Not yet, thanks for your post, I wasn't sure if it was just me not seeing it. Still getting message presentation not yet begun.
Very interesting Entendance and thanks for the report. I have always felt that 99.9999% of the investing public as well as Wall Street institutions have no idea about Implant Sciences. Your report of your dinner with your American friends helps to reconfirm my suspicions. My belief is even as of today, IMSC remains very much under the radar and undiscovered by Wall Street. I firmly believe that will change in the very near future.
It must be beautiful in Capri, I envy you! Have a great weekend too, Entendance!
LOL. Thanks b9!!!
I posted about it at IMSC Millionaire Investors Club right after it happened. Why no one discussed on here, I have no idea...
True enough Ten4. I have not sold a single share and have been a buyer from January 2010 on.... I have no plans to sell anytime in the near future. Unlike others on here who expressed grave doubts my faith never waivered yet I and others were mocked by certain posters on here. I always laughed at their mocking as I knew I would be proven right in the end. That is why I curtailed my posts here, this board has become a joke. I used to post quite often. Now I read this board for entertainment only, given some of the nonsense posted here bordering on slander against the company, and it being allowed to stay. Enough said, you can find me elsewhere ( see my earlier post today).
I disagree. The last part of the article is exactly the argument the shorts are making over on yahoo. What more evidence do you need?
You are right BlackE... Entendance has been providing investors advice for many years now and new investors would do well to take advantage of his many years of investing experience and wisdom. From his summer hangout in Capri Entendance is driving new istitutional investors into IMSC.... See their questions to him Here!
Sarcastic comments like that are not necessary....
Here's my take on this:
I'm sure forces are working hard against IMSC slowing down the process. Obviously the technology works, and the threat from ISIS is increasing day by day! I'm sure Bolduc if only he could talk freely, he would really criticize the TSA for taking so long. Of course, publicly he says he respects the TSA, etc. but I doubt that's what he really thinks, but you can't "bite the hand that feeds you" obviously. Every American should be proud of what Implant Sciences is trying to do, and the uphill "political battle" they have against the forces aligned to keep them out of the market. Really, every Implant Sciences employee should be thought of as an American hero, and I'm sure they all work long hours, etc. If I worked there I would also feel like I was doing great work and willing to put in lots of extra hours to get the job done. That is why I get so frustrated to see some of the remarks against the company, sarcastic comments that have no basis in fact like yours.
Shorts are going to get burned, and nice downward paint to 1.21 seconds before the close yesterday. I agree with what Entendance said about the street not discovering the stock until a much higher share price than where most investors will be gone. I believe 99% of Wall Street analysts have no idea about IMSC right now.
Yesterday IMSC was one of 5 listed as Top 5 Defense Companies to buy in 2015.
We reported it first yesterday morning at the IMSC Millionaire Investors Club - the first with important information of interest to IMSC investors!
What is going on with the ask?
34000 shares have been on the ask for over two hours now. But started out at 0.0197, then dropped to 0.0195, 0.0193, 0.0191, and now it is back at 0.0193!
What's the purpose of doing that?
As of yesterday's close, with 75.7M shares outstanding, the market cap is now $1.5M. The company has $1.7M in cash! It is crazy the market cap is less than the cash in the company's vault! It also places $0 on the value of the mining property and the mining license. The stock is extremely undervalued.
Agreed, Entendance is spot on on that…
At the IMSC Millionaire Investors Club we always warned not to waste time taking baits… Latest time was just a short while ago back on August 1!
The issue with Morpho's device and most likely its removal from the ACSTL was correctly predicted by Entendance on the IMSC Millionaire's Club back on July 30. Also today other sources of additional information on the vulnerability have been posted there!
Highly doubtful! The TSA doesn't have any budget for air cargo security equipment purchases. All they can do is step up their enforcement that air cargo shippers replace their units which no longer are on the QPL. TSA isn't a charity, they aren't going to buy and then donate units to shippers. It is all part of the air cargo shippers' cost of doing business in the air cargo space.
It boils down to: If air cargo shippers can't afford to keep up with TSA's requirements for security, they don't belong in the business!
Let's hope the TSA steps up inspections/enforcement of air cargo shippers' security equipment!
What's the added value of your suppositions? Is that all you can do for due diligence?
FYI that news was posted first at the place where people stay informed about important events:
The IMSC Millionaire's Club 21 hours ago.
Entendance, that's the story I heard too, in fact at a visit to the company Mr. Bolduc asked me what I knew about him and told me the part of the story about the picture taking which he didn't realize would be blasted all over the internet! Also he apparently was trying to apply ideas from the business he works in (which is far removed from the ETD business that IMSC plays in and doesn't at all deal with gov't customers - which those of us who DO deal with the gov't know all about how hard that is with unexpected delays) and telling Mr. Bolduc how to run his business. So that's the version of it I heard directly from Mr. Bolduc. After that, apparently he has a real grudge/vendetta against both IMSC and its investors, and wastes lots of time trying to infuse doubt about the company's prospects going forward, and spinning any event/milestone into a negative, even spewing doubts about the company getting a large order from the TSA after passenger qualification! Anyone with an iota of knowledge about the facts would know that when the company gets qualified, a large IDIQ order will follow as Mr. Bolduc pointed out in the the last CC. He also has posted nonsense about wanting to meet the rest of us investors at the next company shareholders meeting, and "looking them in the eye" to understand why they believe so much in the company, blah blah blah.
That theory about TSA approval being today just because it is the last day of Congress in session before going on vacation for a month makes absolutely no sense. Congress has nothing to do with the TSA other than oversight, and unless TSA were in the middle of some Congressional hearing and on the hot-seat (which they have been in the past but aren't currently), Congress going on vacation for the next month is not going to make the TSA grant approval today. Congress is the legislative branch, TSA is the executive branch, and Congress has nothing to do with day-to-day decision making at the TSA. Anyone who lives in the US understands the separation of powers between the legislative and executive branches of the US Gov't.
My guess is if it doesn't happen today, tonight there will be a predictable rant at Bolduc and IMSC for not getting the job done, as if they have any influence over the process.
That sounds good Entendance. I wrote him yesterday morning and just expressed my desire for some plan to move the company forward, while phosphate prices are low, and also to let shareholders know what is going on. I pointed out that the share price was languishing due to lack of info and the seeming halt on everything while phosphate prices were low, along with no apparent plan on an a strategy if it took a long time for phosphate prices to recover. I have not gotten any reply yet, although in the past Raoul sometimes took a couple of days. I don't care about a reply, I just hope we see some action and some statement by the company to all shareholders of what is happening. I hope he takes Entendance's suggestions on what other directions the company might take if the mining operations continue to be halted.
Indeed, someone just picked up nearly 100K shares at 1.18 a few minutes ago!
Actually you can also find some discussion of SGGV at http://tinyurl.com/lwfqc8o (The IMSC Millionaire Investors Club).
I am working on my email and will be sending it out later this evening or early tomorrow.
I am going to send an e-mail later today. If enough shareholders contact the company and express their concerns about the lack of information that has come forth in the past months, the new CEO will get the message he owes the shareholders an explanation of where the company is going, the plans in regard to current/expected phosphate prices, etc. etc. He needs to know that to-date the communication from the company this year has been unsatisfactory, and of course that is exactly why the share price has deteriorated to its current level.
The guy is Todd Silvestri the VP of Engineering. I am not 100% sure but I think the gal is Brenda Baron which would make sense since she is VP of Manufacturing... She is a little hard to see in the picture so that is why I am not 100% sure but it looks like her.
That is correct Entendance. He has always answered me in the past, and I expect this time to be no different.
LOL at the "tiny bomb outfit" - they are on the verge of really taking off. I am in very deep there actually, much more than here.
As Entendance says there's lots of info on it at http://tinyurl.com/mhngo8u for anyone to do their DD.
By the way, I had already sent my e-mail to Raoul yesterday at the time I posted, so everyone will have to ask the other questions they want to ask him themselves.
Perhaps now that phosphate prices are rising, everyone should ask Raoul some questions such as the following (which I'm asking him by e-mail). My purpose in asking them is to see if he has some plan going forward. My hope is he does and is ready to get things moving quickly at some phosphate price point. Here are the questions I'm asking him:
1. What is the price of phosphate needed to start the project up again?
2. How long are you prepared to wait for the price of phosphate to increase to start the project up again?
3. If the price of phosphate does not increase in the short term, are you prepared to sell the property to recoup the money spent on developing it?
IMSC's equipment is ETD (Explosive Trace Detection). EDS (Explosive Detection Systems) are usually x-ray and for high throughput, but cannot identify the explosive, just the possibility of an explosive. Usually then suspect packages are passed to the ETD layer for further examination and verification if an explosive substance is truly present.
No, it was clearly stated OT&E still in progress as of CC. So no way would there be some announcement next week, the report writing hadn't even started as of May 15.
Sounds good, due to conflict was unable to dial in to CC but glad to see from the postings here that the general impression of it was good. Looking forward to listening to the replay of it.
Surely it is from Ion Metrics, a company that IMSC bought that makes miniature mass spectrometers: http://www.bizjournals.com/boston/blog/mass-high-tech/2008/04/implant-sciences-buys-ion-metrics-in.html
It sounds for sure one airport is ready to place an order immediately. Hope they act quickly since they requested the testing....
I thought this part of the PR was very interesting:
"This testing was performed at the request of an airport in Germany that plans to use the QS-B220 to speed up their inspection process at apron checkpoints. Successful completion of the approval process opens up opportunities at airports through the region," stated Implant Sciences' Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Dr. Darryl Jones.
One only has to read http://www.implantsciences.com/insider_trading.html to understand what you just pointed out. Rather easy to figure out that it would not be easy to buy on the open market unless purchases were scheduled at regular intervals well in advance, so as not to cause problems with "insider trading" rules. They can't just decide today to go and buy a bunch of shares at the current sp as stated under the "pre-clearance of trades sections". The list of possible material events (defined as "material non-public information) on this page pretty much precludes any instantaneous trading as it is easy to see there is going to be a material event in any short time period and they can't trade around a material event.
In short, the only way they could do buying on the open market would be through a regularly scheduled buying program set up well in advance.
Somehow the word needs to be gotten out that the market cap is now less than the value of the net tangible assets. The latest quarterly report shows net tangible assets at $4.123M. Cash on hand is $1.841M, Property Plant and Equipment is $3.327M, and Total Liabilities including Debt is just $1.206M.
There is no way the market cap should be less than net tangible assets! It is way oversold, but unfortunately being so far under the radar the market isn't noticing that.
"Sorry."
I am not sorry it didn't close in the 0.70's since we were told to bank on it. Evidently others are very unhappy it didn't close in the 0.70's.
You appear to be saying there was no manipulation at the close. On the other hand you said the close was manipulated to 82 cents and it should have closed at 79 cents.
Sorry your bank on it statement earlier today did not come true as you hoped.
That is not at all what I said. I was talking about the fact you stated: "It would have closed at .79 if it weren't for the manipulation in the last 20 seconds of the trading day.." You also are on record saying it would close in the 0,70's, "bank on it".
The facts show at worst case it would have closed at 81 cents.
Apparently some shorts are disappointed it did not close in the 0.70's.
No it would not have, it would have closed at 81 cents. 79 cents was when someone intentionally in the morning sold 100 shares to get it there. It was at 80 or above all 99 percent of the day.
I am going to be watching it at 10:30 AM with great interest. The link to the webcast is http://noble.mediasite.com/mediasite/Play/59ee5e2f9329417e845570c79db446b41d?catalog=de6778ab-bb90-4b6e-9acc-4546c85c52d6
Hey dtstx. Thanks for posting that explanation, etc. I think what you wrote at the end of your post is worth repeating and makes perfect sense to me:
"The comment about "building the mining facility was slowed..." is separate. I think they know economies around the world are improving but phosphate prices will lag until inventory is delpleted by the upcoming planting seasons. One thing about cheap prices, that usually translates to increased usage I would think."
Yes, that is a good link, thanks for posting it!
