevent this also! One phone call is all it takes.
sag
mdb1,
Check out armorreport.com marines using x-ray to check faulty armor cracks ect.
Ceramic armor may be in trouble IMO
sag
up & up,
I understand that you will never eliminate all the the shorts no way, but it will slow the shorting down. I know volume is a good thing, but the right kind of volume not excessive shorting. I urge everyone who is long on this stock to call their brokerage firm an do this. It should help your investment.
thanks
sag
up&up,
If all on I-HUB board who are long would call their brokerage firms & tell them that they want their Bork shares in a cash account vs. a margin account wouldn't that put a stop to the short squeeze and make the price go up due to the fact that they would have to replace the shares they borrowed from their margin account? This would eliminate the shorting and put the squeeze on the shorts! Thursday 230,000 shares had short interest vs. 260,000 share traded!!!
If anyone has idea's thanks in advance!
sag
up&up,
If investors put most of their Bork shares in a cash account vs. margin account wouldn't this help prevent excessive shorting? I know all brokerage firms require a percent kept in margin. I did this years ago with Fidelity with a phone call. In a margin account they can borrow your shares & sell to shorters without your knowledge of it being done.
sag
mdrts,
The big picture is have you ever invested in anything. The 30 million shares are shares that are held
by GPGI shareholders! When you sell stock you get money for it. When you buy stock you pay for it.
The company doesn't get the money when you buy stock on the market the seller does. You need to do a little research so you understand what your talking about.
sag
mdtrs,
I don't think you see the big picture! It was a merger stock for stock no money exchanged! Get it no money involved.
