That's because KIOR is a whole lot worse than JBI's worst nightmare.KIOR is 4 times ;if not more ,worse off in less than half the time than JBI and no product sales of any significance if at all to show for it.Not to mention the drop in share price from around $20 to what $2.50. What is their product anyway? Anything close to JBI's end user ready spec fuel? I guess if KIOR had some to compare it with it would be nice. Maybe a few years down the road when they have had time to maybe catch up or not to where JBI is now we can have a comparison.KIOR is just laughable at this point. LOL
I rest my case. Without proof of any any kind then it can only be construed that the source of that information is false and misleading and does not allow for further debate other than debating the integrity or reliability of the source from which the info was attained.
So are you saying Crayola paid JBI to put their company in lights on the JBI website ? Got a link or any proof to substantiate this latest CONspiracy theory.Who is the "one of the partners" you are referring to? Is there any proof that there was any contact with any IR person anywhere? Was the conversation recorded and can the content of that conversation be posted for all to see please. I would be interested in seeing that. Thanks
Yes it has.Citing e-mails from 4 years ago is in my opinion pointless. What may have worked then has no bearing on what is going on now. The processors have evolved for one thing .Feedstock will always have a cost associated with it. Whether a supplier drops it off for free it still needs to be stored/ sorted to make sure the feedstock is not contaminated with unsuitables /shredded and transported ( if feedstock came from the Canadian MRF ).Then you need someone to feed the beast. All those costs have to be included in the process. So although the feedstock itself might be free the costs associated with it are not.
I assume that JBI took those costs versus paying a supplier to do the same and found it more cost effective to do the latter .
Just another cost cutting exercise aimed at making the company more profitable. Good business sense IMO.
$825,000.00
More colorful diatribes used to deflect from true realities which will soon be realized.LMAO
Based on the what is said about JBI/it's website and it's partners I have to deduct that nothing should be counted on when searching the web/searching a company's website or the smb related to it.
I guess just solid DD and reading the the company's filings should be the only thing to rely on. Then again to many those also cannot be relied upon either and open to scrutiny.
JBI is a public company after all.
Those scumbags over at KIOR should fit nicely into this category of companies with colorful adjectives. Their stock is down what 80-90% and $200 million + in the hole in half the time JBI has been around?Have they made or sold anything yet?
There's a real winner for ya!
A simple search on the JBI website will reveal some of the companies they have partnered with.
"Juicy Johnny" ? Just one of the more colorful diatribes hurled at the company's founder in an effort to derail the company.
One thing for sure is the MRF will no longer fit into the equation once the closing expenses are realized.
There is always going to be a cost attributed to the acquiring of feedstock, whether you buy it or process it yourself. Hense the closing of the MRF in Canada. Someone crunched the numbers and figured overall it is cheaper to buy already processed. As long as the supplier sends the right stuff there should be no problems.
As far as the financials go the next filing will indeed be interesting. I do not expect much profitability since with the closing of the Canadian MRF there will be expenses incurred.
What will be interesting is the stats on proc #3 and how much fuel was made and how much was sold and the cost to do so.
So if production is up and cost to do so are down that is a good thing.Of course there will be negative hype based on the physical features or other nonsense regarding the founder by some crazed ex wife or her minions regardless of any positive news out of this company.
Progress is slower than some would like and the many roadblocks thrown in it's path but JBI continues to move forward despite all efforts to stop it.If anyone has seen the size of the processors up close they might understand why it takes as long as it does to build one let alone test and run one and then waiting for the gov't permitting.
"Each barrel of oil costs about $10 to produce. JBI can sell it for around $100 through a national distributor. The young company is already producing a few thousand gallons of oil a day"
How does one know that it didn't cost $10/bbl.I believe these estimates were from 2009-10 when the company was tinkering with a tabletop model or the 1000 lb baby processor. Based on the results of testing with these mini procs they came up with the $10/bbl conclusion.
It still may even now only cost that but if you add in all the expenses such as salaries/utilities/parts and labor /assembly/test runs/stack tests/permitting etc etc sure the price per barrel goes up.
These things can't be built over night when you rely on outside sources for parts and there are delays and initial start up runs and stoppages for inspection and waiting for the DEC to show up and permit ,I'm surprised they produced what they did. That was no small feat.
Proc #3 is the icing on the cake with many if not all the shortcomings of the previous machines eliminated or improved.
Bordy's lies? I don't think so. Just optimistic forecasts made by a young CEO with a breakthrough start up company.
BTW I don't think there is another company on the planet that would want to forecast anything but positive about itself.Jbi is no different.
I see the nut bar sociopath ex girlfriend is trying yet again to take a stab at JBI or JB or somebody. She is persistent I'll give her that. Too bad it will be laughed out of court and JBI will again prevail and she'll end up on the short end of the stick again. If the judge is worth anything he/she should throw her sorry ass in the hoosegow or an asylum just for being a nuisance. Her antics are becoming the laughing stock of JBI land and the stock market.
I was just thinking that myself.Proc #3 being the final updated model in the trilogy would make a great demonstration tool for use in the sale of future proc's if that is still the direction the company tends to follow.
Proc #3 is the game changer and the final evolution of the proc trilogy. Going by the clues publicly stated and with #4 and 5 waiting in the wings to be assembled either in NF or RKT or even sold to another 3rd party is the beginning of the commercialization phase that we have all been waiting (patiently) for. Once #3 ramps up and up time and output increases with no major hiccups then IMO the realization of all the hype/forecasts/predictions of the past will come to fruition and the pps will positively reflect the positive motion of the company.
RICK HEDDLE BELIEVES SO MUCH IN JOHN BORDYNUIK!!! AND THE BUSINESS HE LENDS OUT 3 MILLION OF IS OWN MONEY.
Just another psychopath trying his luck alongside a sociopathic ex girlfriend to bring JBI down again which will inevitably be laughed out of the courts and go the way the previous ones did.
SPLAT!!!!!
These suits are becoming almost laughable and with so many attempts to destroy JBI they are having less and less of an effect on the market because folks are beginning to realize that try as the evil forces will they just can't stop this juggernaut. Slow it down some but not stop.
DITTO
OPEN LETTER OF GRATITUDE TO RICK HEDDLE:
Thank you for coming on board as CEO, Chairman, shareholder, and debt holder. I know I speak for virtually every shareholder when I say: we thank you, and trust your actual real life professional successful experience. Please don't take the advice of amateurs who don't have JBII's best interest in mind.
Thank you to John Bordynuik as well for your perseverance and triumphant effort in developing this technology.
I think they should utilize #1 for HTF processing only. Run the dirty stuff thru a filter/centrifuge, feed #1 the filtered htf, heat it up and supply #2 and #3 with clean heated up htf to add to the mix when needed.By pre-heating and filtering the htf before it is added to the mix , it will increase uptime and produce less residue. When #2 or #3 do not need htf #1 can still be used to recycle just the used oil/htf. I'm no engineer but thought this sounded like a logical way to do things. There may be a lot of aspects of which I am not aware that may prevent this from happening but just thought I'd throw in my 2 cents JMHO
If you are referring to an online AGM I have heard of those and what a great idea! In a time of cost cutting strategies this would save the company a few pesos not to mention keeping the veggies from being hurled through the air toward the podium in an expensive rental hall such as the Niagara Falls Casino hehe. Gee with all this cost cutting going on I can see the COG falling off a cliff and revenues increasing even more.Maybe someone should let JBI in on this alternative although there is nothing like being there in person and being able to participate in an unruly mob setting where the masses can fling their barbs towards the speaker.lol
There is a lot of road work leading up to and around JBI's facility. Niagara Falls is anticipating heavy volume of truck traffic with large loads of fuel and feed stock and probably don't want the drivers dodging pot holes and ruts. Last thing they want is another spill due to road conditions and creating another Love Canal scenario.
I think you are correct with that statement. Once more processors are running the less impact of downtime for repair or maintenance of each unit.As far as proc #4 and #5 I bet the parts are already manufactured but I think they are gonna need another building to run them in me thinks unless they are goin to RKT. From the pix posted #3 seems to occupy a lot of space in the existing building. If someone was to stand near the beast perhaps we would get a better idea of the size but I don't think another will fit in there. Better to run #3 for a while make sure not much more tinkering is needed and let hope the rainbow colored fuel from crayola leads to the pot of gold. LOL Then get #4 and #5 assembled/shipped/installed . Looks like this will be the final design of a processor for a while so once #3 runs in an acceptable fashion for a specified duration, there will be no holding back.Suppliers now have the jigs and patterns and specs etc to manufacture/supply the parts at will and on time. Nowhere to go but up from here JMHO
Looks like all roads leading to JBI are being upgraded and re-paved in anticipation of increased heavy traffic.Guess the city of Niagara Falls wants to keep businesses like JBI in the area happy with improved roadways and accesses. Don't want all that fuel sloshing around in those tankers coming and going.Guess they remember the Love Canal and don't need tankers full of fuel dodging ruts and pot holes.
I believe that #3 will be the final design in the proc trilogy.#1 is almost a dinosaur now with the 2nd and 3rd procs evolved and improved. With the introduction of HTF things will improve even more.Run the used oil or whatever it is through a filter/centrifuge to get all the sludge out warm it up and add it to the mix and JBI is cleaning up more of the environment. Wonder if the fuel comes out rainbow colored when they process crayons. LOL
Yeah just like Agigoo and KIOR. They post production numbers hourly I hear or is it in the filings? Oh yeah Agigoo doesn't file so they can pretty well post/report what they want. Where are the run tickets?Does Agigoo and KIOR have any made public?Be nice to compare.
It would also be nice to compare the end products using the same labs.
Come to think of it there was a study from some top university in the States that kinda put JBI on top of the pile when compared to similar yet sorrowfully dismal competitors.JMHO
KiOR Is Making Production Gains, But Costs, Cash Burn And Dilution A Worry
http://seekingalpha.com/article/1532892-kior-is-making-production-gains-but-costs-cash-burn-and-dilution-a-worry?source=yahoo
JBI is overcoming all these hurdles while making end user ready spec fuel that is clean and green.
Hold on to your socks er I mean stocks. As cost go down and production increases along with revenue it's gonna be a wild ride. JMHO
Maybe someone could ask KIOR for a run ticket. Anyone anyone?
Very unimpressive. Using the same kind of business speak that JBI is accused of using and therefore insinuating falsely that it is a lie.So Kior is just pointing out the highlights of some insignificant goings on to make itself look better. Pretty much like every other company out there. They PR stuff that will make them look good. That's how they do it to stay afloat until the revenue coming in can speak for itself . JBI costs are coming down and production and sales going up nothing wrong with that. JMHO
Kior is $100 million in the hole in what a year and a half. And nothing to show for it.The information linking fraud to JBI etc is also fabricated and distorted FYI JBI actually makes end user spec fuel. Agigoo uh oh yeah peanut butter and KIOR well they haven't done anything of significance except collect a nice pay check also.
The sources of that information should be checked and told to provide some real DD not some fabricated fairy tales.
As for salaries yeah they are up there but hey take a look at KIOR or Agigoo. I'm sure their execs pull in a good buck. Agigoo makes peanut butter and KIOR lost twice as much money in a quarter of the time.So in comparison JBI ain't lookin so bad.IMO
Let's get started then. With so many investors from so many different places though how do the shareholders proceed. What is step 1? Do we e-mail IR with our names and share count and tell IR what we want or what?Do we get one shareholder that shares our ideas and name him or her as proxy? Just like to see this technology move forward and the pps will follow suit.
It is my opinion that it is the business side of things not the technology that is holding JBI back.Once a competent Board is in place with a seasoned and capable management team there will be no holding back despite the roadblocks of the past.
Proxy fight I'm in. Where do you sign up!!!!!!
Oh yeah the one that sold 10 copies. The one that convicted him before the SEC settlement? Surprised JB didn't file a lawsuit on that one. LOL
