Stocks are inherently bearish. If left to languishing by themselves they all would slide on a downward progression to .0001. Only positive news and information on it's particular segment of operation or positive company advancements can change pps direction.

Double bottom is always needed before the MM moves it up. But people have to want to buy and there is the rub. If not then a tight trading channel will continue.

Around $1.25. Their product cost companies a lot of money. Companies will try at all costs to avoid that expense. They try to influence the decisions of government bodies such as the EPA and DEP in an effort to buy time or eliminate outright more stringent emission levels.

Bottom line: With 250B AS,(Go ahead and Google how many companies ok'd that size of an increase) no one knows nothing about what this company is up to. This company's behavior for the past year and a half has been a long's worst nightmare. Many are down multiple tens of thousands waiting for the turnaround and ultimate vindication that holding was the best approach for making big money here after all.

I still think this is a scam. Although I always trade with the market, I didn't think it would come to this bad of a state of seemingly no return. Other stem cell companies like, of all names, ReGen BioPharma; are just rolling along with many irons in the patent fire generating revenue. Why them and not this company? Because they never planned to become a viable company. They clear Ironridge to enter an even worse agreement with YA Global. Real smart.

C'mon, pps cannot be influenced by mb chatter. All shareholders don't read the mb's first before deciding to buy or sell. Too many like myself strictly buy or sell on strength or weakness that's illustrated by the chart's indicators.

You look at any big news event on any stock and the three-week pattern is always the same, one-two day spike the 7-12 day decline.

It's not "your board". Posts both pro and con cannot be deleted when focused on the stock. Admins will reverse malicious deleting by mods and revoke their stature as such entity.

No commitments till they are absolutely, positively sure they can achieve a seamless transition. Anything less is too risky and they will not budge from a product that already works.

Again, I don't fight the market and the market says this company's pps is going lower. The big pop in March pps that retreated back over 80% and never recovered is self evident. This recent pop did the same but on a smaller scale.

It means anything is possible because the company's management has successfully kept shareholders clueless as to what is going on with the company.

I just feel sorry for investors that hope for these penny companies to become what managements have told them. I day trade only because of that fact. I don't trade against the market no more no matter how great the "possibility that this is the one". 99% to 1% is the ratio of losers to winners in penny stocks. This Dr pulled the rug out from under shareholders feet.

No one knows anything about the company's actual integrity in the stem cell field.. There are companies using the process though for animals since 2006. I think they are the companies to invest in.

SVFC will probably cease to exist by year-end as Hanover takes control/ownership.

Same type of sell-off happened in March with no SHO issued. This pr spike is no different.

You guys better sell before you lose it all. If it was so great an invention the share price would have continued gaining value. Even if you are not below due to averaging down eventually you will hit the point where you can't buy enough stock to continue that defensive tactic. Been here, done this........It's not going. to come back. You'd need the EPA to force trucking companies and manufacturers to install their converters to turn this around

I know someone that knows better but still bought at the high. They've been averaging down ever since with the hope of getting another pr that they can sell into and get out without a loss by the skin of their teeth. Truth is they do suffer a loss because the capitol is tied up and not making money.

These big pr pops are only good for one thing - shorting. Accredited investors separating the naive from their money. Hopefully you will learn from this bad investment and not make it again going forward, unlike the person I know that hasn't.

Most institutionals in their charters forbid stock purchases in shares under $5. Their are a few though that do nothing but trade stocks under $5.

MM's just move the B/A based on buying and selling pressure. They can't move the price up if no one is buying just as being unable to move the price lower if no one is selling during normal trading days.

However, their job is to "make a market" for the stock. If necessary they can create bull/bear runs to stir interest again in the stock.

Their profit is the spread between the B/A.
