Of course.
Did it close the gap? I think Clay mentioned it in the most recent video.
Bears back in charge of this and most of the market.

Might see $4 today the way this is going.

Just curious how you or anyone would have bought at .28 when it never got that low.
Your screen shot shows your purchase was at $1.17
If you bought at .28 I'd love to see a screen shot of it.
Yeehaw!
I think it will go back to where is was. At least $6 and as high as $8. If they dont reinstate the dividend, maybe higher. But MFA knows people like this stock for the dividend so I cant see them abolishing it forever.
This stock dropped lower than it ever did during the 2008 crisis. MUCH lower. Why? Is the question.
I will be surprised as long as Hackett is there.
I'm expecting either no dividend or at the most .05
If the .15 comes back, I will pleasantly surprised.

I added 23,000 more shares today. If they reinstate the dividend to what it was...this will be a great retirement stock for me.

28?
He definitely thinks he is a genius.
Yep. Wake me when actual changes come.
Negative amigo. The information is no bueno.
Impressive close and impressive past couple of days.
Nothing has changed.

That comes from Fulloshititus. A medical condition that Calabria was diagnosed with that is brought on by speaking out of both sides of the mouth.
Did anyone really expect Calabria to publicly state "Shareholders are going to make a lot of money" or "Dont buy a certain class of these stocks because the other ones are going to get the windfall".
The most controlled & manipulated stocks in history.
If the theft stops and they continue to make billions each quarter...the market will light the afterburners, diluted or not.
2.21 Freddie & Fannie together. For now.
That one blew my mind especially because it never got that low in 2008 era. Not even close.
Flip-flop weather.

I'm convinced this saga would be over by now if the shareholders & plaintiffs had the right advocate behind them. Investors Unite is useless.
I dont know if we'd victorious or not, but at least it would be over.
Smart. And getting rid of junior preferreds...smarter yet.
PIHN, no news is not good news.

A little volume finally showed up.
For now.
Yep. Still got a long way to get back to where it was pre-Covid, but I'm curious to see where it will go and if they reinstate the dividend.
I haven't done the math but I imagine the amount of money MFA is keeping in-house, instead of paying dividends has to be huge. Which (hopefully) will result in the stock price eventually climbing higher than the $6 to $8 range we're used to seeing.
And to think it was able to do that just on rumor, hype and hope.
We'll see when we get out of this virus funk and then have to get out of the recession caused by the virus.
One bright light at the end is by stopping the dividend, it should eventually pay off with a higher PPS.
Its not often that a company can pay a great dividend AND have a share price that continues to climb. Its usually one or the other.
