Obviously as investors or speculators whatever the case may be we just have to make a decision and that decision is to believe that nothing's going to happen and it's going to eventually go to nothing or there will be an inspection date there will be an update and there will be an eventual inspection and there will be a cannabis license granted.
If we believe the former then it's better to just sell and that's what some have done and they will probably come right back in if the tables turn and positive expectations and updates are on the table again.
If we believe in the latter thought I expressed, then we continue to hold because if the update comes this month and it tells us of the date of inspection the price will start to move on the road do doubling tripling or quadrupling from current prices if they are under .01 and that will be because of the positive expectation in the update and as the inspection happens the price will further appreciate based on the for the positive expectation that a license can potentially now be granted. It will be a new Road to recovery in progress and all in all this is a long-term investment.
Let's hope that the update comes sooner than later but my expectation is sometime before the end of the month and I could be completely wrong but I think it's a reasonable expectation.
IMO
I definitely agree with you and there's no question that these prices are closer to buying targets and not selling Target prices.
As much as the CEO leaves to be desired in reference to communicating with the shareholders I still have to believe that there will be an inspection most likely this month and there will be an update.
Again as much as I hate lack of professionalism and communication I guess I cannot really expect that in Penny Stock land let alone in the bigger Capital markets where they're all spinning the facts anyway and it's not like these companies are filled with honest people.
Having said that I choose to believe that any of this delay is most likely because of the South African government officials who could not care less about what the shareholders feel win or lose.
My guess is that the inspection date was pushed back hopefully no more than a few weeks for whatever reason off which the government could give a thousand reasons we don't need to guess.
So I will continue to hold and there is absolutely no reason for me to sell at these prices and this is just my opinion.
For people who are not financially invested and only seemingly emotionally invested for whatever reason please don't bother responding to this post:))
IMO
Thank you for your reply but that's what was confusing me because I felt the opposite and I feel they must have some communication by now in terms of when the inspection is going to be held
IMO
I'm not quite sure about why the update is not out and this point and the only thing I can think is that they want the gap in time to be as short as possible between the date of the update announcement and the actual inspection of the facility.
Strukture, DDempsey, Bigbadwolf or anyone who is a serious long have an idea on when this update might be released?
I don't really need any unsolicited opinions from those of you who don't have any shares because I can deal without that insanity LOL if you know what I mean
IMO
Good Morning
It is entirely possible the long-awaited update maybe released today or tomorrow because I simply don't see any reason at this point with the financials out and the stop sign removed over a week and a half ago and icing on the cake with the clarification statement yesterday from plpl that the cannabis license is all txtm essentially.
You're on the sidelines it's time to buy
IMO
I agree with you and I could be wrong but I believe we should get news this week by Friday or before
IMO
Excellent and in my opinion that was an excellent Buy that could be extremely rewarding in the very near future
IMO
Yes while I agree with you I believe your intentions are not sincere for whatever reason and you have a tremendous amount of ill-will and disbelief in the management and you may not be willing to entertain the probability or the possibility of anything remotely positive that is in the works and in process right now.
So be clear with the rest of us so we understand if you have any intentions of being favorable or unbiased in your views and for example you understand that the real business here is getting the cannabis license and so what happens if they announced that they have been chosen for the inspection of their facilities and do you think that is a good sign and what happens if they get granted the cannabis license which gives them the gateway to open a real business as you say and based on the scope and potential of that business in that country will you change your views
I am challenging you honestly and openly to tell us about the intentions of your heart because otherwise no one can take you seriously because you are predisposed to ill will towards the management and the company.
I hope that makes sense and I wish you well
I'm sure you understand you cannot and will not make any real impact on the future of this company or shareholders who can think for themselves
IMO
First there is nothing unusual about a family-owned business some of the biggest conglomerates in the world are family-owned and there is absolutely nothing unusual about this nor is it funny in any way and I'm just being honest.
Second the clarification needed to come from the side that made statements that caused even minimal confusion on this fact and the CEO of txtm was not the one that needed to make this clarification so everything was done properly.
Since by your own admission you are simply here for your own entertainment and the entertainment of others I thank you for your services since you have no vested interest and if you do you have not made that clear to the rest of us
Have a beautiful Wednesday
IMO
Very critical news
This news release and statement is extremely critical and in my opinion now gives the full green light for txtm to release their update on the process and the status of obtaining the cannabis license in South Africa.
I would expect the news to now come out since the financials are current and the clarification with this news was extremely important and makes the pathway clear for the new update by txtm on when the inspection is now going to take place
This is as strong a Buy Signal as I have ever seen and timing is critical and if you're sitting on the sidelines this is the time to get off the sidelines and buy as much as you intention to buy.
IMO
Everything and I mean everything
Good morning fellow patient investors
This is not a complicated company or season. Many of you who have followed the happenings in this company understand this one very basic fact that Can Make It or Break It at this point in time for this company and it's really very very simple.
The company shares are trading at one tenth of a penny. We all know the struggle for the company in reference to the acquisition of the cannabis license in South Africa and we all know the frustration that this has brought in the past to investors. The struggle has been 99% because of the government in South Africa and the delays the government has caused. I'm simply recognizing the reason for the delay as not being the company per se and not so much that I mean to blame the government or the company for that matter because it is what it is and this is real life. We're talking about legalizing a drug and of course is going to be division and that's what politics is.
Having said that the reason I mention that this is very simple is because everything and again I mean everything at this point is resting on the acquisition of the cannabis license in South Africa as being the single most important and highest priority and focused energy on the part of what will make or break this company. The vast acreage and the facilities and existing equipment and all the plans and hopes and discussions with at least one or two potential candidates in terms of creating non-dilutive financing the bridge the gap from when they get licensed to actually getting ready and Manufacturing and creating Revenue by licensing patented extraction technology and much else is all centered on first acquiring the cannabis license in South Africa because without this none of this can move forward.
So since everything is based on expectations and we are buying the future investors one more time as evidenced by the fury of acquisition of shares and the last couple of hours of this past Friday was based on the expectation that an update is coming and that the update potentially includes positive expectancy in reference to getting the inspection date and the specific facility to be inspected and that these time frames are in the very near future and in my personal opinion if this is true it is probably within the next couple of weeks that the inspections would take place.
The further positive expectancy would be that the company based on their long-term decade-old relationship with the health Ministry officials and with all the back-and-forth communication and The credibility established by the company principals as being long-term players and contributors to the community there and not some marijuana Cowboys looking to take advantage and exploit the industry and the people and the region would actually have a very good chance in being granted the cannabis license within a short period of time after the inspections have concluded and I would imagine that would be within 30 days or less after inspections assuming the company can pay the fees for the acquisition of the license which my expectation is that it is under $10,000.
So here is what it all boils down to and that is the fact that if we get an update especially this week on the acquisition process and where it stands along with confirming an expectation that the inspection is in fact happening with details on the date of the inspection and the inspection Facility address the price per share should I run fast and hard from here to going 3 times to five times which puts it at .003 to.005 just speaking in general expectations and not specific technical analysis based expectations. Once the inspection happen the price would rise a bit more in the further expectation of perhaps getting the license granted to the company. If the price per share is still around half a cent which is 5 times higher than the price today then at the time of the announcement that the license actually in fact has finally been granted in this very early and first batch of licenses being granted in South Africa I believe the shares will very quickly run towards a penny and even higher.
Ultimately getting the actual license is going to be a complete game-changer for this company and the beginning of the new beginning setting a whole new set of positive expectations on the distant future and the long-term potential liability and credibility will then be built on further Communications to get to that next phase of actually monetizing everything and this will then take the form of becoming an actual long-term play with current prices never to be seen again if the company plays their cards right and do what they need to do to expedite everything towards getting started with the actual manufacturing and selling of cannabis under the stipulations off the potentially granted license.
The gates open at 9:30 Eastern Standard Time so take your positions and fire those buy orders in if you are an actual investor and if you believe the update is coming and the inspections are coming and the license is coming and eventually the manufacturing and sale of cannabis is coming:))
I know what I believe and I know what I stand for but the question is
Do You?
Sincere best wishes
IMO
Lol your perfect brother
There was no disrespect meant even for the real Junkies because everyone has their own risk tolerance levels and investment objectives.
If they got the license then maybe long-term is great just too many variables but again one thing at a time so let's look at getting that update and moving from there:))
IMO
You have an absolutely valid point my friend
LMAO
But you know Junkies are a dime a dozen in reference more specifically to the penny stock market. So I was talking about the Junkies that are going to be birthed on Monday morning at the starting line buying shares with their short-term short mind span already committed to selling with a couple of ticks after buying at .001 for example.
But if the buying power is strong it should be able to take out .0012
IMO
Struk I completely agree with you in terms of the Monday Tuesday Wednesday timing and yes I'm expecting some strong slapping power on Monday as people Rush to get their hands on these shares.
As long as the company comes out with the update this coming week we should be good but we don't want is the Nervous Nellie's and the emotional rollercoaster 1 and 2 Tick trading Junkies start flipping shares and at the same time not getting a company update. But it's pretty highly probable that you're going to get the update Tuesday Wednesday most likely.
Let's Roll:))
IMO
Think clearly
So I have been communicating in my last posts that it is extremely highly probable that the update is not only coming soon but will most likely be communicating perhaps quite specifically an inspection date that the company has already been given and this is again speculation on my part however confident I may be in projecting this notion. Furthermore the company might even give us the exact facility that's going to be inspected. This may have been the reason for the slight delay in the update or it could be in an entirely different reason and that's not what's important here.
What's important is that the company is without a doubt going to give us an update as shareholders and again I believe it's going to be a very important update in terms of the timing in the process of specifically the cannabis license in South Africa being granted to the company eventually and the first step here at the current present moment yes to get the inspection done whether it is formal or informal since they have been through an inspection last year as well.
Now here is where we need to think clearly and that is if the company is going to actually have an inspection what is the probability that the company is going to get the license granted to them?
What is it that the company may have or may not have done to make sure that the probability of getting a cannabis license in South Africa is extremely favorable.
I believe that at this point at the very most the license will be either granted immediately and by that I mean in a couple of weeks after the inspection or there may be one or two simple conditions because you never really know where the government is going to stand before granting perhaps the first batch of licenses to the most suited candidates.
The bottom line is if the company is granted the license it opens the windows of Heaven so to say for them and they have been pursuing this for so so long and the shareholders have been extremely patient for a very long time.
These price levels are so ridiculously deeply discounted because of the long frustrating wait and the delays but clearly some strong money came in in the last few hours of the market on this past Friday because perhaps they did not want to push their luck too far and they bought a great number of extremely valuable shares at around one tenth of a penny.
Fundamentally speaking as soon as the update comes out and confirms inspection dates and the specific facility for example we know the price movement is going to be a Swift and severe upward adjustment towards the half a cent mark and all technical resistance levels will be crushed on its way to .0056 or so. As the inspection date gets closer I believe there is every chance the shares will make an attempt to run towards the one cent mark which makes it a 10 bagger from here at current prices of around the penny. If the license is granted then we're going to run towards the two Penny mark and whether we will reach it or when we reach it is moot at this point and up to debate.
There could be in Monday morning Rush however the company needs to at this point act swiftly in terms of getting the update out and not wait too much into next week.
IMO
Yes it Will
Yes we can
It's going yo happen.
Keep your eyes on the prize
IMO
Buy
All the .008's you can IMO
It's not too late:))
IMO
Those of us who follow txtm must also follow plpl and you can see that the volume is healthy and the price action has been quite positive with plpl and the News flow has been consistent.
With txtm the main thing is the main thing and that is the cannabis license in South Africa and once that train gets started and becomes more real to the investors starting all the way from now actually announcing an update with an inspection date and specific facility to be inspected and then most likely being granted the license and if these things happen one would imagine a sizable upward and positive price adjustment in the shares of txtm and of course plpl benefits from the advancement and growth potential of txtm it's a win-win and we must follow both IMO
IMO
The update is in reference to the status on getting the cannabis license in South Africa in answer to your question.
I did not say they would not get the license and I did not say the inspection will not take place.
What I said was that in my opinion most likely the update will come soon the inspection will happen there after and the license will most likely get granted.
IMO
I agree 100% with what you're saying and the delay was all from the side of the South African government and completely out of the control of pro text.
In my best guess and opinion the update is probably within 3 to 7 days and the inspection is probably before the end of this month or perhaps the first week of June and then a few weeks after that the license would be granted if they were going to get it and my opinion is they will get it.
The real new beginning of the beginning starts from when they actually get the license. When and if they get the license and again I believe they will get the license this is the time at which they have to most possibly raise funds for at least the intermediate term to get everything started and again I'm looking ahead that these funds would hopefully be non-dilutive which is in the company's and the shareholders best interest and it has been mentioned before that the patented extraction technology might be a great candidate for licensing and they may have a Suitor or two in mind for that purpose.
The most important thing is to get the license for cannabis in South Africa.
The probability of a facility of theirs getting inspected is almost 100% And next the probability of getting the license in my mind is between 80% and 100%.
If they get the license the opportunity will be tremendous for the company from a timing perspective in South Africa and for the shareholders as well it could be a tremendous long term investment.
IMO
I understand exactly what you are saying and it's very normal for many of us to feel the same emotions but for me the real question is why they're holding off on the update and what is exactly the reason for waiting before the release an update which is certain to come any day now.
I guess no one called David Lewis and if I get a chance I may just give him a call from work and ask him this very direct question.
IMO
Can someone call David at the Boca Raton office number and get a definitive date for the announcement with the update.
I sent him a text this morning and no response but I asked him to explain the reason for this delay after the stop sign has been removed.
When I asked him on the phone about the update he mentioned it would be coming out soon this week or perhaps the next week but that kind of an answer is not really acceptable and that's the reason I sent him a text this morning.
He should be able to give us an answer as to when the update is going to come because I don't understand the reason for the delay since it was specifically stated that the update has been uploaded and was going to be released as soon as the stop sign came down and at least that was my understanding.
If someone does call him get the date for the update release please:))
IMO
The most important thing is the most important thing.
We all can see and we know and we understand that South Africa specifically relative to our investment has come a long long way in the legalization of marijuana. We can see what happened in Canada and continues to happen and we can see what is happening right here in the United States again in reference to cannabis.
So what is the most important thing for the company as it languishes at these deeply discounted prices of .0008?
There's absolutely nothing that the company could have done to make the South African government do be or act any differently or any faster or slower in the legalization of marijuana but one thing is for sure and that is that the government is moving forward with this process of legalization and at the very last stages being the inspection of facilities that they will consider issuing a license and if the inspection goes well a cannabis license would be granted.
The world of investors don't know about protext or about the very last stages of legalization of cannabis which is about to get started this year and the strong expectation that the first handful of licenses are going to be awarded shortly after the inspections are completed.
So the ultimate question is what happens if protext gets the license and do we expect that there is a high probability that they will get the license.
That is the question and if the answer is yes the inspections are coming very shortly and yes there is an extremely high chance that they will be awarded a license then at least in my opinion this is an extremely favorable risk reward ratio at these current prices.
It's very very simple and we do not need to be concerned about the opinions and expectations of everyone on this board or how qualified the CEO is because the truth is the patented extraction methodology is real and all we need to be concerned about right now is the most important thing and again that question is will they get the license.
What happens if they get the license?
I believe absolutely everything changes if they get the license and the windows of opportunity open up extremely huge and wide. It would be essentially the beginning of the beginning.
Strong Buy IMO
IMO
Inspection
I feel certain they want to release an update on the status of the cannabis license in South Africa by including not only the inspection date but also the exact facility where the inspection will take place.
Once the inspection takes place place when they find out if they are going to be given a license.
If they get the license that's when the real Journey Begins. The price will most likely adjust upward if they give inspection facility address and the date of inspection and of course if they get the license after that the price would further adjust upwards in my opinion.
Getting .0008's and .0009's now is not a bad risk reward ratio in my opinion
Good luck
IMO
Good morning everyone and you're very welcome
In light of my conversation yesterday with David one would assume that the update is not only due and promised but coming this week or next. Let's give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that it comes out.
The question was in my mind as to the timing of this update and why was it not released after the stop sign disappeared. Again it may be a moot point and it's neither here nor there but the only thing I could discern from the conversation is that the update is going to include perhaps the actual facility that is going to be inspected and the date of inspection and this is the only reason I could think of for the delay in releasing the update. He mentioned he realizes that there has been a lack of communication from the company but the African government has been working the last 5 months apparently on putting in the internal protocols to be able to then start the inspections and subsequently start issuing the first batch of licenses for cannabis.
He said he thinks the investors would like the information they see. Again I take all these comments with a grain of salt and the only thing we should focus on is the reality of each current moment and therefore at this point we simply wait for the update and see what the actual stated facts are in terms of the progress or lack thereof in acquiring the cannabis license in South Africa.
When exactly the health department sends the communication with the inspection date and facility to be inspected is perhaps out of the hands of the company. So that's the only thing I would imagine has delayed the update because apart from that there is no Rhyme or Reason to have delayed releasing an update which was apparently already uploaded and waiting to be released pending the removal of the stop sign.
When I questioned about the intent to actually finalize the closing of the acquisition of grow process boss mentioned that the entire focus of the company is to get that license and not cause any distraction or have to answer any of the questions for the government or anybody else by talking about girl process and Ico and phytocoins. Again take all of this with a grain of salt.
The truth is the truth and we just need to wait and see when the update is released and hopefully they actually release it soon and then see what exactly is the state of progress and the acquisition of license.
In my opinion it's a matter of time and it's going to be a long-term thing but South Africa will keep moving in this direction and the licenses will get issued and ultimately I believe the company will get the license and what they do after that is something that remains to be seen so again we stick with the current situation and just wait for the facts.
Good luck
IMO
Thank you very much for clarifying and stating that you are not an employee and that you will never an employee and I don't have any reason to believe or disbelieve you any more than I have someone stating otherwise and honestly it's moot.
So please share with us the extent of your friendship relationship or whatever you may call it with David Lewis and Roger D since your main point of contention is that you question their credibility and in your belief and opinion all of this will amount to nothing because you question their credibility based on all the information you may or may not know about their past and what they have done or not done.
So you are clearly not a shareholder and not a believer in the company or the two individuals that you mentioned in your message.
So the question on any sensible rational mind would be as to why you are present on this board so consistently and is it because you're trying to save existing shareholders and anyone and everyone else from losing money and you're just here to make them aware or is it because you suffered some kind of lost Financial emotional or otherwise because of your engagement with either one or both of the two individuals.
Clarify and tell everyone since I'm giving you this clear opportunity what the true motivation is for you and what your hearts real intent is in reference to your presence on this board.
Please search your own heart and tell us why you are truly here.
As for myself I am not buying any additional shares and it has nothing to do with how you feel or what you think. It is my personal risk-reward preference and tolerance level and at these prices I choose to stay on the bus and take my chances and not get off the bus. I believe every shareholder can make that choice for themselves so again I feel to understand the reason you are on this board.
Have a great day
IMO
Thanks for your opinion and for the record David did not tell me it's all good and he did not tell me it's all bad he simply answered my questions and as far as you your entire presence is questionable at this point since you have not clarified whether you are a shareholder or if you were once a shareholder and what might your motivation be to consistently poo poo the company and the management apart from the fact that maybe you're trying to save everyone since there's always a couple of Saviors on every OTC penny stock board. Perhaps if you helped us in understanding why boo we would deem you credible your case might be stronger. But at this point since the only conclusion we can come to is that you are not a shareholder and perhaps a disgruntled EX employee with nothing better to do with your time you are nothing more than a loud yet extremely silent cymbal. Trust me none of this is to disrespect you but rather to call you out and if you would like to have a personal conversation with me I'll be happy to speak to you by phone or email.
Thanks and have an awesome day and do something productive

Response from Company
Hello everyone as promised I am following up with the message I left this morning for the company.
I missed a call back from David since I was with customers and I returned his call 15 minutes later and I spoke to him around 15 minutes.
I was not able to take notes but I can tell you to the best of my ability the content of the conversation.
It is clear and this is just my opinion from the conversation that the most important thing for the company and the highest priority is getting that cannabis license from the South African government and not officially so to say completing the grow process acquisition. That can distract from the highest priority which is a license.
The South African government apparently has been putting in the internal protocol in all things necessary to begin the process of granting the first few licenses and they're very close to communicating in reference with setting up the dates for the inspection.
The update from the company is probably going to come this week or perhaps the next week and this is just my opinion from the conversation and I don't want you set up incorrect expectations for anyone. What I understood is that it's possible that even the actual facility that will be the place where the inspection takes place is going to be part of the update for the process of eventually and hopefully being granted that cannabis license from the government. From what I was told David is talking to attorneys in eventually retaining someone to offer the legal opinion that is required to get the yield sign to go away and become completely current but I personally feel that was not entirely urgent even though I personally feel it should be. The yield sign is not stopping the company from giving the update and the last two weeks their entire Focus was on getting everything submitted and getting the stop sign removed which is obviously removed at this time and my understanding is once the legal opinion goes through everything will become current but again I want to emphasize even though he is talking to the attorneys I do not believe they have retained one and I am not entirely confident on the timing of when they will actually get this done which is why I personally feel should be a priority. Again that's just my opinion.
Of course we talked about the fact that the marijuana Market in South Africa is where it was in Canada in 2001 and the fact that Canada has 37 million people South Africa has 57 million people and the inference is that it's a large Market especially beneficial and advantageous for the first few that get licenses. My understanding is that the government is not going to just freely give away licenses in terms of the number of licenses and who knows they may give 5 or 10 when they first start granting them which should hopefully not be too far out in the future once the inspections are set in place and in motion.
Again we talked about the 10-plus years of relationship that the CEO has with the government officials and the fact that they have pitched so to say the idea that this company is not a bunch of cowboys trying to take advantage of the industry or make a quick buck but the fact is that they have emphasized the proprietary extraction process from Roger and the government does understand the credibility of the company and their intentions based on the long-standing consistent relationship between them and the company.
There are no guarantees but at least it feels that face value that there is a very good chance that the company will get the cannabis license in the first handful of licenses that are granted in South Africa and again this is just my opinion.
We need to understand that the most important thing is the most important thing and that is the company getting the inspections confirmation and the inspection facility confirmation as to the location and then getting that license.
Once that is done of course the yield sign can be removed and everything can become current and then they can look into making the acquisition official in reference to grow process.
Let's hope that we hear from the company before the end of the week or next week.
The update is coming but all of this is going to be a long-term process no matter what and the most important thing once again is that the company actually gets the license granted after the inspections are set and I can only pray along with the rest of you that it would not be too far out in the future and this year 2018.
Good luck to everyone
IMO
Thank you and yes I completely understand how you feel I did leave them a Stern but polite first message and I really think all of this is moot and they're going to announce whatever they announce whenever they feel like announcing it.
IMO
Thank you for sending me the telephone number guys I cannot private message you back but I did call and leave a message and I don't expect a call back I would imagine so I will try keep leaving messages till I hear back
IMO
Good morning everyone can someone give me the telephone number I can reach these clowns at?
Thanks

You seem to be entirely predisposed to bashing and doom and gloom in reference to this company.
Are you a shareholder? Were you a shareholder at any time?
Please explain your interest in being on this board.
Thanks
IMO
I completely agree with and understand your sentiment as a shareholder.
It is extremely frustrating when communication from the company does not meet shareholder expectations in timing and quality.
But at these price levels it makes sense for investors to buy and or accumulate but it just doesn't make sense to sell at least in my opinion.
So then the 10 million-dollar question is do we really believe the company will get the license and in my opinion the answer is yes and so therefore I continue to hold all shares.
Is the grow process acquisition going to go through and all the announcements about phyto coin and the Ico etc? I really don't know and once again for some reason if that was not going to happen they should have communicated but I personally think it's just on hold and the license needs to come first.
At the very least the CEO should be accountable to the shareholders and at least release an update on the potential short-term future and the probability of getting the license and inspection dates being set and so on.
I am definitely not selling because I believe they will get the license although my confidence in this management is not terribly High.
Good luck to all shareholders

I called and spoke to a lady and asked her about the stop sign and when it might come off.
She asks me for the symbol and then tells me well they have a stop sign because they have not reported anything for year. I told her you may want to check that again because they reported about 3 days ago and the annual report is right there.
She replied well all I can tell you is it's under review I told her well you just said there was nothing reported and now you're telling me it's under review so when is it coming off.
And the robot lady replied well all I can tell you is it's under review.
