Patience. Have faith. All good things come to those who wait. I can't teach that.
Shorts are standing in the way of AA getting a good dump for his money.
LOL well I guess it's good news you can still pop a boner, in regard to NWBO.
To me Hovland has been struggling too much as of late. I know the players can fix their problems and come right back, or sometimes just a change of venue is all that's needed but I don't see anything for him right now.
Form SC 13, and they don't have to file if below the ownership threshold. So no link, no proof for you.
Standard & Poor's downgraded AMC debt to junk after Vanguard bought.
It doesn't work that way,
AA dumping shares like a banshee - market makers have to move the shares so they drop the price.
Complete and total nonsense post.
Shorts need buyers to drive the price up so they can get more when they short.
Hope you start feeling better soon, Hugh.
I had Scott briefly while I was shuffling around finalizing my Diehard about 30 minutes before tee off time. I discovered late that X was resting a hurt wrist last week. Burns went in for X, and then decided Morikawa looked better than Scott. I was sticking with Woods, gambling on him a bit. Probably lost 5 points on the field doing that, but anyway. Now he is having back trouble, so not thinking he will have a good round tomorrow but might still make the cut. Putting in Morikawa instead of Burns because of his earlier tee off time. Woods has a late tee off time tomorrow too, which makes me even more likely to sit him. My DK teams are sniffing some cash, but too early to tell really.
Apes HODLing is the key to AMC collapse.
You are just in it for a flip. Financial advice is meaningless to you. You should not be listening to me for ANY reason.
Meaningless . . . complete fog about FTD.
So you must be deep into #1. Reach for a bottle and just stay pat.
You see, that childishly duped perspective just keeps losing you money. But whatever melts your AMC popcorn butter.
34 million shorts can't all be wrong.
Reeves is one of my favorite actors. But the crushing debt will doom AMC shareholders. AMC can't make enough money to service the debt.
Spoof to zero.
No it won't.
Overall markets having a good day today. Enjoy!!
Massive losses by AMC holdings in their portfolios will cause some of their money managers to get fired.
Good point. The debt isn't even investment quality and ratings keep getting cut deeper and deeper into junk by Moody's and Standard & Poor's. Default is imminent, and the only true solution is bankruptcy. But then, like Cinemark, they will be looking pretty good. It means existing shareholders will get nothing, but that's life in the big city. Apes need go get on their backs and cross their feet behind their necks, to get ready. Getting loose in advance would help.
There is no such thing as an AMC investor. Just a bunch of dead and starving Apes.
Thanks a lot, BBQ!!
Amen on the systems and boredom thing while grinding out a small advantage over the long haul. I have done far too much of that stuff for one lifetime not to keep it at a fun level anymore.
Reminds me of the 1980s and a small group of probably 5-8 professional pari-mutal dog race bettors who would follow the dogs around the Mid-Southwest U.S. - they got to know the dogs pretty well and they pulled out a lot of cash year after year. During the off-season the same group dealt blackjack and played poker at a few 'social clubs' in Colorado. I learned card counting (6 decks out a shoe) at Larry's Lounge in Commerce City, Colorado. Everybody, including the dealer was practicing counting cards openly. Amazing times, just as personal computing and dial up BBS systems was beginning to take off and everything changed. Finally, after a few years Larry's Lounge was raided by the cops and they got shut down.
A healthy flush of the Apes is what the market needed.
This was last year - institutions buying shares dumped by AA to lend out to the shorts.
Cramer vs. YouTube clown doing a Reddit clown. Drops mic.
Like Cramer sez - the market had gotten frothy (AMC at 4.47 is pretty damn frothy) - so we need a healthy flush.
