All vary interesting. So sec law would cover itro and nir. All companies that trade for that matter. One would need to find out if sec law does covers that type of info. I would think some things like intellectual properties would not be released for the obvious, to protect them, but I don't no about a settlement. Is there a sec lawyer in the house. I still think that info would interfere with the ability of itro to trade freely, and nir's ability to settle with future companies. I have a questions for you. Did the nir investors, investing in pipe's, ever no the names of any of the sub penney companies that was in the fund they where invested in. I think they did not no the names. I seen this on the nir board. If the names of the companies were never released, well! you can see where im going. I am happy that the litigation is over, and don't feel like I was brainwashed Both companies had lawyer's working for them.
