Yes .. it appears that fbcd being one of the companies mentioned was being forgiven of past transactional debt and is now current to proceed with the business plans.. it appears that was the main hold on this shell (fbcd) being able to proceed with anything new.. now the majority shareholder of fbcd is making new investment into this it cloud data management archive company and it appears something in this space with fbcd is coming soon ..

I spoke with Frank Russo today.. he is no longer involved with fbcd.. he says what happened with the copper fit deal years ago was the manufacturer cut fbcd out and screwed the whole deal/project. He says fbcd is now in the control of the largest shareholder and he is going to try to get me contact info. Great news this should be coming back to life soon.That link appears that debts have been forgiven and we may be getting close..

Anybody know what the latest is with SAGD 's crypto currency Potpon? Maybe we will get an update on the integration of Potpon and this acquisition ..

Maybe the words "substantial equity position" is too vague and that's why no value can be determined by the market for what this means for SAGD .. why didn't they give details like how many shares were given or agreed for what % of legends business and sales..

Tilray(TLRY) market cap 4billion+ on 10million in sales.. the cannabis sector is in super growth mode .. most every weed stock is up 100% -300% or more in the last 7 trading days.Now SAGD has instantly entered this space with a product line.. online presence and manufacturing of products. With a 8 million market cap SAGD looks cheap among other weed stocks because of the premature tweeting since July 4. staying long here .. just my take.. glta!

Is the market not giving any added value to SAGD because nobody knows what a "sizeable equity position" is? Maybe too much vagueness in this deal to understand the value here.. was stock exchanged? What revenue and profit sharing is expected in this existing business of legends health?
