Has anyone estimated the potential size (number of units)of the market for the testing device?
I am curious about the story behind the scenes that has prompted buy-ins interest here? This has really been a learning experience for me up to this point and buy-ins presents another opportunity for me to learn more.
In our case, it can't be good for weekends because I called Sunday after viewing it on Bloomberg (ad was interrupted). I was greeted by the busy message but was asked to hold and a live operator would take the call. After a couple clicks, etc. I was disconnected.
Yes, .10 looks quite good. Tasmania is just around the corner.
Wow! Does Daisy have the shorters playbook?
Oh, really? Welcome to the the 21st century - don't be stuck in the past, the times, they are a chang'in.
This is my first foray into pennyland and I must admit it has been exciting as well as debilitating at times. I certainly apprecitate the comments by the majority of the thinkers here, including Daisy. At my age, I don't consider mysely to be naive nor am I surprised by much anymore however, in my opinion, the level of deceit exhibeted here by a few is criminal.
While I would have preferred to see a stronger response today from TSHO, it is consistent with the CEO's leadership. He is taking the high road and sticking to the business plan. In the longer term, we have a winner here and I'm staying long and strong!
Earlier there was some discussion about meeting up in Las Vegas. Some day, I think that would be a great thing to do as there seems to a camaraderie developing here among the warriors.
I'm looking forward to the next pick. Do the "shorties" show up every time?
Michigan will smokefree May 1st.
Yes,but didn't Timmy have to back down?
The SEC certainly holds companies accountable for adhering to their strict requirements. These companies spend exorbitant amounts for legal and accounting fees to satisfy SEC rules that are suppossed to protect investors. Then anyone can put out a simple website and say half-truths, bash the stock but of course, it must be true because its on the internet. It sounds even more credible if someone else within a network corroborates your story. I was brought up with and understand the concept of "buyer beware" but where is the SEC? How can one protect themself from loss against this type of attack?
I sure hope Skymark, TSHO and this board will consider every option we have to stop their madness. Is there some way Skymark and TSHO could harness our collective efforts?
Back Orders - I have no experience with the order and fufillment side of this business, however, as a consumer, I have experienced this situation. In some cases, the company shipped and billed for the items that were in-stock and backordered the out of stock item(s) rather than hold up the entire order. If consumers were given a choice, it may go over better in the event of a partial backorder like the squeegee pads. If given the choice, the additional cost of shipping may not be as much of an issue, either?
It seems like these companies were selected for their expertise and shouldn't they be capable of accomodating this type of situation?
In my experience, when people are given a choice, things go much smoother.
Apparantly they have 4 different technologies to help zero in on the the optimum location for drilling once it has been determined there is oil or gas in an area.
The number on Bloomberg this morning was 800-721-1754 and I was able to get right through. Just called again and no problem.
It's Rally Time!
I understand why you may try to discredit Maone after his arguements shredded your earlier, inaccurate post. And, I'm sorry if you were unable to understand Maone's comments regarding the number of shares being shorted. It was clear to me that he was referencing certian market makers and not the entire universe. I respect Maone's contributions and solid analyses. It sure doesn't take long to figure out who are the real contributors to this board.
Wishing everyone a great Monday!
I like leverging Bloomberg and Fox business not only for the ultimate squeegee but also for the TSHO equity plug. Looks like De Beer uses his time wisely.

You will find TSHO located within the ORF list.
Maone, thanks for keeping it real.
Your analysis for purchasing was interesting but I believe Billy Mayes said it was a product that every household needs. Why shouldn't anybody buy one? Although, from my consumer point of view, the shipping is a litlle pricey, as a shareholder, I look at it a wee bit differently.
Anyone I've sent to the website has reponded quite positively and that only supports Billy's statement. I think TSHO will have a hit on their hands.
OK, I get your point - you only want to exploit "the other million + people who are addicted to infomercial crap.
The pro's will tell you never to input your trailing stops in the system because they will pick you off just as snack described.
Ditto for me.
Let's spread out the orders so we can track sales over the coming weeks through the order number. In Michigan, I won't need one for a couple months.

Yes, and I'm a little miffed that I have yet to be contacted about the ultimate squeegee after signing up at the website to be notified when it was available. It seems like Friday might be a good time to follow up?
So, how long should word on the Gates Foundation grant request take?
I'm confident the bean counter at TSHO will have determined the most appropriate alternative, e.g. debt or equity for the company. According to Mr. DeBeer, the key aspect is that TSHO will have the funding necessary to promote the next 2-3 products this year. Also, if they obtain financing from a bank or other lender, they will validate our investment in TSHO. Undoubtedly, the lender will intimately know the strategic and operational aspects of TSHO before they lend any money. I'm also fine with an equity alternative since I believe this stock has much further to run and the dilution would be minimal.
