Patience my friends! Just kidding, I no longer have any idea what's happening. Lost a lot here and still paying for it.
Finally, the blood vessels of CVBT are beginning to pump some new life into this old-timer stock!
Awesome, thanks. Should be exciting!
Am I the only one who doesn't see any information about CVBT on any of the Windhover Partnering Conference's literature?
This is the conference everyone's referring to, is it not?: http://www.biowindhover.com
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Aha, thank you for clearing that section up. The more I educate myself about this particular process, there's a bit more confidence. To say the least, it will be interesting to see how this plays out. Take care, all.
Greetings Renee,
As far as appearing to be sanctimonious, I'm not sure I understand how this fact-based release puts forth any kind of false front or misrepresentation.
My record here shows that I am a former proponent of, and have little financial interest but strong personal interest in the success of CVBT.
That said, their notice simply states the facts of the SEC matter. So which part is without merit? To me, it brings forth some long-awaited transparency from this notoriously secretive organization.
I do hope that it is evident that failure to file WILL have consequences, which is why I referred to the SEC prompt as a kickstart, and I'm glad that they've quickly come forward with this information.
On the contrary to your timetable, CVBT HAS been proactive in the past 3.5 years, just not in the past 9 months, sadly. I think that the "grey sheets" (great term, I haven't heard of that before!) and point of no-return are fallacies because Dan and Co. haven't thrown in the towel on what they have here, and what many medical professionals know, are a handful of revolutionary products from which the field will greatly benefit.
With all due respect, I'm also curious as to where you obtained the excerpt regarding the "piggyback" exception, as I cannot find that information anywhere else besides IHUB.
Anyway, I hope your finances are in order and I wish you the best of luck whether you choose to support this organization or not.
April 25th is quickly approaching and we shall see if CVBT makes good, or remains in hibernation until May.

Hope you're right. We're bouncing around a little right now, let's catch that fire!
Locked and loaded. The audit must be finishing up. Just curious, is anyone else here still following CVBT? Please post any news or thoughts. I've been looking for a Super Buy announcement.
Ahh, an excellent day when all is said and done. Congrats to all, we should close around $1.26
CVBT - looking for a big hop on Monday
I've seen old news being circulated, but I haven't seen/heard anything truly new lately. It doesn't mean nothing is happening, as there seem to be many, many holders. Looks like we'll remain in the low-to-mid 30's for at least this week, unless someone on this board knows something I don't. Thanks for your interest and I'll keep you posted.
CSCO looking quite attractive... I believe I will throw my hat back in the ring.
Just added quite a bit, but at the same time I'm concerned why CVBT had been dropping so low earlier today. Any thoughts?
What's with the flatline? Anybody have information yet?
Your guess is as good as mine, but it spikes every once in a while. Might be from people who are only interested in doing a quick flip- nothing wrong with that, but personally I'm waiting on the fast-track approval news, of which I've seen nothing yet...
Son I think it's safe to say that many of us here are holding for 1000% gains or something in that neighborhood with CVBT
:) Here we go. Excited to see what Monday will bring...
CVBT is Monday's SUPER BUY!
See Cardiovascular BioTherapeutics as SUPERBUY for 1/24
I was doing great, then I got too emotional and bought a bunch more CVBT at .48- probably a stupid move for the short term, but hopefully not for the long! Should've waited til today.
Just threw my hat back in the ring and bought some CSCO for the second time this year! Heading up from here, I take it?
Unfortunately i was forced to sell decent portion of mine @ just over 22. I discovered another opportunity that is simply too promising to deny. Good luck to all though, I hope CSCO will keep climbing, and I still have one leg in!
Elevator going up?!
Possibly some, but not a significant drop, so I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for a drop below $21, personally I think Cisco is a bargain as long as it's under $24, IMO. So that's what I meant by plenty of room to get in CSCO.
True, but there's still room to get in on the ground floor of CSCO. It has not nearly reached even it's short term potential... love this article:

well, as promised, i purchased more CSCO as it crossed the $21.50 threshold. i will purchase more only if it falls below $21.25 or as it rises above $21.85. i feel that this will return quite well through the end of the year.
Yes, but with the state of the economy overall, we'd be lucky to break this year's high before the year's end.
It was. However I would not say it's too late at this point. Personally, If I was unable to acquire some CSCO on Tuesday, I would probably wait until the $21.50 mark is exceeded (IMO). I would prefer to see Cisco realize $26.50 sometime before winter, ideally.
If Cisco were to fall below $18, I would simply pick up more. I'm not really seeing that happening here though, looking at their numbers. CSCO seems to be returning fairly well. So on the other hand, if it exceeds $21.50, I'll be a buyer and add on that up end as well.
Still haven't jumped in. Kind of uncertain about ZLC, may get some CSCO instead. Good luck.
I believe I will throw my hat in the ring and purchase some CSCO today.
People who like them Ojinnaka dollars lol
CVBT will not go anywhere near 0 in the next decade. There is truly a solid long-term opportunity here. Some young people recognize that and some don't. Good luck to all.
This could be the week for AMSZ
