Hope you can predict CCTC better than navigate the Minnow in a storm Skip! I am staying long!
Take me to this thing you call a "short squeeze"! I have heard of this many many times but have never actually been invested in one when it happens. It is kind of like the magical unicorn or the laughing leprechaun that runs through the field of wheat as it tickles his junk.. Hehe sorry just really hoping for some good news here and trying to lighten the mood.. ;)
I got in at .14 I just hope I am not halfway there! JK ;)
Long CCTC
I find that threat remarkably amusing. Threatening to sue a company for failure to release a PR? I guess when you have danced with the devil in the pale moonlight. (Siri investor for the last 15 months) You get a little thicker skin and tougher stomach to scoff at the BS. Look at the bright side atleast Cramer hasn't called CCTC a used lottery ticket on nationwide TV like he did to SIRI before it more than tripled in price.
These silly tricks aren't for the faint of heart but listening to them makes my resolve even stronger for holding CCTC.
Remember the shorties and the MM's have all the patience in the world. They do this for a living and in 6 years they will still be doing this for a living. Shaking out cheap shares from retail investors is one of the "moves" in their business. I must say they are pretty damned good at it too!
That's funny Stjames. I was 12 and my uncle bought me a copy of "How to buy stocks" by Louis Engel. I read it did research and told my uncle I think ATT would be a great investment. This was nearly 30 years ago. His broker sent me a prospectus with a big F- written on it with a red magic marker. A handwritten note was attached telling me that the government was going to be breaking up ATT and basically it would fall into the abyss.. I was so traumatized that I never dealt with the stock market until 3 years ago when I could open an account online with my checking account and not talk to an evil broker that broke my heart. hehe
If there is really some hard feelings between Larry and Doug why would Doug lift a finger to help Larry get more out of his sales? Pure speculation here but if there is hard feelings maybe Doug is holding good info close to the vest and is laughing watching Larry piss into wind with his sales.
Bzstock your right in the way you look at this. On the other hand to think that a CEO of a publicly traded company is going to "spill the beans" to a shareholder/poster is crazy. These guys are pros and there is no way that Doug would provide detailed information to a shareholder or anyone else outside of the company. I too have a substantial stake in my portfolio with CCTC. I take everything I read here with a grain of salt aside from the very very few that seem to have put some thought and DD into their posts. You seem like a level headed dude I wish more posts on here were fashioned in the same manner as yours.
The NITRUZZZ and IT'Z ABOUT TO ROIDZ TO THE MOOONZZZZZ! Really doesn't build a lot of confidence in the information I gleen from here. Best of luck and I hope we have a "Crackalackin Boomzzzz to the Moonnnnzz" next week or whatever the cool thing to say would be.
Completely hypothetical, Lets say you were a large shareholder and you had a hankerin' the deals with India and China were done. What better way to make even more money than to start selling large blocks of shares stir up a little panic shake up some cheaper shares and buy back .12-135 cent shares that you had just sold for .15-.16?
It cracks me up when everyone always throws Google out there when talking about succesful investing. The fact is you would have made 450 percent or roughly 5 times your money if you invested in Google from day one. That is over a 6 year period. So if you invested in CCTC today and expected Google returns you would be looking at a .75 stock in 2016. I think we all have higher hopes for CCTC. No offense intended I have just heard the Google analogy used so many times. I guess a 90 percent return over 5-6 years is nothing to sneeze at.
Im sure its all good Steve, After all your a busy guy with 24 posts here on 4/12 alone Im sure there are going to be some mistakes made now and then..
Which is it Edurk?

CCTC was removed from the "Naked Short-List" on February 10th,
... and as you can see, it appears the stock reacted favorably to the news, because on that day the stock made a low of .034c, and only 5 trading sessions later the stock made a high of .42c.
The up-coming removal of CCTC from the "Naked Short List" should produce the big run up in price that it did on Feb.17th and 18th.
One question I have is if Doug was aware of the naked shorts why wouldn't the PR's be held off until delivery of those shares were due? If someone was manipulating the stock of a company I ran I would crack them in the chops every chance I got.
Perhaps they are the necessary evil and you dont want to rattle the cage too much. Look what happened with overstock.com. Anyone that wants any info on market manipulation should check out deepcapture.com a site founded by Patrick Byrnes CEO of Overstock.com
That is a very good observation. I have always been waiting for the short squeeze on CCTC and when they get removed your right it doesn't happen. Interesting observation Kudos to you Edurk!
This might be old news but came across this link. It appears that CCTC has a link with envirofuels a maker of coal stoves.

I would definitely hold a position in this company hoping that it could go above 5 bucks. I honestly believe this company could be huge.
Exactly Humblehawk! That 10k was for the year ending Dec 2009. So what you are really trying to say is that CCTC must have some revenue or financing since then! Thanks for the good news! Have a great weekend!
Sounds reasonable to me. Our company places Ad's in trade magazines in our industry and they do feature's a couple of times a year with us. Very good point you make MAL
Its funny everyone is busting Admiral's chops for that PM. Many have asked to be put on the PM list. I wouldn't be surprised if it just turned out to be too big of deal for him. I wouldn't want that kind of burden and wouldn't be surprised if the ones that he intended to send it to got it already. It was to the point where he opened a can of worms and should have just posted it public with all the brouhaha made of it. I would love to be on the list too. But shamoone the hounds were hounding.
Rock on RJH! We are all in this together look to the left and the right we all have a common bond here. No need for bashing. Well unless its in your best financial interest then carry on ;)

I really don't have a problem with people bashing. I just can't help but think they have some sort of monetary position that they are representing. Perhaps a competitor that would benefit from CCTC's demise? Short position that needs to be covered? Just trying to scare people out of their shares so they can accumulate? I really don't know.
I know I wouldn't waste my time denigrating a company at every turn unless I had a stake in their failure or a vendetta of some sort.
I think I would spend my time researching and posting about a stock that I had an interest in.
Happy Easter everyone!
You call it debt, I call it a tax write off against profits for years to come!
I couldn't help but notice this on the link you provided. "Sales
The Company has already signed its first major Chinese contract. More contracts and joint ventures are expected to follow around the world, including the USA. ."
I can already see this heading straight down wavridr 3/4/2010 12:07:39 PM
What would you call this statement? Do you have any facts or reasons to support your opinion? I am sure you sold on this opinion hope you did well with your trade...
I am glad to see that someone else is as impressed with the technology as I am. The more I read about this company the better I feel to be a shareholder
