The traders who freaked out and sold last week all got played. Dean didn't say any real explanations why the device was denied by FDA. He must of known the price would tank after he didn't give enough info on the denial. He must of known his plan to hire this law firm. And he must of known the pps was going to shoot back up! Dean, Brian and the IMGG family of investors all got in at .7,.8,.9,10 cents!
I'm still holding from my original purchase of .66 cents. I didn't freak out and sell last week. I should of freakin bought more though but I didnt sell!
It just seems so fishy how Dean didn't give us more info on the denial. He had to of known the PPS was going to drop like crazy. He had to of know his plan to hire this firm! He had to of known the PPS was going to shoot back up! I'm so pissed at Imaging3 and Dean
Love, A tired, battered, over a year share holder man.
Everyone read..the 150 day FDA time limit is not in effect for IMGG. I don't know why you are saying it does and its the end all say all date of Sept 8th or 9th as the 150 day limit. Only 510k apps that have been sent in since the 150 day time limit was in effect are affected! IMGG sent in their re-submission before this new 150 day limit rule! IMGG is not going to be held by the FDA to the new 150 day limit rule. You must realize this, because this date of Sept 9th is going to pass and all it is going to do is lower pps again and lower our positives hopes of approval.
Once again, Imaging3 510k is not on track with the 150 day FDA time limit. Only companies that filed after the new time limit rule.
Sano, no big boy like GE or Toshiba will buyout IMGG without the DVIS being FDA approved. So there's no chance years ago I3 could have been bought out. Dean had to dump 107 million shares to keep I3 up and running and have some cash. Janes had no idea his stock was going to shoot up to $1.95 in November with no news.
Sano slices don't matter when your dealing with emitted radiation and time....Its the radiation that's being emitted and if it's safe. The DVIS has far less radiation than any other CT scanner on the market. It also can be plugged into a wall outlet, carted through hallways and doors, real time imaging, far less expensive than anything on the market etc etc etc...are we really going over all this again???
SANO, Imaging3 is going to be sold. And GE, Toshiba etc can put out 1,000+ in a year with their capabilities with their huge factories worldwide.
And sell them for at least $1 million each. That's $1 billion in one year of sales. And you think sales will just end after 1 year??? The DVIS is going to be sold to hospitals worldwide for years to come! There are $ billions to be made with the DVIS.
And you still haven't answered why your estimate of a buyout of $200-$300 million was hit today and that's with no approval???
DVIS is going to be the front runner in CT scanners and will soon replace all older CT scanners. DVIS can take over %25+++ of the market!
It's called upgrade and technology always needs it and does it.
So this company is worth over $1 billion after approval. Guarantee!
And you didnt answer about your foul up estimate buyout of $200-$300 of IMGG after approval...$200 million was hit today in market cap.
Sano we already talked about the added value of the DVIS device.
Over 5,000 hospitals in the US. And not counting the thousands of private facilities, colleges, rehabilitation centers etc...
If just one hospital wanted to buy 1 DVIS at Imaging 3's price of $550,000...thats $2.75 Billion in sales..
And thats just Hospitals in the US. Worldwide has over 30,000 hospitals..That would be over $16 billion in sales if 1 DVIS was sold to each hospital...
Sano, you said just the other day this company after approval is worth $200-300 million. Looks like today we just about hit $200 million market cap without approval. YOU are so dead wrong about your pps predictions and what this company is worth.
Any thing to say SANO????
This is what has happened...Once word gets out or people find a OTC stock move over 10-20% during a day they do some DD and want in.
There are a lot of new investors here who had no idea about IMGG until yesterday.
They've done some DD and see potential here and hope FDA approval is right around the corner.
This happened in November 2009 when the PPS was on the move and we got a lot of attention and new investors came in.
Let's hope this is it and not like Nov. 2009...
It's funny to see all these new profile names posting messages about how great this rise in PPS is. They are all pretty lucky to have found out about IMGG when it was at .16-.25 cents.
They have made a %100-%200 profit.
I've been in this for a year. And plenty others out there too and even longer. I've had this at .50 and watched it got to $1.95 and didn't sell. I've held all the way to .16 and now back up .50 where I started.
You new guys are very lucky.
This is like the gold rush of the 1800's. Me and some other guys found the gold and mined it but now word spread and miners have showed up all over and have mined even more gold than we did!
LONG IMGG.
Yes Sano. I3 is worth 30X that. Do the math.
If I3 only sold 1,200 units at their price of $500,000 then they would make $600 million in sales.
There are over 20,000 hospitals in the world. Do the math. That's Billions in sales if each hospital only wanted just ONE unit.
Also take into factor all the colleges, sport facilities, private medical facilities that would want a DVIS too.
And if GE or Toshiba buy out I3 then the DVIS would prob be sold for over a $1,000,000 per unit. Thus at least doubling sales of what I3 can make off the DVIS at $500,000.
So a buy out of $2 billion is plausible and feasible.
The new 150 day FDA decision time limit has no binding to I3. Everyone is so stuck on this 150 day limit and think Sept 9th or 8th is the day. I3's submission to the FDA was before this 150 day limit was put into motion by the FDA. Any 510k submitted before 150 day limit rule doesn't follow the rule. The FDA has as long as they want to drag this out. Everyone needs to chill on this damn Sept date, when the date passes you will all freak.
PPS is not breaking down. There is simple day trading going on and people are taking some profits from the last few green days. PPS is always in between .30 and .23
It has its good days and then its bad.
Who cares really, we really only care about approval. PPS doesn't matter. PPS only matters to the day traders not the longs!
Order in for 600,000 at .20
See if pps lowers and I get my shares!
HAHA!! Sano just got ripped a new one on Deans Facebook! I guess Sano (or "S") will think he's famous now..but hey, hated disgusting people can get recognized or famous too sometimes.
Not CNBC, GE owns them!
Just emailed Anderson Cooper, Katie Couric, 48 hours, 60 minutes ,Face the Nation, CBS evening and morning news about this whole story we got going on with the FDA and Imaging3 and possibly GE.
And maybe CBS will help out and do a story due to the fact that NBC is it's competitor and GE owns NBC!
We should take this to 60 minutes or an equivalent show and let the reporters expose the FDA and any other outside influences that have been halting the Dominion from being approved. There is a story here. This amazing life saving and life changing device needs to be brought to the masses! Its being delayed over minor little details and sentences? It took 2 years for the FDA to ask for comparable images?? That's just nuts.
But wait, government controls airwaves which controls TV networks in which controls what can be aired...hmmm, this might be tough.
If Dean gets denial from FDA what's stopping him from not releasing that info for a few days? The FDA will not release PR stating a denial. It's up to IMGG.
Can he let a few friends in on the info so they can sell off some shares before the news hits? I know that's illegal but he can do it and probably get away with it. Because people are selling all over the place now. It won't look suspicious.
It could be happening right now, we never know, right?
This is ridiculous. How can so many of you sit back and be so blinded to this situation. Posting positive posts and saying everything is going to be OK. Look what's happening. Since April 6th at .85 we are down over 50%....I haven't sold like the rest of you and I'm holding on to this dream, hope or whatever it is we think we have here. Pissed investor.
only 2 things, 107 million being sold off everyday or somethings up and insiders know and are dumping. Or both are happening and we all are being screwed with our thumbs up our...
It just doesn't make much sense. We all know this should be going up. Any day now FDA can approve. But we see red every day! uuuuugh
I read everyone's post here and no one has an answer.
MX10001, so they were sold by Dean? For what? to who?
Can anyone answer this....How do we find out who received the 107 million shares? Is it illegal to release that info?
And why would Dean give away 107 million shares? Payment for something or a debt?
If you have to capabilities to create a 3D X-RAY device that displays images in real time how easy do you think it is to throw those images up on a website?? EASY... And putting the same images on the website that will be sent the FDA would have no complications with the re-submission!
Great answer.
Can anyone answer this?? please...So Dean asked for a extension and the deadline date is April 5th. The FDA gives 30 day extensions right??
But the CC on the Jan 11th is when Dean said the application has to be fixed and a radiologist review must be given. So he must of got that information from the FDA before the CC date because he had to set up the CC first. So Dean must of gotten got the FDA response first week of Jan. *(look at the day trading during that week)
April 5th is about 90 days to first week of Jan..The time frame doesnt make sense.
Did dean ask for a 60 day extension back in the first week of February or did he get two 30 day extensions?? And only give us a heads-up that he got an extension after the 2nd one was granted??
IMGGBUST, Kimble...Answer this...So Dean asked for a extension and the deadline date is April 5th. The FDA gives 30 day extensions right??

Shaka, Kimble, IMGGBust..Tell me this, If the Dominion is all good and up n running how come there are no overseas deals???
You don't need FDA approval to sell overseas.
There is this one Company IMDS which created a 3D laser technology mammogram breast cancer device awaiting FDA approval...and will replace the current Mammogram devices. They have struck deals all over the world to distribute their device. And Some of them are already shipped out!
How come IMGG and Dean havent been setting up over sea deals?? We are so close to approval that oversea deals should have already be done and some dominions should have been shipped out...whats up?
Someone should have some answers to ease my mind? KIMBLE? SHAKA? IMGGBUST.....
You all seem to know a lot here, Can someone please answer this...Did Dean or some PR release say that Imaging3 asked for an extension for the 30 day resubmission?? If so when and where is it?
And if there was no PR about it, is it illegal to release PR revealing you asked for an extension?
Can someone please answer this...Did Dean or some PR release say that Imaging3 asked for an extension for the 30 day resubmission?? If so when and where is it?
And if there was no PR about it, is it illegal to release PR revealing you asked for an extension?
We are approaching 8 weeks of the resubmission process..what is going on, we need some news at least from IMGG. I know all of you are a little concerned since Dean said it would take 4 weeks to do so.
So does Imaging3 have to give PR that they re-submitted? If they already did re-submit I'd wonder what reasons it would be why they didn't release PR? keeping pps down for buyout?? part of disclosure's...
We are in the 7th week of this re-submission process!!! What's the hold up...
So a little concerned, want your thoughts...It's been over 30 days since the CC about having to submit a new updated application and including a radiological image test/submission by a certified radiologist...What's your thoughts about this?
Didn't Dean say it will take them 30 days or sooner to resubmit to FDA?
Will we get a Moneytv interview or some kind of Google news when they send it back into the FDA?
Thoughts anyone?
LONG, Very LONG with confidence. Just questions that should be answered.
No way Dean would sell for $2!
10,000 units can be sold easily of the Dominion.
And Dean said it will be sold at $500,000
That's grossing $5 billion with 10,000 sold.
If Ge bought out I3 they would sell Dominion for $800,000-$1 mill each doubling the profit I3 was going to make...so that's more $ billions to be made.
So $2 buyout is never gonna happen.
$4-$7 is more likely.
My buyout post was removed??? Is it because I said sh*&t??
It's a $5 buyout. After all said and done whoever owns the Dominion it will make them over $10 billion in the long run.
