I'm still here.
I did the gutless move of selling half for a double a few weeks ago and I've just been holding the rest ever since. Maybe the selling is people that made a profit and are just impatient/bored because there was quite a while in Nov/Dec when this was subpenny.
Plus the PR from a few weeks ago was nothing to write home about as far as short term progress goes: Q3 stated revenue of $278k, and the PR said they made $300k for the whole year, which means Q4 will NOT have impressive sales numbers. Which means they'll have to hit a homerun with ACTUAL guidance for Q1 sales, not just fluff like "We plan on expanding our product portfolio during 2013."
Still like the concept and the fundies are decent enough for pinky land. With the price dropping so fast in the last few days it should attract some interest. If anything, buy more! go SPOM
i'll say under
Bank, isn't their latest thing about Wal Mart different because the wording is now focused on "shipped" product meaning it's already happened?
Everything in the past was all using ambiguous phrases like "we plan to create" or "plans to have."
Like most stinky pinky PRs, all of that vague wording is usually just hyped up b.s.
However the first sentence of the PR from 1/31/13 is a statement of fact (or am I wrong about that?) but if it turns out to be false shouldn't that be considered fraud? Also they talk about going to some pet food exhibition, and I checked the website and AAPT is on the list. So unless the Global Pet Expo is in on the scam, that would have to be two statements of fact in this PR. I didnt see any other statements of fact in their previous PR's but this one seems to indicate they are finally talking about facts.
At least that's how I see it.
thanks for the PSA, it made me very nervous when they showed up right after the PR came out.
I guess we'll see what happens on Monday because the news was great and did not need a paid promo on ihub.
if you're a buzzard then I'm a donkey...
what pump are you talking about???
sorry, i should have put <sarc> after my post
my favorite pump was truthhub's video visit to CVS.
is .0198 close enough?
surprised no one is talking SPOM
50M O/S with revenues
can't tell if it's good or bad that you're silent...
I enjoy reading your board
if you don't already you should work on Wall Street
go SPOM
keep the faith bro, re-read the PR from October and look at their income statement. This hasn't had any volume basically since the day I bought and it's held at these levels. At 50 mil shares I dont see this being a dilution money tree for insiders so just wait for volume and hopefully news to follow. See you at 5 cents
Wealth, I finally left the Revolution and came across this one. I've never seen a penny stock that is making sales and only has 50M O/S!!! Volume is weak so it seems like a news update would send this one into pennies no problem.
would you mind running this one up the flag pole at least one more day?
check out the "as of" dates in your post; the O/S and A/S dates dont match.
Per the Q filed in June, O/S was 115M and A/S was 1,000M. O/S is probably around 150-175 right now
what was your purchase price on REVO?
dang did i miss the gravy train here! not enough time to do any dd, so it looks like I missed out. go elay go
this is a great stock!!!
It took a few days but I got filled at all time low last week. Got much more than my predicted dead-cat bounce so I happily sold out this morning. And in case this turns into a 10 bagger, my position was not very big so it wouldnt have made a material difference for me.
even if it's only for a dead cat bounce this seems worth the risk.
The big summertime debt conversion burned a lot of people but it was all stated their in the financials. Seems transparent enough.
along those lines, compare the numbers between AAPL's hardware division with that of the EyeTalk.
AAPL made 2.3 billion sales from hardware, or 2.2% of all sales last year. AAPL values their patents at 3.4 billion, so 2.2% of that is 72 million. AAPL doesn't breakdown their sales figures very well, so I took half of that 72 million to get 36 million for any sort of EyeTalk comparable patents.
Since REVO is not AAPL I took that patent value down by 95% to get a value of 1.8 million.
Estimate REVO has O/S of 150,000,000
1.8/150 ~ $0.012.
crude math but no matter how you slice it REVO is undervalued.
Wealth, I have become a leach and joined this one a few days ago. Ending at the HOD is great, a strong open tomorrow is even better. See you at $0.01.
isn't the 14C enough of an update for now?
check out the last page of their presentation; they expect $3MM in sales out of their European business by March of next year, and roughly $2MM in expenses.
Speaking in EBITDA terms, they'll have zero I, minimal T, D and A which I take to mean they should be able to post a profit in March of next year, TWO QUARTERS AWAY.
And then look at their projections on that same page, they expect to more than double their sales in BLVT Europe for 2014.

+1, here's a very insightful article on defense contracting (from Rolling Stone of all magazines, hope the link works):

hey man thanks for your pm from the other night, this is getting crazy!!!
8-k out; with the stock price currently at 0.0002 it either goes to 0.0000 or 0.02 tomorrow. good luck
could they possibly be the remaining shares of random sales from last week?
from today's trading to the fact that the market cap (fully diluted shares @ approx. 1,200,000,000 x $0.0004) = $480,000 while mgmt. is estimating multimillion sales in Q4, this is absurd!
anybody else notice that last trade was for 9,110,000? I've seen 911 trades but never 9,110,000. Seems too coincidental. Maybe news tomorrow?
make sure you refer people to their website's FAQ page http://www.bulovatechgroup.com/shareholder-meeting-faqs.php. The link indicates their float is "in excess of" 300,000,000, which to me means probably not close to the full O/S amount.
Not sure how they plan to deliver positive EBITDA by March of next year, but with the industry they're in it's not completely out of the question. As it is I'll keep my eye on this one.
down 300%?! what did you do, sell a naked put?
check out Empower Tech's website, last week they closed on a $270k loan with approval from TSX. I'm hopeful that it indicates TSX will also allow the sale of NNL because that is the game changer for NEIK. A broke shell company will remain so unless it can raise cash in the least dilutive way. This transaction would be the confirmation.
maybe the promo is the bit from the 8-k about issuing 10,000,000 shares?
At least there's a yearly restriction on each third of the shares, warrants included, so it's not just a share dump. All in all I'm okay with it.
check out post 3285
someone else mentioned the same thing earlier. Google finance is listing it as NEIKE too, but not on my broker's site, at least not yet.
this is from the SEC:
When a company that trades on the OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB) becomes delinquent in its reporting obligations with the SEC (for example, it submits a required filing late or in an incomplete form), the letter “E” will be appended at the end of the company’s stock ticker symbol. After the “E” is added, the company is given 30 calendar days (60 calendar days for most foreign companies and domestic banks), known as the “grace period,” to become current in its reports. If the company files complete required reports during the grace period, the “E” will be removed. If the company fails to correct its deficiency, the company’s stock symbol will be removed from trading on the OTCBB.
that made me laugh out loud: Ya man load up cause were ready to rock.
do you know what an 8-k is?
from Wiki:
"...After a significant event like bankruptcy or departure of a CEO, a public company generally must file a Current Report on Form 8-K within four business days to provide an update to previously filed quarterly reports"
couldn't agree more, this stock shouldn't have to be pumped if it's legit.
The sale of NNR should have an immediate impact though; cash of ~$500k would at least give the appearance that these guys are serious about getting back on track.
you beat me to the point! Why would an acquisition by itself make a difference to the share price since Echotec has no revenues either!!!
The news that should have an immediate impact is the sale of the subsidiary which is supposed to happen around 5/31/12. I'd imagine the estimated $500k to the company's coffers should be considered a material event but an acquisition of another shell company shouldn't. We don't have any idea how fast they'll obtain new contracts so to think acquisition of a shell company = revenue = the almighty 10 bagger is pure speculation. Hopefully the 8-k will provide their estimate for 2012 revenue because as of now it's still zero.
their current accountant used to work at the old firm. He must have wanted to go his own way and GNMT went with him.
The silence from mgmt. is deafening.
did you actually read the letter? Stan the Man is AERN's general counsel so that letter from "the attorney" is a letter from HIM!!
It's dated 2/15/12 so it's just related to the report ending 12/31/11. The moron must have forgot to post it when he submitted the financials and just now got around to it.
Spending $150k for a backwards pump is enough for me to call it quits. Good luck to those with balls of steel willing to hold but my guess is the financials will disappoint, especially since they are audited by Stan himself...
