Thanks Hawk, Adcock Ingram doing their job and getting numerous partners for Actipatch distribution/sales
Just wanted others on the board to know who is Flipping
And not just Flipping but trying to drop the SP with negative post when you want to purchase shares for a Flip.
A small sample of board spamming, two days of repetitive negative messages to create more selling because the poster wants to Buy at a cheaper price for a Flip:

The shares I bought at .0004 and sold at .0006… I’d like to thank you dearly!!
Another day.. another flip..
See you back at .0004 again shortly..
BIEL ends the day back at 4, right where it was on Friday before the MMs sold 100 million shares that they did not own
The 'Usual Suspects' had "fun" telling everyone 'the sky is falling' for a weekend but once again they were proven wrong.
You did do the Math on this right???
Your drop from .0008 to .0002 is a 75% decrease.
My rise from .0002 to .0084 is a 4100% increase.
My rise from .0002 to .003 is a 1400% increase.
What a Tool, Never Mind that your post was False Information and an attempt to create panic, that is irrelevant
Here is another fact for you to ignore. Both times that BIEL dipped into the .0002s it's SP shot up shortly afterwards,
From .0002 in January/February of 2014 to .0084 the week of 2/24/2014 - an increase of 42x
From .0002 in December 2016/January2017 to .003 the week of 2/17/2017 - an increase of 15x
Stop the BS, I posted two times BIEL dipped into the .0002s just last month

Another BIEL "expert" with Selective Memory
<<<<<<<<<<<<< afraid to admit BioElectronics is finished >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
BIEL has dipped into the .0003s and even .0002s on several occasions in the past.
Each time ddls shouted "BIEL is Finished", and each time he was Wrong.
In January and February 2014 BIEL traded in the .0002s and .0003s. By the end of February 2014 BIEL hit a SP High of .0084 .
In September 2015 BIEL dipped into the .0003s. By mid October BIEL had hit an Intra Day High of .0025 .
In November and December of 2016 and January 2017 BIEL was trading in the .0002s and .0003s. On 2/10/2017 BIEL hit a High of .003 .
Been through this a dozen times, OTC Markets wants customers to feel warm and fuzzy about the MM controlled trading system the OTC set up
The truth is that the lack of MM oversite lets them do whatever makes them the most money. When they do get busted, usually due to an inside whistleblower, it is a fine and a slap on the wrist. MMs view it as a cost of doing business and their business is maximizing profits. Many times the MM does not even have to admit guilt per the terms of the settlement.
When an MM shorts they will always claim it was necessary to 'Make a Market' but they are the sole decision maker on that action. No one looks over their shoulder and monitors whether it was shorting to actually provide market liquidity or shorting to manipulate a SP and maximize profits.
I have never said that MMs are involved in long-term shorting of BIEL. MMs have up to 13 days to cover a short before it gets recorded in the twice monthly OTC Short Report. This is plenty of time to manipulate a SP and then find the shares to cover that shorting.

If a buyer approached any of BIEL's MMs and said, 'I want 100 million shares at .0003', there is no doubt in my mind that any one of them would make it happen and be very happy with their fees on that transaction.
Lets dig a bit deeper on Friday's trading
<<<<<<< Nearly 100 million shares dumped at .0003. Oof. Looking at .0002's now. >>>>>>
Date ..... Symbol ... Short Vol ... Total Vol
20231006 | BIEL | 109074651 | 130883985
109 million shares of the 130 million total shares sold on Friday were MMs Shorting, not actual owners of shares selling, per the FINRA Daily Short Report.
In less than 2 minutes starting at 12:46:58 MMs dumped 96 million shares into the .0003 Ask which happened to be exactly the same amount as the .0003 Ask Size, dropping the Ask Price to .0002 . A blatant case of selling non existing shares with the intent to drop the SP.
Really, one is an admitted Flipper interested only in moving the SP up and down for more profit in the flips
The other famously said the new TOS was going to create a circus, said adios only to crawl back a week later.
Total BS, BIEL had the highest sales in their history during the UK years
BIEL also had the highest operating costs and losses during this time. This was due to the high cost of paying for Boots' and Lloyds' shelf space.
In 2018 when ActiPatch was added to the NHS Drug Tariff BIEL shut down the retail brick & mortar sales.
Year ........Sales ....... G&A Expenses .... Net Loss
2015 .... $2.339 mil ....... $3.128 mil ........ $2.45 mil
2016 .... $2.089 mil ....... $2.658 mil ........ $2.106 mil
2017 .... $1.763 mil ........ $2.358 mil ........ $2.118 mil
I never said that BIEL's patents had not expired
The speculation is obviously why BIEL did not renew their patents. The answer to that question is absolutely speculation with BIEL not making a statement.
Patent #8412328 expired on 5/10/2021 and the usual suspects are just now, over two years later, making it an issue.
KT Tape , DonJoy/Enovis, SAI, Amazon, Performance Health, Chemist-4-you, and others continue selling BIEL products.
Adcock Ingram did their retail launch for ActiPatch in April of 2023 so they don't seem too concerned.
A rechargeable ActiPatch still has an operational lifespan because a rechargeable battery has a lifespan. As BIEL did with the current use of the non-rechargeable battery, Trial 160 hour, KT Wave 250 hour, Smart Insole 360 hour, ActiPatch 720 hour, the same can be done with a rechargeable battery lifespan. The price of the rechargeable ActiPatch will reflect the number of hours of use the device will provide.
Well stated TP, why is no one exploring the other end of the patent issue speculation
<<<<< There are very few trustworthy folks on this board so therefore I’ll wait for the facts >>>>>
If BIEL has significant upgrades ready for ActiPatch they would need a new patent. The last patent maintenance fees were $1,800. Why pay that fee on the old patent if a new patent is needed for ActiPatch 2.0 ? Last year BIEL mentioned that they had a working prototype for a rechargeable ActiPatch and I would speculate, since it has been nearly 10 years since the last update to ActiPatch, that Dr. Koneru had more improvements ready to implement.

5 BIEL Successes off the top of my head:
* Reclassification of Shortwave Diathermy for All Other Uses, Henceforth To Be Known as Nonthermal Shortwave Therapy

* Approval from FDA pushes Frederick biotech company into commercial marketplace
Allen Etzler aetzler@newspost.com Mar 12, 2017 - It was a long battle, requiring hiring former FDA lawyers to represent BIEL's case, but BIEL secured Osteoarthritis and Plantar Fasciitis OTC indications from the FDA in 2017.

* KT Tape Launches KT Recovery+ Wave
22 Feb, 2021, 10:34 ET - BIEL signs an OEM deal with KT Health to market the 'KT Recovery+ Wave'. BIEL is responsible for manufacturing the device, KT is responsible for marketing and sales. BIEL filled KT's 18 pallet order in 2000 and two orders in 2021 totaling 34 pallets of the KT Wave.

* Wearable device for chronic pain sufferers

The first time the Little Boy cried 'Wolf' the whole village ran to help him
ddls is the Little Boy who has cried 'Trading Halt Coming', 'Andy Told Me RS Coming', 'No Way BIEL Survives SEC', 'BK Coming', 'No Way FDA Grants BIEL Clearance', hundreds of times over the last 13 years. The ihub village now gives his posts the 'ignore' response they deserve.
I expect that you will be wrong every time you make a 'Sky is Falling' post
<<<<<<<<<<<<< I expect trading to be stopped anytime. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
And my expectation has been met every year for the last 13 years
He got married and his wife was pregnant, needed a salary that could support his family
<<<<<<<<<<<<< And why did Koneru leave BIEL? Because...>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Congratulations to Dr. Koneru on his promotion to Director of Program Management at Viant
So, BIEL now has an 11 year relationship with the Viant Medical Director of Program Management who indicated that he was still available to consult with BIEL if they needed him.
And why did Viant hire and promote Dr. Koneru? Because they see a profitable future for Electromagnetic Neuromodulation Devices.
Thanks Hawk, Adcock Ingram continues to expand the availability of ActiPatch on the African Continent.
Good Grief, look at the thread
It started with 322055 and art2426 claiming that Patricia Whelan was still on the BOD and not knowing that Dr Staelin is the current COB and has been for the last 3 years.
I pointed out his errors, 322075.
On response to being called out on his BOD error art doubles down in 322107, "C'MON the CEO is on the BOD? That in itself is a JOKE and you know it!".
I pointed out that many billion dollar companies have a CEO that is either a BOD member or the COB, so it is not a "JOKE". When art complained that BIEL was not a billion dollar company, which was irrelevant to his initial claim, I showed many OTC companies operating the same way.
End of story. This thread was about correcting bad information about the BIEL BOD and evolved, via another false claim by art, into companies that allowed their CEO to be on the BOD were a "JOKE". I never stated an opinion on if 'CEO on BOD' was a good idea because it was not relevant. Many successful companies on the S&P, NASDAQ, NYSE operate with a 'CEO on BOD' structure as do many successful and many struggling companies on the OTC Markets. This proves my point, it is not a "JOKE", it is a widely adopted business structure.
If you bothered to read this thread it would show that another poster, like you lacking in the ability to do basic research, claimed that no legitimate companies had a CEO that was also on their BOD. I demonstrated that he was once again making shit up with a list of more than a dozen Billion Dollar, Very Legitimate, Companies that have a CEO who is also on the BOD and most of them had a CEO who is not just on the BOD but the Chairman of the Board.
Interesting that you should utter the word "dignity" after the BS claim that BIEL has less than 400 shareholders. This disinformation was started by ddls, the same source for the non-existent "Sales Track". This BS has been debunked in several posts over the last 5 years.
When computers entered the stock market it was no longer viable for actual stock certificates to be held by shareholders. Stock Brokers were designated as the 'Record Keepers' for how many shares each shareholder owned of a company. This change allowed the instant trading times we have today. "Less than 400" would describe the number of Stock Brokers, like Fidelity and Charles Schwab, there are that keep the records of the number of shares each shareholder owns.

<<<<<<<<<<<< This stock is held by LESS THAN 400 people >>>>>>>>>>>>
The last time BIEL was required to declare the number of shareholders was in its 2009 10k, their last year of being SEC fully reporting.
On page 16 of the 2009 10k filing BIEL reported 16,011 shareholders and that was with 1.47 billion shares .
"Holders"
"As of December 31, 2009, the Company had 16,011 holders of record of its common stock."
That is one Opinion, I'll go with the Opinions Warren Buffett, James Dimon, and Michael Dell who seem to have done just fine with the 'CEO on the BOD' model:

BIEL is AW's Legacy and KW is as interested in making BIEL a successful company as she is in getting her loans repaid.

Twenty OTC companies are listed below, random list, 10 companies above BIEL and 10 Below BIEL on the FINRA 9/20/2023 RegSHO list.

Only one new convertible loan issued in 2022 for just $20k. The other $585k in loans issued for 2022 were non-convertible.
Just today we had one that will be a Classic Twister,
" Use it for 7 days and if you aren't satisfied, you can return it. BUT you must return it UNOPENED."
Trying to make board readers believe that it was impossible to get your money back from BIEL's '30 Day Money Back Guarantee' .
A couple of days ago another, "Rick Staelin is the one that proclaimed the imminent SYNERGY deal", trying to make board readers believe that Dr. Staelin promoted the Synergy deal when he did no such thing.
3 days ago, trying to make board readers believe that a quote from 2022, "Adcock Ingram & STADA have not started sales yet", was current information.
Says the guy who made up Fake 'Sales Track' to try and "Con Investors"
<<<<<<<< you're still here trying to con investors >>>>>>>>>
14 years trying to destroy BIEL on a message board, a failure every year. That is quite the record.
Gosh professor, that is a Unsolvable Delima unless you find a 7 year old to consult with
Two separate devices in separate boxes, why not just open just one, the 7 day device, leaving the 720 hour device unopened and available for return under the terms of the offer.
"Use the 7 day trial ActiPatch first and it you aren't satisfied with your pain relief after 7 days, you can return the ActiPatch 720 for refund of $35.95"
" *** Returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date *** "
" *** Returned product must be unopened and undamaged *** "
It looks like the poster who questioned the composition of your 'gray matter' was correct.

Good Grief, Read the Offer, Two devices for the $35.95 price, a 7 Day device to try out, a 720 hour device to return if not happy with the results from using the 7 day device.
<<<<<<<< How on this earth, do you use it for 7 days without opening the package. >>>>>>>>>

Thanks GG, NASA explored a wide range of options for Pain Relief on Exploration Class Spaceflight Missions
NASA looked at numerous types of Pain Relievers that could be suitable for missions that would be years in duration. The Non-Invasive ones are listed below:
Cortical Electrical Stimulation
Photobiomodulation (Laser, LED)
Pulsed Shortwave Therapy (PSWT)
Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS
Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS)
Transdermal Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS)
Ultrasound
After all of this research the report had just two recommendations.
5.3 Conclusions
The information obtained in the execution of this review effort leads to 2 recommendations for
forward work:
1. Tie into DoD and NIH research funding efforts to improve pain treatment: the NIH has a
federal partners workgroup for their HEAL Initiative that could conceivably be joined by
NASA, and the DoD CPMRP’s initial solicitation only recently completed so that program is
young and potentially synergies could be identified with NASA.
2. Obtain an ActiPatch device for evaluation and determine whether it could be beneficial and
adapted to spaceflight use.
One of the limitations listed for the use of ActiPatch was the 720 hour life of the device. In the 8/25/2022 conference call it was mentioned that BIEL had developed a working prototype of a rechargeable ActiPatch.
