Eighteen years for me. one thing that gets over looked is the little number of shares that are out there. The pie is still whole, about 14 mil shares out. Its been a hurry up and wait period.
No news you say! you need to look again.
The Kam-Thio process has already shown the ability to neutralizes cyanide in the lab.Weather the same results happens with that pile of rock on the pad, has yet to be tested. Itronics has been around for more than 25 years. How long is EPA going to continue to allow the uses of cyanide in the mining industries? Who will be the players if any changes come is yet to be seen.
The jv, and the collaboration between lode, itro, tonogold may be just what all three co. need to move forward. Info from itro {Gold In E-waste Valued at $22 Billion Thrown Away In 2016, New Study Shows},There is still a lot of value in that mountain of dirt on the leach pad. Gold, silver, and the neutralized cyanide rock has value too. Then there,s that 7 mil bond for cleanup that could be freed up.
Itronics Reports Positive Results From KAM-Thio Tests to Recover Silver, Gold and Neutralize Cyanide From Leached Mine Tailings
A little news from the lode, and itro collaboration.this is good news. There are many possibilities for both co..... (Itronics Reports Positive Results From KAM-Thio Tests to Recover Silver, Gold and Neutralize Cyanide From Leached Mine Tailings).
How many $ in silver that is left in that ore that is still on the leach pad ? If the KAM- THIO process that ITRONICS developed neutralizes the cyanide, how much money will LODE save?
(Getting at the other 40% with ITRO’s tech would be great news and a win for cash on hand), and, The possibly of eliminating the 7 mill cost to clean up that pad.ITRO pulls all the silver out of photo developing solution. Then turns the rest into fertilizer. They have to achieve so close to 100% of silver removal. The silver is the toxic part of that solution. The collaboration of the three mining company's might be a good fit.
We've also established over the course of at least the last 6 months a strategic collaboration with Itronics Inc. Itronics has an existing proprietary technology for extracting precious metals especially effective with silver from ores. Itronics has funded the assessments of not only looking at the extraction possibilities of residual silver from our existing leach pads, but in that same process effectively remediating the reclamation costs related to our existing leach pad in the process.
Some of you may know we have almost $7 million bonded just for the purpose of ultimately remediating and cleaning that pad. And if this process proves effective, not only could we extract additional silver from the existing pad creating new revenue, but dramatically reduce and even potentially eliminate those remediation costs. It could even ultimately lead to being able to reuse our pad and avoiding additional capital. So it's a very exciting venture that Itronics is investing in here with us.
I would take a vary close look at the JV, and the collaboration that is going on with Lode.(From the Press release from Lode).....{We've also established over the course of at least the last 6 months a strategic collaboration with Itronics Inc. One of the arms of Itronics is Whitney and Whitney. They are no stranger to the mining industries. They have done work for mines all over the world.
Just would like to pass on some good information that I pulled off of Yahoo. I think it is good news. It came from the security transfer corp. Well it came from a email from someone that claims it was from the S.T.C. Well it came from Fed<<<<<<< Just FYI, another pissed off shareholder emailed me that only 12,500 shares were issued during the entire month of August.>>>>>> Do you know what that means?<<<<<Once ya figure out where John's $21.62 number came from then tell us why only 12,500 shares were added to the O/S for the entire month of August. If you don't believe me then call the transfer agent in Texas. Want the phone number? Are we supposed to believe that John only paid out about $8k worth of stock for the entire month? Life is good! Busted
When they have enough photo chemicals and sufficient orders, orders, orders, orders, orders, to run Stage I, they use it. Stage I is working. They have said that.
Here is something that came from Fed the SilverStar. It also came from a company P/R. After reading this you can sit there and say that one can predict how much silver is produces ed in each quarter, and more importantly witch quarter it came from. I told him already that the silver goes through many stages before it can be sold off. Some of the silver sold in this quarter may have come from many quarters ago. If you've been reading my post on Yahoo than you know that some have tried to answer his questions already. Where did the silver come from in the forth quarter of 2008, Where did the silver come from in the third quarter of 2010. It came from previous quarters. Right now they could have a big barrow of tooth paste like substance sitting at the plant waiting to go to the next process. THE SILVER PROCESS IS NOT THAT EXACT, GET IT YET? "In the fourth quarter of 2008 Itronics Metallurgical entered an interim refining agreement that made it possible to sell some silver bearing intermediate products that had been accumulated over prior years. Sale of the bulk of these materials will be completed during the first quarter." Try reading the words in red , and see if we can understand them this time.
Poor NIR, and CR. I just want to cry now. Will someone bring me a crying towel..................................
EARTH. There is not much language in the stipulation. If you no that the notes WERE NOT CANCELLED than speakup, I would like to no what you no. If you don't no for sure, than don't bother. All I no is what I read, or from what other people post. Maybe you have found something in writing that I missed.
NIR could release the terms of the settlement as well, but they won't. I am sure their investor's would be interested in the terms as well. This is the first time your post used the words false, and misleading P/R. Maybe I was freaking out and missed something.I am finding out, It's not unusual for the terms not to be released.Corey Ribotsky, Chairman of the NIR Group, stated, "Litigation is a last resort for our family of funds. We are encouraged by the progress that Dr. Whitney and the Itronics team have made and we support their efforts to develop Itronics' business."
If I was ta just evaluate the timin of this settlememt I'd say it sucked. Too early. Smart money was on self destruction and that's just playin out now. Thank's again for the info. I pick up on that statement quite awhile ago and tryed to pass it on. It's nice to no that maybe my gut feeling was right. Time will pass and everything sould come out.
The settlement term was not released, and never will I think. I never heard anything about any notes. I think the nots are gone . Payback with shares, and cash. No intrest unless default from what i read. I never read anythig about discounted shares either. So i don't no about that. ITRO has alot of uniqe tech. Holds the only permit in the U.S. to do what it does. buisness is up ,and running. The amazing part was they were able to survive this hole nir thing, and still manage to move ahead slowly. I think they settled on not to release whats in the settlement. One month from may 4th and still no share dump
I understand where your coming from, Until than I believe the settlement will be honored. Some talk about shares being restricted, maybe a big dump in 90 days, but I don't think so IMO.
I agree with you trendz. Alot had to do with three letters. NIR. That is settled now, Lets see where we go from here.
I have been following your post PD for awhile. I am well aware of NIR'S M.O. THANK FOR ALL THE INFO. I do believe it is not, or it can't be buiesness as usual at nir with all the problems they seemed to be going through with their investors, the sec, the doj. the fbi, just to name a few.
No disrespect inteded to anyone. Been following the NIR board for quite awhile. I got lot;s of good info from you people. THANK YOU. Delivery date for shares way May 4th. If no dilivery than default. Today is june 3. I do not believe the shares are restricted, because they stem from a previous note. Still no dump. IMO. The shares where delivery, bacause of the default clause. I can't confirm though. ANY COMMENTS. Doesn't seem to be the same M.O. AT NIR. That is what I have been thinking.
I did not use the word successful.or disappeared. I think they may be turning the coner. that is all. Just so you no, money was borrowed, money will need to be paid back. That is how I feel. That would be the 8 mill. I have been with itro for ten years. I have been watching the nir board for a while. Long enough to see that nir had to change or else. The 8 million was hard to swallow, but is now a real number that nir can take back to their investors, and the SEC. and everyone else that cares to no. ITRO! A company with a REAL valueation on it. That was important to nir at this time.IMO. It is not buisness as usual at nir. This is what I got out of this nir board. That is what i beleive. It wasn't that long ago that nir investors didn't even no what companies they where invested in. What up with that. All over valued penny stocks. NIR got what they needed from this settlement and ITRO is free to grow the buiseness.IMO. This settlement is just one of many to come. THIS WAS MY FIRST POST. Can anyone name one NIR funded company that went on to become successful? I no one that may have started to turn the corner. One that has real products it produces, and sells. One that has mining claims in one of best areas of Nevada. With copper, gold, silver, and other minerals. That would be number 36 ITRO. They have finally settled with NIR.

Take a step back and look and what has happened and use some business logic. BTW What is Dr Whitney's pay and benefits? I don't believe that the good DOC. takes a salary, or pay yet.
Harp. Dont think it would interfere as been following other companies that NIR settled with. (YES.) How many more before itro? I thought itro was one of the first to sue? It is always the same MO. (YES IT IS). NIR buiseness is well known. Loan to be payed back with shares. Get shares for payments. (YES) The formula in this agreement is key. The key to what? There is a few hundred companies they lent money to. To be paid back with shares. Each settlement should be unique to each company. IMO. That is one reason they don't want it to be released.
All vary interesting. So sec law would cover itro and nir. All companies that trade for that matter. One would need to find out if sec law does covers that type of info. I would think some things like intellectual properties would not be released for the obvious, to protect them, but I don't no about a settlement. Is there a sec lawyer in the house. I still think that info would interfere with the ability of itro to trade freely, and nir's ability to settle with future companies. I have a questions for you. Did the nir investors, investing in pipe's, ever no the names of any of the sub penney companies that was in the fund they where invested in. I think they did not no the names. I seen this on the nir board. If the names of the companies were never released, well! you can see where im going. I am happy that the litigation is over, and don't feel like I was brainwashed Both companies had lawyer's working for them.
WHAT IF. It is in the settlement, not to disclose what in the settlement. That could put itro in default, and we don't want that. Now that we got them right were want them. Trust me, there is vary good reason that info was not released.
I would think that info would interfere with nir settlements with other up coming companies, and I think there will be more. I think it would also interfere with the ability to trade itro shares freely. This is two good reasons not to release that info.
I no that nir is going to convert. Im just going by the court papers, and the p/r. Like I just said. IMO. It looks like they will be operating under a new agreement, settlement, arangment, note or whatever you want to call it. So if it's a new settlement, to me it makes sense that the old settlement would be cancelled. I thought that last post was pretty clear about that. Itronics lost summary judgment and NIR basically has a judgment against itronics. YES THEY DID As part of the resolution of the litigation, the parties have entered into a settlement agreement for the balance due under the Notes. This came from the p/r, you can go back and look at the court papers, and it says the same thing. If you find out what the term are I WOULD LIKE TO NO. What part of the p/r is it that doesn't make sense. Seem pretty clear to me.
Harpo That PR references the agreement that I just posted. Where does it say the notes are cancelled? IT DOESN'T. Both parties have settle on a new agreement that has not been released.IMO. The old agreement would, and should be cancelled. Just like when you do a refinance with a bank the old note would be cancelled, and the new agreement, or note would take over. ONE WOULD NOT WANT THAT OLD NOTE TO BE FLOATING AROUND. And yes it does say nir is owed 8 million and change. Most of the terms are there in the court paper's. Just missing a small amount of information. IMO. At the request of nir, and itro.
Who said anything about NOT owen money. They owe them 8 M. and change. Just like the agreement said.
I forgot about that. That made it official.
I tryed that already. I gess he doesn't believe the p/r.
Just trying to provide you with more information that I have seen. I have no reason not to believe what's in the P/R. Hope it was helpfull.

Fulstone is an advanced stage exploration project and Auric believes it has large scale potential as an IOCG exploration target. The deposit model Auric is looking to for guidance as to potential mineralization is the Pumpkin Hollow IOCG Project with 2009 NI 43-101 compliant measured, indicated and inferred resources of 929 million tons containing 4.65 million tons of copper, 1.45 million ounces of gold, 55 million ounces of silver, 48 million pounds of molybdenum and 183 million tons of iron in five deposits. The Fulstone Project has many similarities to the Pumpkin Hollow Project, but has not yet been drilled and does not have any measured, indicated, or inferred mineral resources.
It was not released.
I am glad you approve of his lab work, because alot have tryed, but no one has been able to do what he has done with photo toxic waist, or his work in the mining industry. Maybe a little camera shy. I just watch it too. Maybe he can't talk about the settled case.
I will do that.
