I have received 6 different sets of divi's from companies i bought into after KATX has promised our shares of BVIG where was the slow government then ??? average wait was about 6 months to receive !!! it's been a year and a half since KATX promised ours !!! stop making excuses !!! besides take this for consideration if KATX was able to get the money to continue today they would stake the priceof gold is at today 1860 a ounce but when the mining starts in 5 to 10 years which is the average time it take to make a mine operational the gold bubble will probally burst by then bringing it back down to under a 1000 a ounce but they would still be paying the interest on the 1860 a ounce they borrowed from !!! pretty simple from there just do the math !!!

One thing to realize is that KATX needs VALE !!! VALE doesn't need KATX !!! and so far KATX isn't even close to reaching there part of the deal !!! no news no nothing from KATX worth mentioning in over a year now !!! where are our BVIG shares we should of gotten them a year ago !!! still no word about them !!! this company is dead in the water !!! you can't even flip the shares anymore with the price where it is !!! i doubt anyone who bought in at 10 cents are higher will be able to get their money back any time soon maybe a few years if KATX is even around then !!!

still no news !!! as for the so called quiet period with the agreement with VALE that ONLY applies to the claim that VALE has a option with not with any of the other claims !!! so where is some kind of update on those claims !!! WAKE UP PEOPLE !!!

I was watching a show the other day on the History Channel about gold mines and they said it takes years to get a single mine started with years of testing , drilling , sampling , and that kinda stuff then the real kicker is it takes 100's of millions of dollars up to a billion to start production !!! and since they are about broke I don't see any big investors that would consider investing until they see good results released not even VALE !!!

After doing some research there are 3 companies around the Detroit area that manufacture pistons still one is Dana Corp. for which would be great since they are a well known parts supplier after talking with a few people from their investor relations dept. they we're pretty much saying they are always looking for new ways to improve their products and stuff like that but they can't comment if they are or aren't talking with Thresher, the other is Diamond Racing Products and they said they were not talking with Thresher, which sounded real to me, the other is Federal Mogol and a person I chatted with said they just came up with there own process to improve their product and they were really happy with what they were doing, so it makes since to me that they don't have company from Detroit that they are talking with JMO

yeah i had shares with a company that went silent for almost a year and comes out with a reverse split of 500/1 went from having 100,000 shares to about 2000 shares now that company is flying high and I'm still in the hole , lol

i agree the silence sucks they use to be transparent but not anymore , i figure it is bacause they don't have anything good to say at this momment, JMO

I think some people want to bring the price down with these little sells hoping they can get back in at a cheaper price before the end of closing today it is pretty stupid to do with 300 shares though cause when they by back in they may only get 150 shares after the commision cost stupid is what stupid does lol I'm expecting the price to jump pretty good today with a big sell off tommorrow just because people want to be eligable for the divi's at the closing bell

I'm pretty suprise that we have no volume today , there is only a couple of days till we qualify for more Divi's , I'm sure we will get a good bounce before closing on the 31st jmo

just like before no name for the company they are in talks with and the news isn't on etrade either what a joke I live by Detroit and usually the local news would pick this up since it would mean more jobs for the area but nope NADA 'ill do some looking at companies that make pistons around the area but i bet there aren't many left anymore since it is cheaper to outsource

the reason why they haven't released any news is probally because if they release it it will hurt the stock value and they were hoping people like you and I would buy more shares to bring the pps up first to say .05 so when the news is dissappointing it won't bring us back to the sub-pennies land either way I have been selling off my 7 million shares slowly with no plans of buying anymore this company use to be transparent with everything you could ask Ken what he had for lunch and he would tell you tuna on wheat now you call the office you get the run around that Ken is in town today or you get the message machine saying they are extremely busy and will get back to you asap you would think with having this big law firm on retainer , a new PR firm , and a JVdeal with Vale on the tables this stock would be moving up but no it's been going down farther and farther every week

the wait for our divi's maybe longer then we think another stock that i have is finally distributing my shares after a year and a half wait they were finally authorized to release them been waiting since july 09 so don't get your hopes up on anytime soon !!! oh and there were no restictions in place on this one either

One thing about EBIG is they always try and keep the shareholders informed on what is going on, unlike many other penny stocks. Sure the process of getting our clients listed takes time ,but I believe we will all be happy with the outcome!!! I think after the first couple of uplistings the process will be faster , since they will know what it takes to get it going , so hold onto your shares and let her ride !!!

Personally I hope KATX does bounce up today but it won't it will go back down into the .03's by closing , all the profit takers will cash out while they can !!! I've been in KATX for over a year now so i have a bunch of bags with it , lol , but i have become very disappointed with their BS press releases just a bunch of hot air coming from them , they need to get their S#%T together , sure the potental is great, good assetts and stuff but we need great results other wise it's just another POS penny stock !!! you maybe right but also consider this I noticed that any company on here (meaning IHUB) that is about to take off alot of negative posters start popping up talikng about POS companies and scammers for CEO's and such maybe they are disgruntle people who do not know how to do there own DD and lose their money to real POS companies or that they actually work for IHUB and are paid by them to make the board more interesting I actually believe in the latter one if you notice they say the same stuff on every board this is just my opinion but open your eyes and decide for yourself I believe this is a good company with alot of upside so I will keep my shares for the long haul even though I am a little disappointed in them right now but if you do your own DD and not listen to what somebody on this board writes you should make out just fine

There is two ways this last update will play out , 1st being they didn't find anything worth while and they are giving the investors a way out without a massive dump on the PPS 6 months later , or they did find something worth while and they want us to be able to sell our shares for a profit when we want to either way I don't like it , they use to inform us on news all the time now they rarely do , I'm still in it for the long haul with my 7 million shares at a average of .0024 ,lol but I want some real results soon !!! So let's hope for the best and plan for the worst !!! Go KATX !!!
