Don't blame the CEO.
Blame yourself, buy low sell high...
Here is my 2cents:
Lots of people bought TYTN during the last run, in the .0010-.0020 range, plus all the people that are holding shares from .0005-.0009 range.
Therefor we should be able to hold the .0011-.0019 trading range while waiting on news, even if the company is diluting, there should be enough people buying to sustain the pps at these levels.
Just got 1.1mil
We need to clear. 0018 and move forward.
IMO Frustration
People are looking for immediate gratification.
is it a AON order?
API's Director of Engineering, Mr. Sean McIntosh, said,
"We are excited about this new breakthrough development and believe this could have a dramatic impact on the portable power market. Our advantages over competitive technologies/products include higher energy densities, lower pressures, higher yields, non-toxicity, lower costs, and meeting fuel cell purity requirements with no additional steps."
It obvious there is major interest in the product!
They are modifying the product to accommodate the need of the potential buyers.
Why continue changing a product that is market ready?
Only to satisfy the need of the consumer.
Low volume, but strong movement~ Love it!
Hopefully tomorrow when we see a PR, we move north FAST
Sorry;
Wouldn't the free otcbb otcqb quotes delayed?
Could you post an L2 shot...
Same here!
Seeing this as a buying opportunity.
I have two position here, one long, and one short for quick gains.
There is no company dilution today
So who is selling at .002-.0021 price range?
If people held, we would be back up at .003
NEXT YEAR AWARDS:
SAVW WILL BE ON THAT LIST
As long as .004 holds.
The .004-.005 is loading zone! Easy 20-100%
Someone willing to hold longer will be greatly rewarded.
Same as the rest of the day...
Just a shake, smart money is buying today.
I doubled my position today.
On May 26, 2011, American Scientific Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) closed on a series of six-month promissory notes (the “Notes”) in favor of eight (8) accredited investors (the “Investors”) for total proceeds of $495,000 in the aggregate (the “Offering”). Pursuant to the terms of the Notes, interest on the unpaid principal balance of the Notes will accrue at a rate of eight percent (8%) per annum and the Notes mature six months from the date of issuance. In order to secure the Company’s obligations under the Notes, the Company granted to each respective noteholder a lien and security interest on 5,000 units of the Company’s VeraTemp thermometer. Further, pursuant to the terms of the Notes, the Company has the option to prepay a portion of all of the amounts owed under the Notes prior to the maturity date without penalty.
nothing on ask?
Its a start up company...
They have limited revenues and lots of debt, how else can they deploy their plan? They must dilute in order to raise capital to further develop the business.
Nice detailed summary of the PR.
I like how motivated/excited the CEO sounds.
Just added 1/2 mil
will add more as soon as the pattern clears up.
What was the total buy/sell today?
People are looking for a QUICK FLIP
While few see the benefit of holding for the long haul...
Good to see older Tytans:
Why would they want to spend money on auctions when they can SETTLE??
Tytn inventory is useless to the FDIC...
They are better off trying to settle the loan with Tytn for a smaller dollar amount then try and auction off tractors and implements.
Makes perfect sense to me, FDIC will get more money from a settlement rather then an auction of tractors.
IR PHONE 386-985-5853
I'll buy all the 5's they have to sell
Dont think Guy Vinci is IR any longer.
year old info.
please try and stay current.

Why would the company want to sell at this price?
If this was a P&D shouldn't the pump be stonger to get the PPS to a hire price. They could tell us so many lies to get the price higher.
His first public company...
I think he is a consultant and our new IR.
"we are pleased to announce the addition of Guy Vinci to our team. Guy will head up our Investors' Relations Department."

POST DELETION
While in adminstrators, moderators, and assistant moderators are in "manage mode," they see a message that says, "Click any message below to view, then remove or restore it." Clicking on a specific post will then show the option to "remove" the post for violating iHub posting TOS, TOU, or rules stated elsewhere (e.g., User's/Moderadtors Handbook). Clicking the button to remove a post will then provide the following options as iHub-justified reasons for removal by adminstrators, moderators, or assistant moderators: (1) Personal Attack, (2) Duplicate Post, (3) Spam, (4) Off Topic, (5) Vulgarity, (6) Author Asked to Remove, (7) Violation of Privacy, and (8) Threat.
Duplicate – an accidental duplicate post by a single Member; this does not mean a similar message posted previously or the same content posted by a different Member.
Personal Attack – when someone attacks one or more members personally rather than the content of that Member's message; the post does not have to be addressed to the "target" of the attack to be considered a Personal Attack. If it attacks a messenger rather than the message, it qualifies for deletion and it is expected that Moderators will remove it.
Spam - posting the same or similar content to more than two (2) boards within a calendar day; posting the same or almost identical post more than twice within a calendar day i.e. "where's the PR?", "anyone seen the PR?", "thought there was going to be a pr today?", "geez, is the pr coming out today or not?"; sending the same or similar unsolicited PM to multiple recipients; posting content that is off-topic to the subject of a board; posting statements that do not add value to the discussion (i.e. simply "LOL" or "Yes"); posting excessively on one or more message board(s). If you feel someone is abusing their posting privilege in this manner, please discuss this with a Site Admin prior to removing any posts; spam that overlaps off-topic (see below) are posts containing content promoting other sites, stock-related or not, that has no use in the discussion (for example, if your board is about Ford Motor Company, a post or link about a home improvement company is not relevant to the discussion); and posting the same "noise" posts i.e. "to da moon" or "this stock is a POS" continuously without other relevant content.
Off-Topic - by far the most common abuse of positing privileges, these posts consist of anything that is not about the topic of the board (including discussions of other stocks or companies in any given stock board); posts about or focusing on other Members or groups of people and their reasons for posting on the board (i.e. "XYZDownDaDrain" is just a basher, ignore him", "XYZToDaMoon" is a pumper", "the naysayers are very loud today", "c'mon, where did all the cheerleaders go?"); the post does not have to be addressed to a specific person; if the post is about other Users then it should be removed; posts with religious or political statements should be removed as "off topic;" these inevitably create an avalanche of replies that are off topic as well; posts about Moderators and/or deletions are also "off topic;" issues of this nature need to be discussed with a Site Admin; putting "ot" at the beginning of a post does not make it acceptable; it is still off topic and eligible for removal.
Vulgarity* – profanity of any kind is unacceptable on the stock boards, even when punctuation characters are used to "fill in the blanks" or letters are changed (f**k, azzh*le, etc.); the PG13 rule is loosely used as a guideline to what is/isn't acceptable; the theory is that if society has deemed it appropriate for a 13 year old to hear, it is unlikely that it will be offensive to the majority of Users; any (e.g. PG or above) form of vulgarity directed at another User is unacceptable and should be removed (i.e. "you're a sh*thead", "you act like an a**", "you're a d*** liar," etc., does NOT help your case").
Author Asked to Remove – when a Member has specifically asked that a post be removed and has cited a valid reason for removal, such as accidentally revealing personal information; this is an occasional accommodation and is not to be used to "mask" the removal of bona fide TOS violations; if you are asked as a Moderator to remove more than 2 messages as Author Request, please send the User to discuss with Administration.
Violation of Privacy – posting of what the member believes to be any personally identifiable information (email, real name, phone, address, etc.) about another User or posting the contents of a private message; for example, if a Member posts that "XYZDownDaDrain is actually Bob Smith", whether the information is accurate is a moot point; the Member was trying to disclose personal information; posting or referring to the contents of private messages without the author's prior consent is considered a violation of privacy and can get you suspended or terminated from the site.
Threat – Member threatening any other Member in any fashion, including but not limited to threats of defamation, abuse, wrongful use of this site to "get back at the other Member," violence, or physical harm against anyone.
*"Vulgar" means offensive language (e.g., language that exceeds what the motion picture industry allows in a PG or - at the envelope - a PG-13 movie). See Investors Hub User and Moderator Handbook (2011) at "Deletion of Posts."
NOTE THAT THE VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE ABOVE WILL LIKELY RESULT IN POST DELETIONS, BOARD BANS, AND/OR SITE SUSPENSION. THEREFRE, THINK BEFORE YOU POST.
This is not dilution.
The heavy volume is coming from people that bought at .0005 and flipping from .0006-.0009.
Everyone wants immediate gratification
Zecco is changing there billing charges as of TODAY
I am switching to another platform, for better features at a similar price.
You should def read up on that, they are no longer charging 4.50 a trade for penny stocks.
