C’mon baby- hang in there. Gold is strong. AFYG is strong too.
I appreciate that, thank you very much… Good luck to all of us. #AFYG
Looking through the intro box to refresh my memory, I regret canceling my pod bean account now. All those conference call audio files are gone now. I put a lot of time into those transcripts back in the day. I'm glad technology had improved dramatically over the last few years. I'll look around on my old PC and see if I have any of the conf. call files still. It's possible (but not likely)
50% pop in a day will surely bring some more interest too. #AFYG
You as well. Good luck #AFYG
… On another note, something occurs to me that’s relatively significant. I remember Wayback win waiting to get reports on production. I know that there was gold begin taking out of the ground on one of the projects. I don’t remember which one and frankly I don’t have time to look back to the post to look it up because I’m driving to work right now, but suffice it to say it would stand to reason that there is still good coming out of the ground somewhere paying the bills, keeping the lights on,… I will grant you that we don’t know where the lights are on, or how much the bills are, nevertheless there is an underlying business that is being financed somehow and it’s not by diluting shares. The volume over the last few years wouldn’t support that theory at all. It was never Corey’s model to unnecessarily create shares to print money that’s not how he did things. And I doubt that any of that has changed. So I personally believe that the project has been spitting out small amounts of gold to pay the bills and has been all these years. Mostly because I can’t come up with any other explanation in my head.
I do remember years ago when this made a run to around $.18 or $.20, again I don’t have time to look it up but I know it went skyrocketing on just a small amount of news because the total outstanding share count and the float was very small. So that being said, if my first assumption is true that they’ve been digging up gold to pay the bills rather than increasing share count, then those principles would still be the same or close to the same today. Which means in my mind that this side definitely has the potential to reach those levels and higher again.
Lastly, let’s face it, in the OTC most stocks are a gamble. Some are even incredible long shots. Everybody is here because they’re hoping to find that so-called a diamond on the rough. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with gambling a little money on the stock with potential like affinity has.
I remember back in the day when I was first doing research, and speaking to different people about gold stocks and junior miners and emerging projects like we have in Columbia and Peru. I learned that most times the price of gold greatly affected the overall value of the project due to the cost of recovering the gold and processing it. Sometimes it’s not worth going after it even if it’s there in the ground because the price is simply too low to justify the cost to mine it. So they literally just leave it sitting there like a piggy bank waiting for the price to increased to the point where there will be profit in the mining As we all know the price of gold has climbed in recent months to the point where both of the projects have most likely become more valuable.
Another possible explanation is simply that it’s a gold stock, people are looking for bargains. This is a relatively affordable stock. Sometimes as we all know people will buy stock without doing a tremendous amount of research just on simple speculation and price point. It’s possible that because of the increasing daily volume and price fluctuation maybe AFYG has wound up on peoples stock scanners and increased interest and then they look at it and say hey there must be something going on here...
I stay quiet, I’m not as active as I used to be on ihub or any place else these days, but if there’s one thing I know it’s that generally speaking the market knows what’s going on before anybody else, and right now the market is buying and interested in Affinity Gold- I know I sure as hell am interested again, and hopeful that the stars align for Corey and for us. For those of us who have been here for many years it’s been a long time coming. Good luck to everybody
Thank you- been a minute.... I’ve been lurking since way back. Nice to have something to be excited about again. One thing I know about Corey- he doesn’t quit. We are lucky for that.
Ignore the question marks. Typo. Lol.
Happy to scoop up bargains as well... ??
Sleeping in?
I’d be happy to see the filings get brought current. That was a huge hurdle before that stopped it in its tracks... still not current. Corey is likely still in just as deep financially as he was before- I’m sure he wants this as much as anyone. Long and strong... good luck all. I’ll quietly keep one eye on this until there’s some news or a new filing. Over and out

High Bounce HighLands?...
Good to see new talent being brought in.
There's your answer...
@AffinityGold: #AFYG shareholder call is scheduled for 9.26 (Friday) @ 2pm EST. I apologize for the typo.
@AffinityGold: @KnowProphet Yes, it was a typo on my part. The call is scheduled for Friday, Sept. 26, 2014 @ 2pm EST.
I'm sure it's a mistake- they are always Friday. I have a message in to twitter to confirm. Will let you know...
We're on our way to being Current!
I guess I'm the first one to see this- I don't care what anyone says or thinks, Corey is going to make AFYG a great success. Golden opportunity here. I won't miss it. This is just the first of many filings I'm sure.
8K
Me too- I'm an optimist
Hey. Long time Flex-
Took the summer off here, been nice and relaxing.
New divi shares in my etrade account this AM-
Non team members would claim "it's over" on 5 days of green-
Conf. Call will be the following Friday due to the holiday weekend-
Not really
So is the share structure...
Question- if you're short 1 million shares; are you now short 1.1 million shares post divi?
Game isn't over yet
No I'm speaking in general- audited financials carry more weight
Because without being current in their filings, they can "say" whatever they want-
by the way... Off topic..
I haven't been posting much on the board because there ain't anything new to talk about until the filings hit, and I "AM" sure, not "were" sure
that's a piss poor assumption-
@AffinityGold: Next shareholder conference call scheduled: July 25, 2014. Please submit questions, prior to call, to afygconferencecall@affinitygold.com

43-101 will carry even more weight for AFYG once we're dual listed. Taking way longer than I ever anticipated; but still know it will pay off much bigger than some think.
several heads of investment groups don't talk to people who then blab the "plan" on message boards... they tell them stories to entertain themselves
